"A great bottle and wine shop"
This liquor store offers very rare and unique items which are close to impossible to find elsewhere at mainstream liquor stores. The customer service is excellent. Prices are somewhat on the higher end, however you get access to alcohol that you can't purchase anywhere else. Worth a visit.
They locked the door 4 min before closing. Somebody was died in front of my eyes. And I need to relieve stress. And I was running to buy a bottle of wine but they were closed already! And I saw few people through the door and they purposely ignored me! So upset. Will never go there again!
The staff member was helpful and made a wonderful recommendation. I love okanagan wines and the Pinot recommended was very sweet and tart. Just the way I like it. Very fragrant and although it wasn’t the brands I had on a recent trip I may have to try a new vineyard next time.
I was embarrassingly blown away by the knowledge and customer service. Very helpful! I am definitely going back for more recommendations from the staff member. I guess I should’ve asked what his name was. ♀️ This indeed goes great with my pasta! …
A great bottle and wine shop. We are visiting from California and looking for good BC wines to try. The store manager recommended Orofino 2016 Syrah from Similkameen Valley. It was outstanding. Friendly people, great service. Highly recommended!
Super friendly staff and amazing beer and wine selection. They ordered in a case of beer from out of town that was hard to obtain. Amazing shop and so pleased to have them downtown. Way better beer selection than the BC Signature Liquor store.
Misleading about their being a craft beer destination. I guess it's all what you consider "craft beer" lol. IMHO Brewery Creek uptown on Main & 14th beats the balls off this place, hands down. Staff was a little rude & uptight, but this can
Horrible customer service! They never said hello, thank you or even goodbye! The girl at the front sat there cleaning instead of asking me if I needed her to ring me up. Then the person who actually rang me up and another employee started a
I stopped drinking beer years ago because I stopped drinking alcohol completely. But I still like the taste of beer, and the social aspect of drinking. So I’ve spent a good deal of time looking for non-alcoholic beers that taste as good
Store advertises limited quantity, one per person. Called a friend who was interested in the same item. She changes plans to come along and grab one. Get to store, I buy one, she asks for one and is told it is actually not a limit of one
decent selection, but both times i went here (both alone and with someone) the staff went out of their way to be rude, dismissive, or otherwise make me feel unwelcomed as a customer. The last time I was there, I approached the counter to
This is my neighborhood liquor store so my patronage is pretty conditional. However I do like this small store. There are some great individuals who work there who are helpful and quirky, which I love….. however! There is an older
I don’t want to get too much into it, but the older Caucasian cashier left a bad mark on this store. Somebody clearly hurt him at one point in his life, and now he’s unjustifiably hostile, rude, and angry towards customers.
Viti offers a great international variety of very good wines. You can find products from Argentina, Chile, US, Spain, France, Italy... and even Canada! It is quite unlikely that you do not find what you are looking for.
Small but packed store with good selection of craft beers, but sadly most of them were 4-packs, this can be a good thing for some people, but not me, seemed like a trend in Canadian stores everywhere though.
Really great selection of craft beers and even Delirium Tremuns 5 litre kegs! But the employees are always condescending and pretty much rude. Never say anything more than your total at the check out
Highly recommend a browse. So many gems packed into this small space. Talk to the team and take their recommendations... They are down to earth pros and will steer you into a great new bottle.
Quick service, nice recommendations. Only thing I feel was the overcrowded store..but the beer and wine are supposed to be that way..I love it when the service is efficient and with a smile.
Nice place with a generous selection of beers and wines but too priced, maybe because it is downtown? I paid 18 for a pack of 6 craft beers that I got for 12 in BC Liquor store in Oakridge.
Good selection of wines and beer to be found here. For wines, there is an international variety, including local Canadian, Australian, New Zealand, USA, Argentinian, Spanish and French.
Great rotating selection of craft beer (especially the single cans) and a good selection of single cans of coolers/ciders as well. Staff are very friendly and I enjoy shopping at Viti.
I was amazed at the selection of BC and Import Wines at this little store in a convenient downtown location. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable too.
A large selection for a relatively small outlet. They have excellent selection of rare types of beer that I enjoy (wines too I think just not my thing).
Decent for downtown. Convenient location and half decent selection. Some prices are great and others seem very high but overall a good little store.
Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Decent beer selection by my standards, not a HUGE selection but what they stock is generally pretty awesome.
Great quality merchant, covering wine and beer. As an overseas visitor I was interested in its domestic offerings - it did not disappoint.
Best speciality store for wine and beer. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service especially Michael.
Place had alcohol and I purchased that alcohol. Dude at the counter was pleasant when I was purchasing that alcohol mention above.
Awesome place with a great selection of wines that can’t be found at many other liquor stores. Service was friendly and helpful.
Conveniently located, this liquor store is kinda small but it actually has everything you’ll need. The staff is fairly friendly.
I loved this place, especially the helpful staff that worked there - all except for one. An older dweeb with glasses.
Good variety of products and a chilled area as well. Prices are a little high. Great customer service as well.
Amazing neighbour liquor store with always new products. Great selection of beers international and local
Centrally located. Great selection of craft beers, international wines and spirits. Very helpful staff.
Masia F. Maja Mid. As we breached the threshold of Viti Corp., a peculiar atmosphere enveloped us,
Good selection of beer and cider. Unlike BC Liquor they offer cold beer and cider. Staff friendly
Great selection, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will be my new go to. Grazie!
Friendly staff. Selection is more focused on craft brewers, liquors, and wine
Good selection of liquor. The staff is helpful!
