Hola .! Solo para mencionar que el Día Miercoles como a las 2:30 me toco ver a una Senora de la tercera Edad en la Farmacia pidiendo sus Pastillas de la Presión y por lo que entendí ella quería las que siempre le daban, pero creo que se las cambiaron por otro laboratorio que diera el mismo nombre . Pero diferente frasco Y la Manayer de Nombre TIFFANI. Le empezó a tratar mal a la señora …!y l señora le decía que ella quería sus pastillas las que siempre le daban y le enseño un frasco que tenía la señora, a la manayer y le dijo es tas son Las que quiero las que sue Ore eh tomado .! y le contesto la manayer no tengo y te llevas estás y la señora . No..! Me, las llevo..! Y la Manayer le dice groseramente sabes para que estés bien vacías las pastillas que te di a tu botecito verde para que te sientas Mejor . Esta manayer TIFFANI , la insulto llamándole loca …! Y la señora se enojó y le dijo si no estoy loca solo pido mis pastillas que yo me tomo . Y La Manayer se dio la Vuelta y agarró unas pastillas y se voltea con voz burlante MIRA ESTAS SON LAS PASTILLAS QUE QUIERES LAS TENGO PERO NO TE LAS DOY Y HASLE CÓMO QUIERAS. Y la señora de la tercera edad le dice mira si las tienes entonces porque… me das de otras pastillas si tú tienes las que yo tomo ya vez que si las tienes ..! Y la Manayer le dice si las tengo y no te las doy …. La señora de la tercera edad le dice te voy a Reportar y contesta la Manayer haz lo que quiera s pero no le doy NaDa…. Dice la señora de la tercera edad me cambiaré de Farmaciia .. y te voy a reportar para que no seas grosera con otra gente que venga .y te comportes bien con la gente . . y la manayer le dice cámbiese de farmacia váyase a donde usted quiera .. OMG ..! bueno se fue la señora ..! La vi que si se puso pálida la señora iva mal pero de coraje que hizo con la Manayer . La verdad ojalá alguien pongan alto a esto porque no está bien que está Manayer TIFFANI se aya comportado con esta señora así sin respeto y grosera por favor esta mujer no está lista para seguir ai atención al cliente . Que cinismo de la manatee al decir mira mira aquí están tus pastillas y no te las doy . Yo las vi…! que si vergüenza y grosera ..! La manayer Por favor farmacia de Walgreens capaciten más a su personal para Que este mas capacitado para atención al cliente ..

I would like to highly commend Jiju A., the Pharmacy manager, for being the best Pharmacist that I have ever had. He is so professional, personable and genuinely cares about his patients. If there is any problem or issues with insurance, he is right on it to correct, help and straighten out so efficiently. He is never to busy to serve and if he is, he is so polite and professional to tell me that he will be right with me. I have been with Walgreens for many years but with the Walgreens on Garland Road in Dallas for just a few months andI have to say it is the best Pharmacy with the best Techs and the other Pharmacist and I know it is because they have the best leader in JiJu and his staff, they all are as exemplary as their Pharmacy Manager!

The pharmacy here is terrible. They somehow changed my phone number in their system so I stopped getting text message alerts, even when I called into the system they said that were no prescriptions ready when there were, when I finally got a personal on the phone they hung up on me twice, and then when I had to go in person to get anybody to help me with my prescription, they also charge me for the prescription that is and has always been covered by my insurance. Last month they also filled the prescription late. The staff isn't rude, but they seem totally clueless.

My provider put my medication in at the beginning of Nov. 6th. I called the pharmacy on Nov. 8th. The medication was out of stock and they did not know when it will be back in. So i waited. The week of Thanksgiving, I get a call that my medication is ready. On Black Friday, I go pick up my medication and I am told that it has been more than a week and they put my medication back. How? You guys called me on Tuesday and now it’s Friday. It hasn’t even three days since you called. I will not have my medication filled here anymore. I hate CVS doesn’t take my insurance!

Excellent service! I called the pharmacy to see if my rx was ready and they let me know they had to order it for the next day. They offered to call around to other pharmacies to see if they could get it filled today. They even made sure I was signed up for text alerts/updates and I got a notification after the call was ended. Thoughtful, above and beyond… this is why I pass several pharmacies to go here. Thanks!

This Walgreens Pharmacy has constantly given us problems with getting prescriptions on time, strange hours, being understaffed, and COVID test results coming back in a timely manner. The test results have NEVER ONCE come back in the window in which they were suggested. Trying to call the pharmacy has sometimes led to me being hung up on by staff, and it usually takes multiple calls to get through.

Back in Dec 2022, Jo from Beauty had helped me last minute to get my skin cleared and healthy again. I had an allergic reaction the week before my wedding and she gave me every help and advice she can and it healed up 2 days before my big day! I know this is long over due but thank you so much and I hope she is doing well!

I was needing help printing pictures from my phone & the employees at CVS across the street were of no help. Everett was very pleasant, helpful and walked me through the process. I was able to get my prints quickly. Thank you so much Everett for the great service! It confirmed my preference of Walgreens over CVS.

If Walgreens is going to offer a service they need to provide it. The pharmacy and all staff are rude and need to come up with a kinder more efficient way to serve their customers. If they can't do that they need to discontinue the service.

They allowed me to drop off my prescription but didn't tell me up front that they won't accept GoodRx on certain prescriptions, at the store managers discretion. I went to this location daily for the past few years but will go elsewhere.

The customer service in the front during lunch hour can take longer than normal. Today the line had 10 people with two cashiers around the corner chatting. It’s gone downhill slit in this area.

You can be the only car in the drive through and the pharmacy staff will be right at the window and ignore you for 10 minutes before helping you. Very poor customer service.

I went to two different Walgreens to get a passport photo taken and both were unacceptable to the passport office. Do not recommend for getting your passport photo!
