UPDATE - revised to 5 stars from 1 star. The manager Jennifer, called me the next day and sincerely apologized for the situation. It was extremely genuine and I felt like I was being heard and she assured me that this is not the way that they treat their employees. This shows their commitment to excellence and that they strive to ensure customer satisfaction. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you! I had my first laser hair removal service today. The girl that did my service was EXCEPTIONAL. When I was done, she guided me to the check out and left. I decided to purchase an exfoliator. The girl at the front desk asked me if I’d like to pay for both my boyfriend and my service- I let her know that I had already made payments for both when I made the appointments. She then asked me if I wanted to leave a tip for my service and I said no. Not because it wasn’t great service, but because tipping for a laser is not required especially when I have just bought a $900 package. When I looked down at the payment pad to pay for the exfoliator, the total said $150. I asked her what the $150 was for and she proceeded to explain how gratuity works. THREE TIMES. At this point, I’m a little upset because I’ve already told her that I’m not tipping for a service that I’ve already paid $900 for. specially since I don’t even know if it was done without harm to my skin. I asked her if I am expected to pay a $150 tip every time I come in for a service and she said that is 20%. Say what you will about tipping culture, but this appointment lasted 30 minutes and I don’t feel like I should have to pay a tip for it, let alone $150. After 2 hours of thinking and doing the math, it seems that the keypad number was the price of the service I got today, not the tip. I’m not sure why this happened, since I had already paid for the package in advance. Instead of explaining what the payment shown on the key pad was for, she decided to lecture me on gratuity. I actually left the place feeling like I was discriminated against and she also neglected to book my next appointment for the package of 6 apts that I had bought. I definitely will not be getting any more of my laser done with this establishment. If you can’t afford to pay the techs a livable wage after I have paid $900 for my service- then I don’t really know what to say.

This review is looong overdue and is basically a Jamie V. appreciation post. I've been going to Viva at the Domain for about a year now -- first for laser hair removal and then for Hydrafacials, Clear & Brilliant treatments, and IPL. I got Jamie by chance for my first laser treatment and from that point on I've made sure to schedule all my treatments with her, even if I have to wait longer to get an appointment that works for both of our schedules. I instantly felt comfortable with Jamie, and she's one of the nicest, most genuine people I've ever met. It is so nice having such a judgment-free zone for more intimate appointments like laser. Depending on the treatment, you can spend a lot of time with your technician, so it makes a world of difference to have someone you really connect with that actually cares about both you as a person and your individual treatment plan. I never feel like I'm just another appointment on her schedule, and she really listens to your needs and concerns in *each* appointment. We've done the same treatments many times yet it never feels like she's on autopilot. She's always asking me about my current concerns as well as doing thoughtful assessments of her own, and she's quick to recommend when we should be conservative with something based on my current needs. She's also so knowledgeable about all of the treatments she does, and skincare in general, and her love for her profession is so evident. She really makes me look forward to going in for treatments, even when they aren't the relaxing kind! I even booked my fiancé a Hydrafacial with Jamie since she's the best and he said he understands now why I'm always raving about how great she is. Also, shoutout to the med spa front of house team -- Jenn, Blake, Whitney and Jade who are all such great people! During the most recent freeze, Jenn personally reached out about my appointment and worked with me on rescheduling, despite most likely being without power herself, or at minimum dealing with the resulting chaos. Everyone at this location really goes above and beyond for their clients. This is the 3rd closest Viva location to where I live but I will still make the drive to the Domain for their amazing staff.

I absolutely hate leaving negative reviews but this one just left too much disappointment. I booked a day for my daughters 27th birthday. A “mom and oldest daughter day” of what I hoped was going to be memorable. She booked her hair appointment with her regular salon at 2pm so I had to split the spa day in half. Starting off with massage and then head to her hair salon at 2 and then back again at 5:15 for a facial. Well we made it for the massage and it was nice. They were a little late by a few minutes bringing us up and then she was back in the lobby and waiting for me by 1 so she got cheated a few minutes but she didn’t complain. When I talked to the front desk and mentioned that we were scheduled to come back later that day for the facial, they didn’t even have us booked. Now I booked it all with the person I spoke to a week prior explaining the hair salon appointment and she seemed helpful and even suggested the massages first to make sure we didn’t have our hair messed up. Just very disappointing that this was supposed to be a special day for both of us and with our busy schedules made time to spend it here. Nothing special at all with the whole experience. UPDATE: I am soooo happy to be able to revise this review! Alicia one of the managers reached out while we were at my daughters hair appointment and said she was able to juggle some things and was able to honor our original appointment. At first my daughter was hesitant but I really wanted to do this for her. I can’t begin to say how grateful I was to the staff for being extremely welcoming on our return visit and how apologetic they were. They totally turned it around and we both had fantastic facials! So good, we will be returning for more facial treatments! They made this right and I am very appreciative. Thanks Alicia and staff.

