Wish I could give 0 stars but wasn’t an option. He sold me a faulty car with a hole in the floor and roof leaking issues. Surely a car should protect you from the rain, instead using an umbrella in my own car. Don’t forget to check under carpets with this garage, since there are secret holes in the floor. Also he puts cars together with cable wires, didn’t know he was so talented. Apparently he goes on holiday every time you need a repair. But can’t find the money to do a return. Apparently driving your car for 15 minutes equals to 2000 miles. If you buy a car from him, never drive it. Only for staring in the summer time, emphasis on leaks. And if he sends you to his joker garage, they will do nothing but stare at the car for two days, and give up. He asked me if I put holes in my own car like I don’t have better things to do. Really smart guy.

Bought a convertible from here a few months ago. Was told that it was Granville's personal car and he assured me everything was perfect. Turns out that it had roof issues, the chassis and underfloor was full of water as a result, it needs new rear suspension, and about two grand of work to get the roof sorted. Absolute rip off. Worse, once the garage got some of the parts out of the roof, they told me that somebody had clearly tried to fix it themselves without the proper tools and had broken some key components in the process. Feeling utterly scammed. Losing £4k by selling this piece of rubbish on, despite it being dressed up to look very lovely when I came to see it. Dishonest vendor, hidden faults, rubbish fixes. A seller to avoid.

Extremely poor. I spoke to the trader this morning and agreed to buy a car he had advertised on Autotrader. Told me to send my full name, address and email in order for an invoice to be prepared and I was going to send a deposit. No further contact received so I checked back on Autotrader and the car is now marked as sold. I called him immediately and although he answered it was clear he didn’t want to speak to me and fobbed me off saying he’d call me back which he hasn’t. A very poor and under hand way of doing car sales and would never recommend trying to buy a car from W4 Car Sales Ltd.

Sold a reasonably priced car to me knowing it had issue with charger port. And for no reason at all, he didn’t inform DVLA that he’d sold the car so I had to file for a V5 myself. To add to insult, when I informed him that I hadn’t received my V5 after 2 months, he offered to buy my car back for £6k less. Dodgy guy

I’ve bought a few cars from W4 over the years and they have been excellent. Granville is a true gent and is very helpful. The cars are top notch. Hugely recommended and I won’t be going elsewhere for my cars. Frank

We’ve bought 2 cars from here and both were well priced, in great condition and the service has always been fantastic. The sale man was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. We’d definitely use them again.
