Allí trabaja en la sección de medicamentos recetados, un señor libanés que trata mal al público, casi siempre en el turno de la noche. Pone tremenda mala cara todo el tiempo y su trato siempre es seco, a veces irrespetuoso, especialmente con aquellos que no hablan bien el inglés. Hay homeless en las inmediaciones del local, sobre todo en el parqueo, pero eso no es lo peor, sino que el trato al público es muy lento y tampoco es el mejor. Te dicen con tremenda cara de tabla que tus pastillas están en una hora, viendo tú a varios de ellos sin hacer nada. Por otra parte, los demás que allí trabajan te hacen perder tiempo pues te programan llamadas pregrabadas a tu casa por medicamentos recetados que no han sido verificados y al llegar tú a recogerlos no te los quieren dar, lo cual es muy desagradable. En dos ocasiones no me quisieron dar los medicamentos de mi esposa y en una ocasión se equivocaron y volvieron a llamarme para que recogiese unos medicamentos ya recogidos por mí anteriormente. Mucho descontrol en funciones básicas, gente antipática y mala onda y sobre todo mucha lentitud.

Really rude pharmacists. The pharmacy here never picks up the phone. I went on 8/1/22 around 7 pm. Two pharmacists sitting there chatting, phone is ringing non-stop in the background. When I politely told them that I had called 5-7 times in the last 10 days and no-one picks up the phone, the female pharmacist became extremely rude. Even walked away as retaliation, muttering in a different language to her colleague. Last nail in the coffin for Walgreens in my book. Prices are sky high and now with attitude like this - I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Miami Firestone Building Built in 1929 and hailed as the largest Firestone station in all the USA. Firestone founder Harvey Firestone lived on a mansion in Miami Beach and is said to want a large neon sign he could see from the beach at night. This location was in business for over 50+ years but by the late 80s, business had declined and Firestone moved out leaving the building empty. Walgreens saw an opportunity to reuse the automotive center and though the iconic Firestone sign was removed, it was replaced with a large Walgreens sign.

Esther Guitieres worst @Walgreens employee that I've encountered, refused to allow paying customer to use the restroom while being rude and lying about it being out of order. Another employee willingly granted access afterwards when asked. Extremely long lines at the register, with 3 other employees chatting in the background including the supervisor who later made things worst by counting down the register while all patrons were waiting to pay for their items with no secondary cashier available. 8/13/22, roughly 7:30p.

Hice una orden de Photo prints para recoger y en la confirmacion decia q la procesarian de 8 pm a 9 pm y que cerraban 11:59pm. Cuando llego a la regirtradora a las 9:10 pm me dicen q la seccion de fotos ya esta cerrada q solo trabajan hasta las 8 y el personal llama a la manager la que me dice que no que no estan cerrados q la orden se cancelo q a lo mejor mañana me envian un correo diciendomelo porque el sistema no esta recibiendo ordenes. En fin pésimo servicio y una perdida de tiempo.

Fui a este local a las 8 pm para tomarme una foto de pasaporte y resulta que hay una sola persona atendiendo ese departamento y dicha persona esta bajando una rastra de mercancías. Resulta entonces que tuve que esperar mas de 30 minutos porque necesitaba las fotos. Teniendo en cuenta que el precio que cobran es bastante caro la atención al cliente es pesima si fuera posible dar una calificación menor a una estrella sin dudas la daria por jugar asi con el tiempo de los clientes.

The management at this location is descriminating against certain population. I went to return an item without a receipt and the manager Angie refused to return it for a store credit even though the policy states that it can be done. When I asked her what is the reason for her refusal, she replied that she has the right to choose who to refuse. So apparently she discriminated against me personally. What a shame that Walgreens hires someone like that! Worst experience ever!!

OK. With this Pharmacy, I have to give it 3 stars. It sort of takes a long wait, which is no problem for me. Others, maybe. But the main reason is because of the god awful etiquette outside. They can’t maintain safety out in the Parking lot. It’s theirs, and they should probably take care of it more. Inside, there’s an OK variety of items you can grab and purchase, no problem. Never called for support because I’ve never felt like I needed. 3 stars: my final verdict.

I went to get my OTC meds for the 1st time at Walgreens, Not only was this store Isles full of buckets to catch the drips from the roof; only two employees working one of them did not know anything about OTC process and at the girl at the cash register had no clue how to do it neither. I had way too many issues, very disappointed at the over-the-counter medication situation at Walgreens I will stick 2 CVS from now on

This place needs a revamp on its interior and its customer service. Some of the cashier associates are very rude and one today was complaining that there was a line and legit said that the customers are too lazy to walk to the other register. Maybe she needs to make an announcement and check her attitude. Very unprofessional. The store itself doesn't have great selections and some items are beyond overpriced.

Most disgusting Walgreens EVER!!!!! DO NOT go there. The parking lot has like 50 bums at any given time of day or night. They don’t do anything about it. It smells and it’s FULL of trash. It’s like your at a city dump! Crazy people are always in the store cussing at people. It’s terrible and the security guard might as well be a lamp post cause they don’t do anything either. Simply the worst.

Great customer service by Jordi! The second time going to this Walgreens, on both occasions, the parking was super dirty, and garbage was everywhere. The parking lot smelled of urine. Incredibly, a company with this huge name allowed this to happen in the center of Liter Habana, where so many tourists drive by! I lived in Miami for 23 years, and I had never seen this city so dirty as how it's now!

Recently moved near this area and decided to go to Walgreens (store # 06873). The parking lot is disgusting and the lines to pay bewteen 15-20 feet long. While waiting to pay I hear someone pressing the bottom for help in the shaving machines for over 5 minutes and no one walked that way on the time I spent there. Definetly moving my business to the nearest CVS.

The worst service, your pharmacy is too slow, I guess you don't have enough people working They aren't making us a favor, the store get enough profit from the medications, socializing al the work place is very unprofessional, they own to know their job description and stick to it.

Its the worse walgreens i have gone to. The employess are putting on makeup, they wont assist you. The ailses are full of boxes in the way with carts and merchandise and the outside parkng lot is nasty and smells and full of beggers. Horrible Walgreens the worst one in Miami.

The worst costumer service ,the manager Antonio ,his been called a few times to show up to help the lady in the front desk with no response.I saw him having a snack in the back of the sodas section,same time when the store was packed.enjoy your meal sir.never back again

Dentro de la farmacia súper amplio y muy organizado, lo malo es en las afueras del parqueo hay deambulando gente ebria y eso produce incomodidad al cliente.

The buses many that come try here with got the 12 ave bus and the 11 flager bus all the way to malls of the america.