i got a facial here about two weeks ago, and i was looking forward to it since my husband got me a voucher!! But the facial was sort of strange and very disappointing!! i’ve gotten facials at other places before and always leave with my skin feeling super refreshed, but instead i left Viva Day Spa feeling super oily. (and not in a good way!!) I booked a 90 minute facial but it was a little short of the 90 minutes. there was a point where there was nothing on my face, no face mask, no product, no steaming and i’m guessing my esthetician thought i fell asleep and it sounded like she was tapping away on her phone or something. She tried to also do some weird ASMR tapping on my forehead before examining for extractions, thought that was strange. I had booked extractions in my facial and she had only extracted maybe 3-5 pimples even though i had lots of visible acne. Over the next few days I noticed a lot of white heads popping up on my skin- something that’s never happened before and so looking back I think my esthetician might’ve added used some pore clogging items on my face before closing my pores after the steam. All in all this was a really poor experience, the whole thing felt like a facade which is really sad since these facials do not come cheap! I still have some funds on my voucher so i’ll give them another chance. I did book another facial for next month with another esthetician. I just REALLY REALLY hope it’s much better than my first experience.

I went to redeem my mothers day special. It was great up until the nail part. I was trying to get a gel color but my nail specialist was telling me to get a regular color since they were out of some of the gel colors. I was wanting to see which gel colors they had because I only like using gel for my nails since it lasts longer and keeps my nails from breaking. She still was telling me to pick a regular polish which made me frustrated especially since I was trying to have a relaxing day catered to me. I also had gel on my nails which she had to soak off and it wasn't even all the way off. She ended up putting the regular polish on my nails and it looked horrible since there was still gel on my nails so it was bumpy. I paid extra to have the gel "taken off." Anyways, the nail tech next to me got a new client coming in that wanted gel and she said "We're out of some colors but let me know what you want and I can let you know if we have it!" That obviously made me feel bad because my tech was not wanting to do gel on me and I got what I didn't want when she could have just had good customer service like the other tech and gotten me gel like the other techs client. I'm not sure if she just didn't know how to deal with gel because she seemed flustered when even removing my gel. Anyways, the nail experience was the worst and I also didn't get my bag that they were supposed to give me with the package. I even went back to look at the details when I went home.

I was going to wait about 3 days to leave a review for the custom facial by Gaylynn but I woke up this morning and my skin has improved so much already! I came in after a terrible breakout. I usually have very clear skin but something changed and I was desperate to clear it up before my birthday. I have combination skin and very sensitive so finding someone that can help my skin has been a struggle. Usually I leave a facial with terrible looking skin after a deep cleaning and wait 3 days for the results. but with Gaylynn I left with glowing skin and the spots that she extracted were already calm and less irritated. I woke up this morning and my skin looks soo much better already! Not only did she help my skin but the entire experience was extremely relaxing. She did a lymphatic massage through out the facial and while waiting for certain products to work she massaged my arms and upper back and the aroma therapy was amazing too. I’m just so impressed. As someone that has traveled to many places and has seen many estheticians, Gaylynn by far has been my favorite and I will be booking with her again. My only regret is not taking before and after photos to show y’all the difference. But please if you have combination skin go to her!

