It does its job. Trains going towards Sutton are step free but not going the other way to London and I have never used the main entrance only the side entrance as the main entrance with the ticket office I have never seen open before. It's an alright station but if going towards London you have to go over the footbridge and the station has a shelter but I just wish the main entrance was actually open. Nevertheless a decent station with a decent amount of trains with trains to Epsom and Epsom Downs, in terms of the amount of trains it is underated.

The station has the ticket office always closed which means you have to go all the way along to get thought the gates and walk along the plataform in the opposite direction which means you can often miss your often delayed train. To many cancellations and delays! Not good at all, if you ask tfl for money back they will tell you to contact the train company, not very helpful either. Definitely too expensive for two stars services. I am often disappointed at this station with a lot of disappointed travel companions too.

the station is very run down and needs a new lick of paint. services are to west Croydon and London bridge. there needs to be more trains to London bridge. the train service through this station is run by Southern Railway, it seems they don't seem to understand time, i don't know why they even bother publishing train timetables if they can't run them to that time.

The station is pretty run down and has not been renovated in a while. Oftentimes the ticket office is closed despite the sign outside saying it should be open. The trains are usually on time (within 5 mins) which is pretty good for Southern Rail. Connections to London Bridge, London Victoria, Epsom, Sutton and Guildford (peak times only)

Quite average though it's quite annoying that there's no step free access to the Croydon and London bound platforms and thus, no direct link towards the small retail park located to the side of the station. Local buses stop by and trains stop here roughly every 15 mins serving Sutton, Croydon and London.

Overall my experience of the station has always been good, trains always come on time. Either I use a contactless card so there is no need to speak to the person on the help desk, but if needed there are there to help. If the help desk is closed there is self service machines dotted around the station

Pretty standard station, trains every 15 minutes on the Victoria to Epsom line. Some services skip this station in rush hour so be vigilant.

Ahhhh Waddon Station, brings back cool memories of when I lived close by. Not the greatest place in the World but maybe I'm nostalgic.

I like getting the trains but sadly trains don't run on time but the train service is probably affected by other services etc.
