I would rate them a zero I tried calling the pharmacy and kept being put on hold the hung up on twice , I got very frustrated and wanted to speak to the manager and was put on hold twice again, different people answering the phone ridiculous, rude and unprofessional staff.

Went here today to get my covalent booster. Their pharmacy was closed because i guess they had no pharmacist on duty (try paying enough to be able to hire more?). They told us our appointment would be honored at the other Euclid location.

Short staff. Waste of time. I came 3 times in one day, just for them to tell me they are out of stock of my son's medication. First time here and last!!! Couldn't even call me to tell me to tell me they were out so it could be transferred!

They do a good job considering the abuse they get.
