If you visit this pharmacy, be prepared to wait. I would give this pharmacy a zero if I could. I dropped my baby’s prescription off around 4:30 P.M. When I came back at 8 P.M. to pick it up, I was told it wasn’t even in the system and I had to wait another 30 minutes for my baby’s prescription to be ready. They had one person working drive thru and one person working the front desk with a long line of people waiting in both. The main pharmacist had a very bad attitude. They said all they could do is prepare it and for me to wait. Really awful customer service and honestly don’t care about their customers.

I had two prescriptions for pickup. They only had one prescription ready. Their customer service is extremely slow. Also, the pharmacist (Jonathan) was asking me questions that he should not be asking since he is not my doctor. He should be making sure that both my medications are ready for pickup. It is none of his business which medications I take. They also drop the calls when calling them. The app shows the medication is ready, but they don’t mention that they have issues with the insurance.

I booked COVID Booster appointment at 6:10 PM. I arrived at 6:00 and there was long line. I waited more then 1 hour in line and more then 2 hour for vaccination. I completely agree you have staff issue due to pandamic but you shouldn't have more appointment that you can't even handle. Better to reduce number of vaccination appointments instead of people waiting in line for vaccination.

Was told my prescription would be ready, I got there and it wasn't. 4 hours later I returned 30 minutes before close and waited in line only to make it to the front 15 minutes after close. They shut the door in my face and told me to leave. I dealt with you not filling the prescription on time and with your 45 minute wait and I still didn't get my prescription. What the heck Walgreens.

Tonight I called to make sure my medication was available, using this pharmacy for the first time. The representative hung up on me as I was asking a question. Agents need to make sure customers are taken care of before hanging up on calls, or at least say “bye” or “have a good night”. Common courtesy. I will never use this pharmacy again.

Go anywhere else to get your covid shot. Got there 15 min before my appointment and waited in the non moving check in line for an hour. Once they started checking people in it moved quickly but they shouldn't wait an hour after people's appointments to start. A little organization would have gone a long way.

Always short staff, always they had a ling line and prescription never ready on time. My doctor prescribed me a medicine to start taking immediately and after staying on line for 30 min , they have audacity to say that it’s not going to be ready and dont know it will be ready . Dont use this pharmacy

There is always a wait. The techs take people out of line and forget other people. This pharmacy also overdosed me by filling 3 bottles of a medication with the incorrect strength in October 2015. The only reason I continue to come here is because it is open 24 hours.

This is the closest pharmacy to me. This is where Me and my fiancé got our vaccination shots. It’s OK Walgreens their service people are nice but there’s always a long line for the pharmacy but I do appreciate them being 24 hours so I can understand that.

They feel threatened if you enter the store and watch every move you make. Conveniently checking stock in any isle your in suddenly and tracking you in the mirrors. A very discomforting shopping experience everytime i enter this store.

A white girl in a Christmas hat who told me last night the medication would be ready told me it wasn’t there today. If it wasn’t ready or in stock why tell me to get it at the time she stated last night.WASTING EVERYONE TIME

Unprofessional and rude in the pharmacy department. They would benefit from additional training for general customer service skills. I would recommend driving 2 miles to another location if you can.

unfortunately they are understaffed and there is always a long wait whether you go inside or in the drive thru, but the pharmacy staff have always been absolutely kind and helpful.

Literally the worst. Promised my perscription was arriving the next day, 4 days in a row! Still haven't received my perscription - now a week later. Pick any other pharmacy!

Always open. Very convenient across from the hospital. The service is slow but when it's your turn you won't feel rushed.

Great experience in their pharmacy. Went for immunization and the staffs were thorough and cared for the patients.
