Placed a photo order at 5:12 1/19. Around 6 I call and speak with a guy at the photo department, he tells me “yes you’re order will be ready in 30 min, I’m working on it right now.” I stop by the location at around 9 pm, three hours later after I was told it would be ready. The cashier at the photo department, I believe his name was Juanito, calls over the manager Cinthia after I give him my name and ask for my order. I’m confused at this point why does a manager need to be involved I’m just picking up. Cinthia is the RUDEST manager I have dealt with. She comes over and in a bothered tone states “I couldn’t get the machine to work so I couldn’t process your order. I thought someone called you, I left a note for someone to call you.” I’m visibly upset at this point, I was lied to as a customer. I then tell her “This is unacceptable how can this be corrected? I drove down here 3 hours after it was said to be ready and no one within that time frame could call me or better yet if why didnt you call me if you wrote down the note??” Her response is to give me attitude and say “I’m not in charge of the photo department.” I let her know that she just told me she was trying to get the machine working for my order and she wrote a note for someone else to call me. What does that have anything to do with being in charge of photo, she’s a manager of the store which includes photo. She proceeds to give me attitude in front of other customers rolling her eyes and sighing, brushing me off telling me to go to the walgreens in Tarzana because there’s nothing she can do. I ask her to call because I really need this photo cube as a gift for today 1/20. She walks away into the back, comes back out 10 min later and says “yea she said she can do it but it will be ready tomorrow.” I ask who “she” is and her response “I don’t know she just said she’s the manager there.” At this point I’m just shocked at how she’s giving me attitude for an error that was made on their part. I’m extremely upset and this is just ridiculous. Cinthia should be held at a higher standard and at least be taught how to talk to customers and resolve an issue when it’s an oversight on their end instead of giving attitude!

The pharmacist is so RUDE!!! I was trying to explain to him that the Walgreens Pharmacy , the one that I usually get my prescription medication from has closed down and transferred all of my medication information to this Walgreens pharmacy, and that they had made a mistake with the dates on my prescription medication. He even acknowledged that a mistake with the dates must have occurred, but he kept on raising his voice and talking over me and basically told me to have my prescription send to a different pharmacy. I told him that my Doctor will not be in the office until next week Tuesday, which means I will go without my medication for 5 days! He kept on being RUDE by yelling at me and then putting down the phone on me!!! NEVER EVER will Walgreens see my face again!!!

For years I’ve used Walgreens This Walgreens is fine except for the make Asian pharmacist This man will put you through hell to get certain prescriptions. First he blamed Blue Cross Blue Cross said I should have at least 3-5 days of all medications. He will not give them to me until the very last pill. All of my doctors are aware of what I’m taking. I’ve been educated on what to do or not do. I’ve never given him a reason to worry about abuse or anything that may cause concern. I’m on medication that if just stopped I have seizers. I e taken this up through the proper channels, if he wants to withhold he or play MD and therapist Walgreens should pay my medical bills. Now I want to give the women in the pharmacy 10 stars- they are wonderful

While I was waiting for my prescription I overheard the pharmacist conversation with an elderly man.(because she was yelling). He explained how he was very frustrated had been to several Walgreens locations and he was trying to figure out where his prescription was sent to. Instead of speaking to him calmly and informing him on how to locate his prescription she called him crazy and said that it wasn’t her problem. It is so disrespectful to call someone crazy when they’re trying to pick up their medication. She was discriminating against him and when I tried to speak up for him she put me down too. I’m 22 years old and to see an older person get treated so badly by a healthcare professional scares me.

The most unhelpful place ever. Trying to get a hold of pharmacy over phone is a joke, kept sending me thru to “pharmacy” and kept getting hung up on or sent back to automated phone system. Doctor sent my prescription over a week ago and the phone system said they don’t have it and I couldn’t get thru to anyone. This is not the first time the pharmacy has screwed me with my prescriptions, but it is the last because I called my doctor and I’m going elsewhere. Shame on pharmacy for messing with peoples prescriptions.

Don't go to the Walgreens Pharmacy on Sherman Way! I made an appt for my kid's covid vaccine and waited almost 90 minutes because the pharmacist was "busy" doing other things. You had a 7 year old waiting 90 minutes at 6pm because you were "busy"? There was literally no one there, except a bunch of people waiting on Covid shots, but they were too busy doing other things. Several people complained (including another family), but they said this was "normal" to wait 60-90 minutes for anything at that pharmacy!

The pharmacists here are very lazy and have zero interest in assisting prescribing doctors, customers, or even their own pharmacy technicians. I saw the two star rating and I thought, “I just need to pick up a prescription, how bad can it be?” It is bad. I was ultimately unable to pick up my prescription for an apparently inexplicable issues despite being informed in advance the prescription was ready for pickup. Others in line at the pharmacy appeared similarly misinformed.

The pharmacist at this location is a liar and a racist. They went back-and-forth with my doctor about the prescription. My doctor sent the prescription. They said they never received it.then they told me I need to go to a Walgreens in my area. This is less then a mile from were I live. There are rude and don’t know how to deal with their customers in a professional manner. Pharmacist need to be fired. And give someone the position that cares about people and their health.