I have visited the Domain location several times and more times than not, I find myself forgiving the staff for something that I was scheduled for, but did not receive. Yesterday was the last straw. My boss and his wife gave me a full spa day to book for any where in the Austin area to say thank you for all of my hard work and OT. I scheduled it thru Viva's main scheduling. I ordered the 6.5 hour package "Viva Diva" for the works. My massage was 75 minutes, was supposed to be 90. After my massage, I had my facial, and after my facial I was told I was finished. I was surprised and inquired as into why I only received a couple of the services. I was sad when the manager told me there was a mistake in the scheduling and the person who scheduled my appointment no longer works for Viva, so there is nothing they can do except give me 30% off my services received. No body wrap, body scrub/exfoliation, sauna, manicure, pedicure, etc. I was so looking forward to a full day of relaxation, but instead I was disappointed again. There was no attempt to accommodate or reschedule. It was just an "Oh well, take 30% off." Never again. I will not be going back there again. This never happened when I went to Spa Revail.

07/21 update: I’m happy to report that since writing my initial review I’ve had a more positive experience with Viva Day Spa. The assistant spa manager Alicia personally called me to apologize and to offer a complimentary massage, which was much better than the first one. At the end of the day, they care about having happy customers. 07/04: I went in for a deep tissue massage with Aida. She was friendly, but when I asked her to ease up on the pressure because she was hurting me, she replied “sorry, no pain, no gain” and continued to apply really painful pressure. I came out of the massage feeling more injured and with more tension than what I started with. The next day I couldn’t move my neck. During the massage I was confused because I had read so many good reviews about Aida. But it made sense at the end of the massage, when she asked me to leave a positive review for her on Yelp, claiming it was the final days of a competition within the company to see which employee could get the most reviews. I was really excited to treat myself to an expensive massage. I regret staying the whole time and paying so much for somebody to injure me.

My mom and I came here for the first time this past weekend and were really let down by our experience. As another reviewer mentioned, there's no locker room to store your belongings during your treatment. We were not offered robes or a chance to use a shower before/after treatment. When I asked about using the sauna, I was told that it would be an extra charge. At the price point of this spa ($175 for 75-minute massage, $135 for 60-minute facial), I expect these things to be included. On top of that, my mom said there was about 20 to 30 minutes of her 60-minute facial where the service provider just sat there and did nothing after the face products were applied. Seems strange that there isn't a foot/leg massage given during that time. Overall, there isn't much facility-wise or service-wise that elevates this spa beyond a Hand and Stone or Massage Envy. It's certainly not worth the price and was a disappointing way to spend my birthday.

I love this place, I've been coming here for about a year now and I've always felt welcomed, the staff is very friendly, they always have a smile for everyone. This review goes specially to Jamie. I've been doing my treatment with her during all this time, she's been awesome every single time. I felt comfortable with her from my very first appointment. Last weekend I had my appointment one day after losing my 12 years old dog to Cancer. I was feeling devastated and Jamie offered me a safe place to cry, mourn, and just be myself during the treatment. She also gave me the option to reschedule my appointment if I wanted to. And when I walked out of the room, she had a present for me. A candle and a body lotion 'to go home and relax' while going through the loss. People sometimes don't know how far their actions can go, that absolutely made my day! Thank you, Jamie for having such a good heart and really caring about your customers ❤️

We came here for my bachelorette and the location was perfect. We even got our own private room with wine and other refreshments. There were 6 of us and all of us has absolutely amazing massages but one of us. I had one friend who didn’t appreciate her massage because the therapist refused to focus on her trouble spot even though she wrote it on the paperwork and reminded her at the start of the massage. The other part that was frustrating was that I called before I booked the massages I confirmed we’d have access to the saunas. However, on the day of the staff pulled us two at a time for our massages but never offered the sauna or told us we wouldn’t have access to them after our massages. When I spoke to the lady at the front desk about it she said that unfortunately they were closed and booked the following day but she’d give me a call the next day. But that never happened which ruined the whole experience for our group.

The staff was very friendly and I felt welcomed from the moment I stepped inside. I received my very first facial ever from Sheila and let me tell you I was far from disappointed. I got the Viva Vital Ultimate Facial and right from the start Sheila was super sweet. She gave me a run down on everything she was going to do and made sure I was comfortable. She examined my skin and gave me a few product suggestions but overall said my skin looked amazing. The entire experience was so relaxing there were a few times I almost doze off. After my facial my skin was soft, supple and plump. My husband even said my skin was glowing. I have been converted and will definitely add facials into my self care regimen. I’m just sad I’m from out of state or else I’d become a regular here. 10/10 would recommend Viva Day Spa + Med Spa for anyone looking to treat themselves to some amazing self care. Thank you for this wonderful experience!

