Thoroughly unimpressed with this pharmacy and its staff. I had a Covid-19 booster shot appointment booked with Walden Pharmacy, and had to leave work early so I would not be late for it, as I was commuting all the way from Chestermere. Upon arrival, I was notified that all vaccine appointments were cancelled, and that customers were notified by email or text, neither of which I got. Already frustrated and disappointed, I was treated with very little sympathy from staff, without even an apology for the inconvenience. Will NOT be returning to this pharmacy, and certainly will not be recommending its services to anyone I know.

They owner and his wife are so kind and welcoming. They always help me understand how to take and what could happen with any new medications. They also are always so friendly and even remember you by name! So happy to have found a pharmacy that actually cares about their patients! Just want to follow up on this review. I am still blown away by the level on care here. When my partner was sick they made sure he got his prescription the same day delivered for free. They truly go above and beyond for their patients and I can not recommend them enough!

Not just another Pharmacy , Jeevan the pharmacist is gem of a pharmacist and person .He is wealth of knowledge and will spend time with you to explain the medication , possible side effects and everything you need to know . The best part is that he not only answers all the questions you might have at the time of pickup but also available on phone to answer all your questions. Cherry on the cake is the delivery of your refills at your door step . Highly recommended

Jiwan and his wife are the best. Not only their experience and knowledge as pharmacists but their outstanding customer service. I’m always welcomed by my name and that makes me feel I’m with family. They always follow up from previous visits so they show they really care. I highly recommend this place to everyone. A 5 star pharmacy hands down and an extra star for the fast appointment for my Covid Vaccine. Thanks guys!

We have been using walden medical pharmacy’s service since the day it opened and would not hesitate to say that the service offered is excellent, promising, trustworthy and efficient. Medication is processed on time efficiently. Jiwan sidhar is ready to happily give advice and answer health related queries. I would always without any reservations whatsoever recommend this pharmacy to everyone.

I highly recommend Walden Pharmacy. Very cooperative, friendly and polite staff. I forgot to tell them that I use vegetarian medication only and bought capsules with gelatin. Mr. Jivan went above and beyond to resolve my issue and arranged veggie friendly tablets for me at no extra cost except the difference. I am pleased to have them in my own community and very near to my home.

My wife and I have been with this pharmacy for well over the a year. Jiwan and his wife Vandana provide excellent customer service, knowledgeable and friendly. I used to go to Shoppers. They were inconsiderate and unfriendly. We gladly moved our business to this pharmacy and never looked back. They even dropped off a prescription to our residence. Thank You Jiwan and Vandana!!!!

I absolutely LOVE this pharmacy!!!! Jiwan and his wife are so kind!!!! It's not just picking up your prescription and going home, they are so friendly & personable! We share personal experiences (camping trips, etc) and they always make me smile!!! I come all the way from Dover every 2 weeks! I could go to ANY pharmacy but I choose Walden because of how friendly they are!!

Walden Medical Pharmacy came highly recommend by my neighbors. I was grumbling about long wait times and prices elsewhere. I was not disappointed. Friendly, very knowledgeable, and never rushed with questions. Honestly one the best pharmacists out there. He knows his stuff and gets anything he may not have. He has done so much and more for my family and we will always appreciate it. When my siblings had to leave, his drop off service was a god sent for my mum. His wife and him are wonderful people and always help out in anyway possible. Highly recommended!

This is the best pharmacy in the city, very professional, and caring , he takes the time to get to know you personally. He takes the time to explain the medications you are taking, if your Dr has made changes to your medications , he makes sure you are aware of these changes. I highly recommend him for all your pharmaceuticals needs .

Extremely patient. Great customer service. There was a time when I was in a lot of pain because of my arthritis. I didn’t have the medicine I used to take and they delivered it to my house in a very timely manner. I really appreciate these guys. Highly recommended.

If you need a new Pharmacy this is a fantastic location. The staff are fast and proficient at what they do and the owners who work there are always a pleasure. Every visit they treat you like one of the family. 10/10, family owned businesses are the way to go.
