The pharmacist here is amazing! So it much of the other staff very helpful and nice,but there's an extremely over weight rude Latina pharm tech who after speaking with serval times told me my medicine wouldn't go through with my insurance,she was on her cell phone so I guess doing her job wasn't as important as important as my medical need.After having this extremely incompetent person tell me no over and over(there was no one else there at pharmacy to talk to at that time) I said fine,I went to a walgreen down the road and I told them about what happen,got my medicine in less than 15mins.At the end of the day it just seemed like she didn't want to be doing her job,which isn't okay,my life depends on my medications.Maybe she shouldn't be working as a pharm tech because clearly she doesn't understand what her whole job descriptiont is.Until she's fired or gone I refuse to return to this walgreen,also spreading the word to family and friends in this area to not go there.No one should ever have to argue to get there medicine because someone doesnt want to do there job(again,because I got my meds about 20min later) Let me know when she's gone Walgreen and I'll happily return.

Absolutely farcical. I had to go into the pharmacy three separate days and each time was given a different story and price as to why they didn't have what my doctor prescribed. First trip: They couldn't located my BCBS insurance on file for one prescription, and they couldn't find the other prescription at all. I was told to come back in the next two days and it would be sorted out. Second trip: Still cannot find one prescription. They had me sign up for for their "savings" plan to reduce the price of the second prescription, though they still cannot find anything for me. Third trip: The price from the second trip has tripled. No explanation. Three different pharmacists/techs, three answers, three different prices, three wasted days. Don't go here unless you're literally bleeding out and need a band-aid. Colossal waste of time and effort.

Again I was disappointed with the gentleman in the pharmacy department. I had a 9:45am appointment for my booster shot and something to do right after. I got there at 9:35 there were 3 people ahead of me for shots and 5 in line.i stood waiting an finally left without my shot. 1oter person left too. The line had not moved and the man as always showed no sense of urgency he also never moved from his chair. This has happened many times with this same person and when I say something to the manager he says oh well. These problems only seem to happen when he's there. This latest one was 10/6/23

What kind of garbage Walgreen refused to give the receipt. The cashier said I would receive an email, but I did not. Pretending to ask the manager to say that there is something wrong with my Walgreen card. I can get a receipt for my Walgreen card in any Walgreen, but this one is so funny and shameless. I seriously doubt that the reason why Walgreen refused to give the receipt is to overcharge me. I'll call the bank.

Cashier Perla changed the total on me after I inserted my credit card and then refused to give me a receipt so that I could verify the items charged. Manager Alex also could not produce a receipt nor look up my transaction apparently. Spoke to me with his mask below his nose the entire time (which defeats the purpose of wearing one) and bordered on rude.

I have gone to this Walgreens since I was a kid, so it surprised me today when my 1yr old screamed for me and one of the workers that's worked there since I was a kid obnoxiously yelled so everyone would hear "YEP, SHE'S SPOILED!". That was rude and unnecessary. Left the worst taste in my mouth and ruined an otherwise good experience shopping.

Store hasn't be right in the pass 10yrs. The people who work there now are slow, rude and need to fine a job they like. The mangers need to learn the job period. I am glad they got rid if the people who were stealing right in front of the manger eyed. I went there for 30yrs and never seen a store go down in service like this one.

Peter was extremely helpful by the picture area and helped alleviate the long line. He also let told me some of the items that were on sale and I ended up purchasing some of those items. You can tell he cares and and I really appreciate this nowadays.

Building from Early last century with such narrow doorways many disabled in wheelchairs cant get in the store ..Even put the sensors at door even makes it more difficult for disabled .Closed the Archer n Western store because profit outweighs service

Had a very unpleasant experience With Perla. Someone that rude and unhelpful should not be in a leadership position displaying a poor attitude to the Employees she supervises. I think management needs to rethink their "Leaders".

I hate going here. It’s the closest location and I needed a passport photo so I went. A new person was being trained, which is fine by me. They just weren’t nice! One tone, one word sentences. I felt like I was bothering them.

The front register person (and other staff) during the weekdays was very kind, and often looked up coupons for me for nutrition shakes that were medically necessary. I like this Walgreens

Go to this pharmacy if you want to stay on hold for 90 minutes, staff repeatedly hanging up on your call, and being ignored because of they are eternally "short staffed."