Absolutely amazing!! I have had a couple of appointments with Jamie and I am obsessed! I was hesitant about laser for a long time, because of the price and was scared it would hurt! But once you break down the price of the packages and the outcome, it is SO worth it! She answered all my questions so well and made me feel so comfortable. It has doesn't hurt nearly as bad as I thought it would. Jamie was so gentle and caring with every move she made! I have always really struggled with ingrowns and just body hair in general and now I never deal with it, this is literally magic! Everyone at Viva is always so sweet and welcoming. The spa itself is a gem, it is so peaceful and aesthetically pleasing. Jamie is the best and I recommend her to anyone who is wanting laser or is hesitant about starting! The only thing I would change is going in sooner! Thanks Viva for having employees like Jamie, I will be back!

58yo male; first time experience with a derma filler procedure. Met with Dr. White prior to procedure as a consultation. Dr. White asked what I was looking to do. I explained, and she advised me accordingly. Note: I thought I needed attention around my nose/mouth area and Dr. White didn't see it and advised against it. I really appreciated her input and it told me she is sincerely wanting to help her clients enhance their appearance and willing to provide constructive feedback as a subject matter expert. Being a board certified medical doctor I went with her advice. I am thoroughly pleased with the procedure; with Dr. White; and with Viva Day Spa staff - especially Whitney, who was really friendly and super helpful! As a strong secondary, the place smells amazing in that spa "take me away" vibe. VDS is great for any male that is curious about procedures but intimidated or wanting a discreet setting.

Loved, loved, loved my experience! Highly recommend Alex M as a nail tech. She did my mani pedi and it was wonderful! I was so relaxed and she paid attention to my every need. I even had a blister on my pinky toe and one of my big toenails was broken. She worked on them both and I feel what she did made them feel and look better! And helped in the healing process. She also took a lot of time removing a temporary tattoo I had from the night before, which took a lot of man power and some products too. I'm not much of a talker so we talked here and there but other than that, she just let me relax. Such a wonderful experience and I can't wait to go back. If you're interested in great products for your body or great items for your house, this is also a must stop. I bought more than I should of and yet still didn't buy everything I wanted. It's a really great store.

Didn't get what I paid for. Booked a one hour pedicure with another 15 minutes added for calf massage. 45 minutes is what I got. As I was leaving I commented to the ladies at the front counter, "what time did you check me in?" From the looks on their faces, they knew. The pedicure quality was above average. I needed it badly after neglecting my feet in a very very busy 3 month stretch. But I felt rushed out. ***Updated for Aug 26.*** After sending in an email to Viva management with details of my visit I was provided another complimentary pedicure and massage. I chose the South Lamar location. Tony V. worked with me and this time, no hurry. We had engaging conversation and I received the treatment I originally paid for. In other words, Viva made it right and even gave me a goodie back to take home that Mrs. has taken over. Giving another star.

Amazing place to be at to get pampered 5000stars Upon arrival I was greeted with smiles, welcoming presence, its really a very clean upscale heavenly place of relaxation with a WoW factor the decor and I must say all staff workers there are professional with full details and listening to customers concerns about services etc...My experience first time being there at there at Viva day spa was a whole new well being for mind ,body , to breath and let loose stress with my massage therapist Tim D which paid attention to all areas that hurted & getting all soreness out thank you for expertise of 19 years experience man and not only that Great customer service 5000stars again and will book again no doubt... Lastly, God bless you all from the bottom of my heart see yall next time I can not wait...

I really wanted to like this place and honestly i’m still holding out hope for them because everyone was super nice. My issue was with an eyebrow wax I received… I have had a decent amount of eyebrow waxes but nothing compares to this… One of them was waxed way too thin when I just asked to have them cleaned up so it is very uneven but I didn’t want the other one to be thin also so it’s whatever my eyebrows grow fast so it’s fine if that was the only problem… My skin is literally burned. I can’t shower, touch my face, work out, go in the sun, etc without my skin feeling like it’s going to sizzle off. It is incredibly painful so i’m pretty upset. I’m still holding out hope that they are good at other things possibly but I wouldn’t recommend their waxing services

I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage about a week ago with Matthew, and his skill and customer care far exceeded my expectations. I’ve been having trouble with my lower back for weeks, difficulty sleeping and all the pain I could handle. I don’t normally get massages or really engage in self care, and wasn’t sure what to expect. Can’t say enough about Matthew’s level of professionalism, his knowledge and easy demeanor. He set me at ease and walked me through every movement and area he worked, it absolutely fixed my issue and I just generally enjoyed talking with him. Viva’s facilities are beautiful and they clearly have professionals to cater to every type of client. Matthew made me a believer, give him and Viva a shot! I know I’ll be back.

