I love the staff at this place, but ever since Walgreens made the corporate decision to move to this specific little location, their hours are unreliable. For example, even though they should be open right now (4 PM on a Thursday), they are closed. This is not the first time this has happened. Even more frustrating is if you call their number you are sent to a centralized call center that can give no explanation as to why they are closed or whether or not they will be open tomorrow. Pharmacies need to be opened during their stated hours. Another day later and the store is closed again, and the call center can't tell me why they are closed or when or even if they will re-open.

Don't go here! It is no longer a Walgreens it's a Dollar Tree. Walgreens' website lets you schedule appointments at this address, but Walgreens moved up the street to a much smaller building. What is very dumb however, is that when they moved the building address remained the same which tricks Google Maps. The building you're looking for is diagonally across the intersection and about 100yds up Hanna Av. Staff there are friendly and the quality of care received was good, but it is a tiny Walgreens and they are very overworked.

I can't speak on the rest of the store but the pharmacy department is amazing. I am about to loose my insurance and they had no problem giving me an itemized copays for all of my childrens medications and tried their best to help le figure out how to get them as affordable as possible. Katie was her name. Simply amazing and made a stressful situation better by simply being kind.

The staff at this Walgreens are always so kind and helpful, especially with coordinating my prescriptions I get from out of state! And to everyone complaining that it's a Dollar Tree, drive 15 seconds further down Hanna Ave towards East St and it's on your right. The Walgreens at 4001 Madison closed and the Walgreens pharmacy opened down the road at this listed address.

Don't expect this location to be open when they should be like there hours say! They randomly decide to close whenever they please! Second time I have wasted my time and gas because I needed to pick something up and they were closed for no good reason! This is pathetic! This locations manager should be replaced if they can't run their store!

I really can't understand why i was able to set up for a covid test at this walgreens just to get out there and the store isn't even there anymore. Why the hell was this walgreens even an option for a test site if its now dollar general. Truly inconvenient.

Hours are crazy!! I am sick needed medication but yesterday I called they hung up the phone, I called the nurse, a nurse called they just hung up the phone . never never will have scripts filled at Walgreens again ! Rude ! …
