Bought a brand new car on a 3 year PCP and when it was about to end I took the car for a valuation hoping to get a good deal and get a different car , to my surprise the same sales person who sold me the car with a smiling face , Tyrone his name was ,had a completely different attitude and was neither friendly nor helpful...took it to Toyota happy customer with them... dealer Not recommended...

Consistantly excellent and has been all the years that I've been using this dealership / garage repair shop. Furthermore they are honest and caring - how often do you hear that said about other like for like garages? I wouldn't go anywhere else because I 'trust them' another rarity in this particular industry.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Been using this dealer for 6 years and staff always go out of their way to help. Social distancing and restrictions have taken a toll on all dealer services but the Bromley WJ King has done well throughout. Just hope they start letting me have my vending machine hot chocolate again soon.

Tried to overcharge me by £90 and did not adjust the handbrake as requested.