My fiancée and I got the DELICIOUS DUET COUPLES SPA PACKAGE and it was amazing!!! Tim was my massage therapist and he was wonderful. He had vast knowledge from his 18 years of experience in the industry and was able to answer my questions in a clear concise manner. My questions were related to soreness in areas of my body and he gave my step by step instructions on what I could do to alleviate some of that pain. He explained all the things included in the package very clearly and what each was supposed to do for my body, from the massage, to the dry brush exfoliation, to the vanilla body wrap, to the scalp treatment and so on. I would highly recommend this package for all couples and this spa for any massage therapy.

I was here for the vivafy spa. My arms and legs had an allergic reaction to the massage oil. Definitely do NOT recommend this place. I had specifically mentioned to both the my consultants(massage and facial) that I had sensitive skin. The facial consultant later suggested a face pack. I assumed she would have taken into consideration everything I told her about my skin. After she applied the mask, I asked if this mask was safe for my skin and she says I can’t tell you that for sure. If you can’t tell me that for sure why are you asking me questions about my skin and allergies. Or the least warn me before you put something on my face. For $400 that I paid for your services, this is not the service I expect.

This five star review is going specifically to Jamie the laser tech. This was my first time getting laser and I have been going for almost a year now and I’ve only stuck with her. She is super informed on the services she provides and is always happy to educate me your answer any questions. I’ve gone to get a massage and pedicure there and have had a completely different experience with staff and workers there but every time I know that I’m going to get my laser with Jamie I never have any problem. That is the main reason that they have kept me going is specifically for her. I recommend her to anyone that is interested in any services that she provides.

What is there not love about Jamie Villarreal and Viva Med Spa?! I came to Viva for RF microneedling and I can’t imagine anyone else doing it. My skin had difficulty numbing and Jamie was diligent in finding a solution. She is not only completely knowledgeable about the treatments but she is just simply a delight as a person. As painful as the treatments are, she was the highlight for every appointment always greeting me with a warm smile and a cute note on my blanket. I would highly recommend both Jamie and Viva for their professionalism, attention to detail and skincare knowledge. Would not go anywhere else!

I got a facial done last Friday. It was very unpleasant. Caroline had a very strong arm. They usually give you an arm massage as well. I thought my arm was dislocated. My right arm is in so much pain since Friday. My face literally was just poked at and I felt like it was irritated for no reason even after I had mentioned that my face was sensitive..I still had black heads on the same spot that was pinched. I got my eyebrows waxed. I still have some red spots from where she waxed. She pressed down really hard when she was waxing my eyebrows. My eyes were being pushed inside my eye sockets pretty much.

Usually I love this place. But even after confirming several times that they charge my card on file for my mothers birthday massage and facial, they still charged her! Completely ignoring the reason she was there. To relax and have a nice birthday GIFT! She was very upset. If I knew that they couldn’t follow simple directions I would have just gotten her a gift card. I’m very disappointed with the way this was handled. Having this at the start of her birthday and me calling them asking this while im at work is not something that had to happen. Definitely prepare a gift card in advance if you go

I booked an appointment with Meagan for lip filler and this whole experience was amazing! The inside is really inviting and staff was quick to say hi and get me checked in. Waiting area is really cute and comfortable too. Meagan made my first time getting injections (first time lip filler) a really great experience/ interaction! She was incredibly sweet and made me comfortable and at ease! We went over my ideal look and what my goal look was. My lips look AMAZING and I barely felt a thing! can’t wait to book more in the future for other med spa appointments and normal spa services!!

This Med Spa is so luxurious. From the minute I walk in, greeted with big smiles, it smells amazing and then they take me over to this beautiful waiting area to have hot tea or cucumber water while I wait for my medical provider. I’ve seen multiple Nurse Practitioner’s and Physician Assistants at Viva. All of them highly skilled and absolutely delightful! I am obsessed with my lip and cheek filler. My Botox has never looked better. They know all the tips and tricks. I just received chin filler. What a game changer. I look forward to my appointments and the care I received at Viva.

