I recently visited VIVA Dentistry tooth extraction and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Dr Seth was fantastic and made the whole process as comfortable as possible. From the moment I walked in to the office until the end of the procedure, I felt well taken care of. Dr Seth explained everything to me in great detail beforehand, so I was fully aware of what to expect. During the extraction process, he was gentle yet efficient, and I felt completely at ease. He checked in with me frequently to make sure I was comfortable and informed of everything that was happening. The staff was also wonderful, from the friendly receptionist to the nurse who assisted Dr Seth .Everyone was compassionate and reassuring, which really helped calm my nerves. Even after the procedure, Dr Seth and staff were vigilant in making sure I had everything I needed for a smooth recovery. They provided me with detailed instructions and even followed up with a phone call the next day to see how I was doing. Overall, my experience with Dr Seth and his team was outstanding. It was clear to me that they truly care about their patients and their well-being. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of dental care, especially tooth extraction.

Hands down the best dentist. My front tooth broke because of cavity. I was very disturbed by this incident...I tried to get appointment at different clinics...was not possible. Fortunately someone recommended me to Dr Seth and I spoke with him. Dr. Seth realized I was very upset and gave me and appointment on the weekend, inspite of his busy schedule. He did not make any fuss about getting and x-ray done or this or that, he rather handled the matter at hand. He is not only good at what he does but he is compassionate and accommodating..which we do not get to see much often these days. My whole family is a patient now with him. Even his staff is courteous and polite and provides excellent service. I guess sometime just that touch of humanity makes all the difference.

Excellent dentist office. Called them short notice, was booked an appointment quickly. Very warm and welcoming staff, extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient Dr. Took his time to explain in detail my dental issues. Asked me what I wanted, my plan, then offered his advise. I HATE going to the dentist, this Dr was AMAZING, no pain or discomfort. The assistant is incredible, she was polite, kind, and even took the time to find what I enjoy to watch/listen to, to music surprise, when I showed up for my visit, she had my favorite podcast on TV. Beyond happy with the service provided, and most of all...they don't guilt you for poor tooth care..would 1000% recommend

Beyond professional, kind, and supportive, and they genuinely believe in preventative care. I had been to many dentists before who were always giving me fillings, probably without reason in many instances. But since coming here for a year, I have only had one fill. I have not changed my oral care habits with this dentists. Viva is the place to be for our family. They help educate and give you the knowledge you need to decide for your oral health. Bonus: they do direct billing, so you don't have to submit your claims with your insurance company.

I was put in touch with Dr. Seth over 6 months to deal with some troubling dental issues. From the time my husband and I met him, he talked to us as if I was his only patient. He treats me with the utmost respect. Recently I had major dental surgery done. He and his team have done a super job. I was 6 hrs in the chair and never had to take any prescribed pain meds.. The whole staff at Viva that I have contact with are simply the best. I so recommend Dr. Seth

We are new in Orleans, family of four, were looking for a good family dentist with great flexibility in timing as three of the family members are working , one in school. We found Viva family. We were happy with their services , receptionist is extremely helpful, doctor Aditya is very good at what he does. Only suggestion would be to have extra hygienist so that you can serve multiple patients at the same time and less waitng for the members of same family.

Their staff is very nice but the dentist himself charges THE HIGHEST amount possible to walk in the room. When reading the ODA fee guide it states: Cost of New Patient Exam: $85-168. He charged me 168$ for 5 minutes which did not benefit me in any way. I respect your hustle, but if you're going to charge the highest fee possible you should let patients know before walking in for a 100$ handshake. Spend it wisely, it cost you a customer :)

I recently had my first visit to the dentist, and it was a great experience! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the dentist was very thorough in explaining everything to me. They took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had. The exam was comfortable, and I felt like I was in good hands. I highly recommend this dental office for anyone looking for a professional and caring dentist.

It's not always easy to find a good dental clinic. But my experience at viva for 2 dental cleanings, has been great. They have only been honest and straightforward with me so far. I'm really happy with the work they have done on my teeth, and the overall experience dealing with the staff has been fantastic and easy. I will definitely be going back for my future dental needs.

They offered a complimentary teeth polishing and then charged me an extra 0.5 scale unit (same value with polishing). A bit of disappointment experiencing these kind of practices. They never discussed their billing upfront and they hygienist was super slow at the point I got tired. I have never been charged that many scaling units before as I take good care of my teeth.

First time at this dental clinic...the service provided by Kay (from the reception all the way to the exam room) and Doctor Seth was professionally friendly. No pressure, no stress, no wait time - I was in and out in no time. I look forward to my next appointment and I highly recommend this clinic if you're looking for one or if you want to explore a new Clinic!

The experience was amazingly super amazing. I had not been to the dentist in approximately 15 years and I felt so comfortable the whole time I was in the chair. The Dr. was very personable and was able to hold regular conversation which was very pleasant and I enjoyed tremendously. I would most definitely recommend that you check them out 100 %