Came for flu shots today. The woman at the pharmacy was so incredibly slow it took 20 minutes to get me and my twins into the system which we should already be in because we go to another Walgreens all the time. But she's clearly incompetent and had to punch in all our information three times with one hand and one finger. In the end she said they can't process the insurance because I have twins. At that time I gave up and left that terrible store.

This place reeks of ambivalence and despair. The snack item I purchased was expired.. The negative vibe of the place felt so thick that I took the loss instead of going back to notify them of this and perhaps get an exchange. And as a bonus the point of sale machine which I had the misfortune of using seemed to be held in place by duct tape and yarn. Please do yourself and your loved ones a big favor: Avoid this trap store if possible

I scheduled an appointment for the COVID-19 vaccination. I got there 20 mins earlier and found line of people standing in-line for vaccine. Thirty mins later I am still standing in line waiting for the shot. The person ahead of me said no one in the pharmacy has started administering the shots. Why bother to ask people to schedule appointments for the vaccine shots when the pharmacy personnel’s are so unorganized.

The pharmacist who gave me my first COVID-19 dose caused me to bleed. First when she pricked my skin, it was the worst pain ever. I have never in my life felt pain while receiving any shot. Right after that, blood was pouring out of the shot site in my right arm. I had to ask her to clean it. She wasn’t even remorseful about it. Please I ask that they have people who are familiar with prepping and giving shots.

Es un lugar donde puedes encontrar un poco de todo . Hay cosas como para regalar uso personal medicinas vitaminas maquillaje poca ropa pero encuentran y muchísimas cosas más candis chocolate chips bebidas y hasta puedes sacar fotos osea hay un poco de todo , en lo personal me gusta mucho . Y además encuentras personas que hablan español también. Recomendado amigos

Went in there to purchase 1 item, baby shampoo, they didn't have to many varieties, I was looking for travel size, they had travel size section, no baby shampoo. Post COVID prices are ridiculous, doesn't cost anymore to make it this year than last. Everyone is greedy. We as consumers should just stop buying and paying their prices! Price was 3 times more than before

Due to lack of information from an employee at the pharmacy I just spent the whole day running around for my prescription when I could have gotten it there,mind you I’m very sick she said I couldn’t give it to me because they didn’t take my insurance but she failed to mention I could pay with money which I obviously would have...not okay

Waited over an hour with my daughter for her Covid booster "appointment". They don't take people in the order of their appointments. They do paperwork for a large batch of people after an hour of waiting, and call them randomly with no attention to appointment time. Go to CVS. MUCH better service. Will not go to a Walgreens again.

Save your time. Understaffed and confused employees. I came in to simply look for hand sanitizer wipes and had a picture of it also. 3 of only employees each said a different isle and It wasn't where they said it would be. Got a good work out walking around the whole store finding something similar. Would not come here again

Agree with other reviews… I need to get my prescriptions filled somewhere else. This place is the WORST! They don’t know when there’s a script in, they threaten to cancel it, so you go to pick it up and they say they don’t have the request, the lines aren’t that long but it still takes FOREVER. Don’t choose this one.

Took them almost 8 hours to fill a simple prescription. I checked on line to see the status and it said "Pharmacist Reviewing Prescription." In fact the pharmacist had been doing nothing. Finally I had to get my doctor's office involved again to get this important prescription filled. Goodbye Walgreens. Hello CVS.

I had a issue with the a damaged kids medicine and the guy didn't apologize and offered no help no solution and I had to call the dimetapp company and they helped me out and said it was strange Walgreens wouldn't help me out .

This place is awful. They consistently do not have medications ready on time, frequently forcing me to skip days on my vital medication. The staff is abrasive and rude, and calling them on the phone I heard the staff laughing and talking before placing me back on hold with no warning. Awful.

Pharmacy wait line was horrible, huge lines and very long wait lines, and I scpesificly asked if they had my medication before waiting in line, and they said yes, but guess what? after waiting in line for half an hr they told me that no, they dont have it

Passport photos are really low quality I think is the cheap camera they use. Not worth the price $14.99 they shouldn't provide passport photo service if they dont have a good camera equipment. Just look for a UPS store $15 passport photos good quality

Horrible!!! I know they’re giving vaccines , and they have 2 lines for shopping and vaccines,for our own health, but how is it that just vaccines customers are the ones entering , I think they should be equal !!!! You know be FAIR!!! With everybody !

I booked an appointment for my booster shot of vaccine here but the waiting was too long, the line wasn't even moving, I was in the line more than 45 minutes (even though I had an appointment!) That's not acceptable!!! I left disappointed

Pharmacy service is really bad, either you go inside or drive thru you have to wait a long time to get help, always they have many people working inside but only one person helping inside and drive thru at the same time

Jorge helped me with a last minute printing order. (The other walgreen location’s machine broke down) He was also helping multiple groups of customers at the same time and was attentive and efficient the whole time.

Great service in the Pharmacy. Made appointment for COVID-19 Vaccination. From appointment set up to the actual vaccination everything was done well and organized. The staff was friendly and professional.