My partner and I have been coming here monthly for massages for about 3 months now. Every time, the staff has been kind and friendly, and has even remembered our names and preferences! The lobby is nice and inviting, and the waiting area is comfortable. You can even have a warm tea while you wait. Our massage therapists have always been professional and excellent at what they do. We book our next appointment right after we’re done, and get a 10% rebooking discount. If you’re looking for a one-time treatment or looking for a regular massage studio, we’d definitely recommend Viva.

This was my first visit at the spa as a gift with the Celebration package and I enjoyed my experience very much! From nails with René, facial with Mona, and massage with Aida, I felt very cared after and very relaxed. 5 stars for amazing service and special thank you to all the staff who assisted me today. I especially appreciated my masseuse Aida as this was my first massage and she made sure to explain and demonstrate the different levels of pressure as well as did an amazing job on my target areas and while body I will definitely be coming back again!

Great first experience getting a massage here! Deita was really skilled and professional and made the whole experience extremely comfortable. I got the 90 min signature massage and it included full body massage with a focus on your chosen areas, warm towels, scalp massage, scents. The room had a great ambience and the massage bed was soft, heated and very comfortable. They provide water and there are some snacks/nuts in the waiting area too. If you have long hair make sure to bring a hairband and ideally a brush too for after the scalp massage.

Just finished my Viva Diva Spa package and it has been absolutely amazing. My massage and wrap with Ashley was one of the best massages I have ever had. My facial was phenomenal (I can’t remember her name but she had dark curly hair) and my skin looks and feels better than it has in years and the icing on the cake was my mani/pedi with Renee Robinson and she was perfect and my nails are beautiful!! Can’t say enough positive and complimentary things about this spa and the providers. Definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back

I am so happy with my experience here. I had received a celebration gift card which included massage, facial and pedicure. The staff was incredible from the moment I arrived to when I checked out. Candice did my massage, she was so kind and friendly. Anissa did my facial, so wonderful to work with. She has lots of great tips for taking care of your skin. Sharon did my pedicure, I can’t say enough good things. These ladies made my week. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much to everyone at Viva, y’all are fantastic!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the ladies at the front desk! They took care of getting me checked in until it was time for my appointment! I went for a brow wax and Jocelyn did such an amazing job! She made sure I was comfortable and confirmed what I was looking for during my visit. She answered some questions about some other services that Viva Day Spa has and gave me different options for what I could be looking for! Amazing experience (which I have everytime I come in), and I will definitely be booking with her again!

For all those who may be nervous and contemplating Botox/Dysport, you can absolutely trust being under the eye/hand/care/artistry of Meagan… don’t hesitate booking her for yourself or recommending her to your friends/family! Meagan is an an angel and an artist. She’s a skilled professional you can trust, with patience. Her understanding disposition is a true blessing to the annoying OCD folks, like myself, who are paranoid about and over analyze every little thing… we need more Meagans in this world♥️

the first to me i ever got a professional massage, i chose Viva and have never gone anywhere else since!! this place is heaven sent and i swear by it and recommend everyone here! Heather, the massage therapist is also by far the best therapist i’ve ever had. every time i walk out i feel like a whole new person. she’s sweet and mindful about pressure and i swear she’s psychic because she knows just where the problem areas are without even telling her. thankful for viva and heather!!

My name is Bristol and I came to Austin for a small getaway with my wife. I came to viva day spa and received a 90 minute massage with Ileanna and let me tell you, she did everything I needed and more. I feel asleep 2x and woke feeling refreshed, renewed, and amazing to say the least. From the ladies at the front desk my experience was completely amazing, they were very welcoming and answered all my random questions. If you coming to Austin come here for a life changing experience.

Beautiful facility, and everything from the initial check in through the end of the visit was both welcoming and soothing. I had a prenatal massage with Vanessa. She was extremely personable, and made sure to check in with me regularly on pressure, the angle of the chair, etc. Being pregnant comes with all sorts of discomforts and challenges, and for the 75 minutes I spent with Vanessa, that all went away! Incredible. That is how I would describe my experience with Viva. I was greeted with such kindness and politeness. I immediately felt welcomed. Stephanie at the front desk was AMAZING!!!!! So energetic, sweet, and honest. She took great care of me. Tim D was also PHENOMENAL!!!!! He made sure I was well taken care of and was incredibly kind making sure I felt comfortable. I highly recommended this relaxing day spa. Truly great service and wonderful services!

