I had requested for WG dixon to urgently assist us with the electrical connections and switches for the commission of a brand new equipment at our facility. The team promptly responded and were able to come out the next day to assist. The team also patiently waited for the work to be done and until equipment ran smoothly. Great working with WG Dixon, and they get paperwork submitted accurately for our accounts department. Will always use them for our biggest work that needs to be done on site, due to the professionalism.

I was very pleased with the service received from WG Dixon. When I first called them they were happy to try and assist over the phone (free of charge of course). When this didn't help they confirmed that a team would be sent out and later that same afternoon the team arrived. When the team realized that they did not have the required item with them they quickly phoned for a driver to drop of said item and it was replaced not long after. A pleasant experience overall. This really was outstanding service, from beginning to end. Abdul and Ronaldo were punctual, efficient, trustworthy and very personable. My problems were sorted out in no time at all and they then checked to see that everything was in working order. They also checked all other potential electrical problems, just to be on the safe side. I was very impressed and can honestly say that I rate this company, W. G. Dixon, very highly and will most asuredly be using them again.

They were very responsive which is good. They had to install 3 light fittings, they were going to charge a full day of work for that, plus they broke the one fitting so charged me the time and the petrol to replace the fitting they broke. The one light they installed broke 1 week later. They also said they would need to replace another light fitting cos there was no power going to it, got a second opinion on that and it was rubbish. Just Money making and poor quality.

The WG Dixon team was a lifesaver after a bad experience with builders who did an incomplete and dangerous job. Abdul and his colleagues were professional, thorough and attentive, fixing all the damage done before and providing a certificate of compliance for all the electrical work. My lesson was that though one has to pay a bit more for good quality work, it is worth it all the way!

The guys worked for 5 hours, but I was charged for 4 hours and a whole lot less than quoted.  The service was prompt and professional. Disconnect and Remove 6 x LV Lamps, Holders, and Transformers and Convert Same to LED at my property in Newlands. They were very prompt in my request for the repair, arrived when they said they were going to, replaced all the old transformers with new LED lights. Worked quickly, were very pleasant to deal with & cleaned up after themselves.

We have had repeated switch tripping and Dixons have been so good at attending to the matter. Circuits were identified and checked efficiently and the electricians who attended were precise and polite! The telephone customer service from reception to service department was very good. We had a earth leakage problem and our plugs kept tripping. We called WG Dixon Electricians who came out after hours to help detect were the problem was coming from. Their technicians found the faulty plug within half an hour and replaced it in record time plus their price was good. Best electricians in Cape Town!
