My family and I use this pharmacy for our doctor's prescriptions as well as other various medical aspects (vaccines) , and we would recommend this pharmacy to everyone. In fact, the pharmacist is very helpful and answered all my questions with regards to the drugs prescribed and has been very knowledgeable too. Moreover, on 1 occasion when I had my kid's prescription faxed over there at the last minute (5pm) and it was close to the pharmacy's closing time, the gentleman phoned me up and told me about my prescription and kindly offered to stay a few minutes behind to help deliver my prescriptions. This is awesome service and I praise the pharmacy for having such caring staff, who put the health of people above all. Anyway, I can only say good things about this place and would recommend it without thinking twice.

I had to buy a medicine when I noticed this gem close to my place right in downtown. I was welcomed by a vivacious and informative pharmacist. Since the medicine was not readily available, the same was delivered to my door step the very next day (no extra charge). They billed it directly to my insurance provider which was a relief. I was impressed by the painstaking effort of the gentle lady at the counter who explained the medication and its application, step by step. Pleasantly surprised to get a follow up call just to ask if the medication worked or not. Really, a great experience. Highly recommended.

These guys are fantastic! I get all my prescriptions filled here, and they regularly call me to remind me when I am running low, which is so above and beyond and definitely appreciated by someone with ADHD. All I have to say is my first name, and they know me right away. I also got my vaccines here, and the pharmacist was so great at easing my anxieties surrounding all of it. She has done thousands of injections! I wish everyone provided this level of service. I will continue to use them even if I no longer live in the area.

I have been using Westend Pharmacy since I moved to Calgary in 2018 and the pharmacists are always quick, respectful, and responsive. They have made suggestions based on their knowledge of my medical history, answered all my questions and uncertainties about prescriptions, and helped me with my insurance. I am so grateful for this pharmacy! Although I generally dislike all healthcare situations, I never feel anxious or reluctant to visit Westend Pharmacy.

June 14 and 15, 2021, tried repeatedly during regular business hours to get through by phone and got voicemail every time. Left a message on June 15, which was not returned as of June 17. It boggles my mind how a pharmacy can think it's OK to be unreachable, when they're the only ones that have a prescription that the patient needs. Even before having this problem, I noticed that this pharmacy's hours are limited. This pharmacy is fired.

This is the second time I've been to this pharmacy and left feeling very impressed and so cared for. The pharmacist and their staff are so friendly open and take the time to hear your concerns and explain things. They really leave you with the feeling they care for your health. Will not go anywhere else from now on!

Dirty, disorganized, inconsistent messaging from different pharmacists Update: After seeing my bad review, this pharmacist called me to yell at me. This feels like a violation of my privacy. (They looked up the name from my Goggle review in my medical file with their pharmacy to get my phone number.)

Family Run Pharmacy, ran by very good, educated family. They know all the different insurance systems. I am a senior who lives in the neighbourhood, there are many others, but I would never go anywhere else.