Absolutely loved this place! The people who worked here were so kind and generous 10/10 recommend if your looking for a a special day with someone or even a mothers day gift. All the technicians were so kind and took their time on the mani and pedi. Mine was Stephanie and she was the sweetest lady and her nail care was truly impressive! Even when my grandmother felt ill the manager and the technicians made sure she was okay. 100% worth every dime spent.

I treated myself to a massage by Delta at Viva Day Spa on my birthday and I was so happy that I did! My Swedish massage was so relaxing and Delta talked me through different options for me. I loved the whole experience and will be back to specifically treat my TMG. Delta had even worked with the staff at the front desk to give me a birthday gift bag full of chocolates and other goodies. I ‘m so glad I decided to visit Viva Day Spa for my birthday!

Love love love this place!!! Service is amazing results great for injectable’s and super real/not shady…I wanted more dysport and they explained why it was a no and I get that…:(BUT I LOVED THE RESULTS and wanted more. Megan is amazing and jordyn was cool. I absolutely recommend and the front desk staff is amazing… it is a beautiful place, but I’ve seen all sortz of people it’s a chill very laid back place that provides amazing service!!!

What an amazing experience! My family and I booked a nice spa day, we got facials all around. Viva was able to accommodate our large group, booking was pretty simple. Everyone came out from their appointment literally glowing! The products used were all extremely gentle, no one had any complaints of irritation. The receptionist and estheticians were welcoming, friendly and patient. I need to book another treat myself day…soon!

Just had a lovely massage with Tim at the location in the Domain! He was kind and asked all the right questions! I had a 70 min massage and added the foot reflexology and the Arnica upgrade! It was a beautiful space and very nice employees. Although I didn’t get hot and cold stones like what I thought I booked. So I most likely wouldn’t add that again but will most definitely will back for another visit! Thank you guys!

Massage: Comfortable massage chairs, heated chairs, breast pillows to accommodate large breasts, great ambiance. Brazilian wax: Gayland is fabulous!! It was my first time in a looooong time being able to complete the Brazilian wax. It didn’t hurt as much with her for some reason. Laser hair removal: Lip - reduced my lip hair substantially after about 4 session. I am black and I got great results with the laser here.

This is a great place! I took my daughter to get her first facial here this past weekend and she loved it. My wife has gone in for facials, pedicures and to do her eyebrows. Dara is amazing! She's very helpful and thoughtful and my wife and daughter love her. We'll continue to come back. This place is nice and clean and the service is fantastic! I sat in the lobby and notice a steady stream of customers.

I had booked a 60min facial. My appointment was at 2pm. My aesthetician came a few minutes late. She started late but ended early. My facial ended up being 50mins. After paying $$$+ gratuity viva should ensure they provide the service for the advertised time. I have had other services at viva (massage) and the experience was excellent but did not enjoy my facial. Would never go for a facial here again.

Had an amazing experience two days in a row with Renee at Viva Day Spa. She was so helpful in picking out a color that looks great on me and was by far the friendliest nail artist I have ever had. I will absolutely be coming back to see Renee again for my nail needs! Every customer at Viva seems to be a regular and I now see why. All of the staff are so welcoming and really make you feel at home.

I love Jamie so much! I’ve seen her twice now, once for a hydrafacial and once for microneedling. She is so sweet, always answers all of my questions, greets me with a smile and the best positive energy, and gave me a plan that I feel great about. Microneedling was relatively painless due to a numbing gel she used which worked great! Hoping for great results but so far great experience!

Came for the first time with my wife for a couples massage. This was the most incredible experience we have ever had. The spa package was fantastic and the staff is world class. They know how to give you an experience that is not only tailored to you but the most complete experience you will ever have. Thank you to Aaron and Matthew! You two were amazing! First time at Viva and now I know why people love it, all the staff is super pleasant the moment you walk in. I got a pregnancy massage as a gift and it was the best massage ever! Diana was able to give me the full experience despite being 5 months pregnant. It was her first day working at Viva but she is an expert massage therapist. I will definitely be booking with her again!

I've been going to Viva Day Spa in the Domain doing facials with Elizabeth. She is SUCH an amazing facialist and human being. My face is doing so well after my lifelong struggle with acne. Not only is she a true gem but the front desk staff--like Baleigh and Stephanie--are truly earth angels and SO much fun to be around. I couldn't recommend this place more. I can't get enough!

Got my pregnant wife a facial and massage here for her birthday. I didn't even have to ask if she enjoyed it. She slept for pretty much the entire day afterwards, letting me know that the experience was relaxing and exactly what she needed. Side note: my wife is fine as wine, but when she came out of there with the fresh facial and looking all relaxed

top notch facial had an unforgettable facial Aleyna! Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about skincare (she seriously knows her "ish" ‍♀️), but her fingers possess a magical touch that snatches your face, i swear. I genuinely learned so much about my skin I felt I had received my money's worth within the first 10 mins. will be back!!

This was my first visit to Viva Day Spa and it was fantastic. The wine and chocolates were a nice touch to the overall experience. Amber Rowe was my nail technician and she was amazing. Not only was she warm and friendly, she gave me a great suggestions on a polish color. I highly recommend making your next nail appointment with Amber.

This was my first time at Viva Day Spa Domain. I got the express pedicure and it was such a lovely experience. From the warm neck pillows to the delicious chocolates, Viva definitely sets the tone for 100% relaxation. My technician, Sharon, was friendly and professional and I’ll definitely be going back to her for my future visits.

Amazing experience! One of the best massage I have ever had. Clark worked on areas most massage therapist just quickly touched on like my arms. He did trigger release massage on my arms, my legs, shoulders and back. The pressure is great and the service is first class. Love it! Will be back for more while I am here in Austin.❤️

I had the best prenatal massage ever! Ileana was amazing. I’ve had a lot of massages in my lifetime but this one surpassed them all! She knew exactly what she was doing, I definitely needed that. And I’ll definitely be going back! The atmosphere was chill and the front desk receptionists were very welcoming and friendly.

I've been here twice. For Massage and Botox. Their massage is amazing, they pay attention to your sore parts of the body. All staff are very friendly and polite. The lady who did the Botox for me, very nice, makes recommendations and works quickly and painlessly. I would give 10 stars to this place, 5 is not enough ;)

Got a swedish massage from illeana and it was awesome very cozy place didn't have to wait long from my appointment. Feel tremendously better afterwards highly recommend if you work a physical job. Illeana was super professional and made the experience fantastic I wouldn't book with anybody else. Cause she nailed it!

Best massage I’ve ever had: Tim is the best massage therapist. His technique is a hybrid between deep tissue and Swedish. The massage was both therapeutic and relaxing. Book an appt with him—you will be amazed! I took away one star because the spa was freezing. I had to tuck my hands under my body to keep them warm.

Professional staff - especially Elizabeth, the aesthetician who does the best facials ever! After a few flare ups, she got my skin all the way together and now it's just maintenance. She makes great suggestions and provides valuable information specific to women of color which is difficult to find in this city.

I'd never had a professional massage before, and a friend recommended this place. The process to schedule was easy, and Daniel was friendly and attentive to areas of pain I was looking to resolve. Overall, this was a good experience. I'll return for sure and recommend it to others.

I had my first prenatal massage here, as my upper/mid back and hips had been killing me. The massage therapist I had was very knowledgeable about how to work on pregnant bodies and the 90 minutes flew by. Would definitely recommend to any expecting mamas out there!

Had a deep tissue massage with Jan today. She really listened to my desires for the treatment and tailored the massage to my wants. Not only was it relaxing but very therapeutic and more of a “body work” style. Def booking again with her and would recommend.

Hydro facials are my favorite here. I use their medspa for botox, sculptra, laser treatments, and products. They are great at keeping track of appointment, points, services, and pre-purchases packages. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful self care place!! Great staff! The waiting lounges could be more comfortable. They were a little small (we sat in 2 different ones) and the furniture was not comfortable in either. The treatments were AMAZING!!

Not a fan of the music that was playing during my massage (I personally prefer soft instrumentals) but the deep tissue was exactly what I needed, and the lavender scalp add-on felt amazing.
