Store 7375, I had a horrible experience at this particular Walgreens store. I had picked up my meds as I’ve done for many years. I got home I open the bottle and noticed that my pills seemed as if you were missing some then I just figured That they had gone to a smaller size pill yet the same medicine and same dosage. It just look like less meds. I trusted that Walgreens would not allow such an error to happen so I began to fill my pillbox when I noticed I don’t have enough pills for the following week to fill my pillbox. So I began to count my meds only to find out that I had been shorted 25 pills. So I contacted Walgreens and advise them of what had happened. Long story short. I was given the runaround. Although these pills may be controlled substance, there was no way Shape or form my fault that I was shorted my meds I need these pills for extreme pain for back problems. I understand that maybe people have done this for the sake of addiction or whatever but because of their act I will suffer for the week. One of the pharmacist who I spoke to Said to me, there might be many thieves going on in this particular location. She told me there was many hands in the store I followed the chain of command as to respond and file a claim, but it seems like they just brushed it under the rug I asked them to look at the cameras they said they didn’t see anything , I am so suspicious because I live alone and my pills went from A to point B and that was it. Corporate if you are reading my review please take into consideration terrible situation. I am a consumer and I do have rights I will be informing other agencies about the situation the BBB and I file a complaint with the board of pharmacy and FDA , this is just not right please anybody who picks up pills especially on a controlled substance please have your pills counted there. I read too many articles about missing pills.

Generally a decent store. Employees are nice for the most part and the RX section is ok - Pharmists is nice...one employee back there seems to always have an attitude but he'll work it out. Not going to ding him - moggt just be his person because its not like know him. Yesterday I was in the store and a guy came in..smiling wirh NO mask. Every person in the store had a mask but yet he didn't. He was allowed to shop as though it wasn't an issue but hes talking and laughing. No one asked him, he showed no info about not being able to wear a mask for medical reasons or other but there he was in the store laughing, looking at everyone and shaking his head as though he's in disbelief. Stores are approaching/and asking ppl outside to please wear a mask. If not show paperwork or something but not 1 person did. This is a DRUG STORE... So why wouldnt they be more vigilant with our overall safety. Ok..maybe they are scared to confront or maybe they really don't care. But it didn't make me feel as though they did. So Walgreens if you do care at all - and you must because all the employees and patreons had a mask other than that 1 person, hire a security guard if you can't/unwilling/scared to approach. Other businessea have. The one place that should be free of non-mask wearing people shoild a grocery stores or drug stores. I ding'd you for that. With the huge rise in cases all around the country and AZ (Phx), I shouldn't have to point that out.

When I called a customer service person answered the phone and I explained the situation I even told her that I was having trouble breathing. she would not get a pharmacy tech on the phone she said there was no way to do it since she could not transfer my call I asked her if she could just take my info down and have them call me as soon as they open and she kept saying that she couldn’t transfer me. Not acknowledging my request. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. She finally decided to get the pharmacy tech and the tech helped me out with information on how to get my prescription but ALSO refused to give me the other representatives name. The pharmacist said her personal name was Andy after having to ask for hers a couple time but in a tone that sounded like she was not being honest. I was clear to both that I was asking her name to report the service to management. This is probably the worst someone has made me feel about having asthma.
The pharmacy is unreliable. I wondered if it was due to the location of this one, but a quick glance at Walgreens in other suburbs show it's a systemic issue. My husband was prescribed 4 urgent medicines on Friday morning. I went Friday afternoon and only 2 were ready. Go back Saturday and the pharmacy is unexpectedly closed, with no instructions for people to pick up their scripts. Called another Walgreens to find out the 2 missing meds couldn't be transferred. Being a Saturday, his doctor's office was closed. No way to get the missing meds. He suffered all weekend. Go over the noon hour Monday; the scripts still aren't ready and 1 med had been inadvertently transferred to another Walgreens without our permission. When asked about the meds not being ready, the pharmacist said they were closed for 3 days. No apology, no empathy. At this point I feel our state reps need to get involved. It's not right that people's meds are held hostage at the whim of Walgreens' staffing.
Last straw not using this location they have come up short on my meds for my heart & refuse to reimburse me for the shortage. They also said a couple times that my percriptions are ready for pick up and were not making it hard on me because they close at 5pm M-F and I work til 5 so have to take off early from work to make it to pick up my Rx on time. This time I requested another one of my heart medications that I have to take on time constantly and I can't miss more than one dosage otherwise I end up back in the hospital and they have to reintroduce me to this medication while being supervised, they canceled the order without calling me asking permission or anything because my insurance doesn't cover it yet I've been paying out of pocket for this medication since they prescribed it to me so I am changing locations I will never use this Walgreens location again because they don't care about their people or clients they just care about themselves.
The Walgreens store is fine. The pharmacy is the problem. Ever since some of the girls speaking spanish were moved and the new ones came in it isn't the same. I tried to get my prescription and they told me they have already given it to me. I do not remember getting it. They have video of me coming in but I only came in to make the order. The lady with long blonde hair and brown roots who helped me was very rude. The pill situation isn't even the problem. It was that she raised her voice and argued with me. The manager Brian wasn't very helpful he said that it was in part the miscommunication and that is why it happened the way it did. I told him I felt like i was treated unfairly and he said that the girl also felt that way and that could be why she acted the way she is. Before all that, the guy in the white coat was even telling the blonde girl to be quiet. But in the end it didn't matter because in reality the customer does not matter.
Very distasteful experience with them I got a text saying my picture order was done (witch was a photo albums of my late dog for my family) I spent hours at the store putting them together an associate spoke with me got details of my situation ect & said she’d start them 4 hours later I got a text saying they were done I wasn’t able to make it there for another 2 hours on top of I called the store in my way & asked them if I been able to pick them up though it was 9:30 I was told yes it would be a problem & apon arriving the same girl that told me come on by Tells me she didn’t know what my order was or anything about my order & even though they text me & said they were done their not she doesn’t know what to tell me other then just because they contact you & say the orders done doesn’t mean their done & I can come back and check on them tomorrow
I was there to use curbside pickup for photo Christmas cards. I was told they'd be available at the pharmacy drive thru but that wasn't the case. I called several times and photo department didn't pick up the phone until I spoke to someone who transferred me there. They offered me the curbside pickup so I was supposed to notify them when I was on my way & when I got there notify which space I was in through links in my email. When I left home I clicked on the link it said my order had been cancelled so I called again. She located my order & I had to call when I got there. Overall the employee was helpful and I finally got my order. The photo Christmas cards were good quality & as I ordered.
My husband has a very painful and swollen stye on his eye that urgently needs a cream perscribed by a doctor that was sent yesterday to this pharmacy. But upon arriving to fill the script the pharmacyst said he would not have the cream til today so with no chouce my husband waited untill tiday to go pick up the script. Today when my husband goes to pick up his medication the same pharmacyst acts as though he has no clue what perscription my husband is speaking of and says he has no cream now we have to call in another perscription to another pharaacy that will hopefully do there job and fill a perscription. What a PHARMACY shoulbeve able to do.
The pharmacy at this location is awful. Any time I try to fill a prescription here there is an issue. Long wait times, half the time they are out of stock and I’m waiting a week and worst of all rude staff. The lady had me wait an hour and 15 minutes before telling me it wasn’t in stock. Then was extremely difficult in returning my prescription so I could get it filled elsewhere. Finally she returned it to me and I drove five minutes to a different Wallgreens where they filled it in 15 minutes with no issues and a smile! I highly recommend driving the extra five minutes to 7st location!
Store # 10111 3434 W. Southern Ave Phx, Az. I gave this store 1 star because I had the worse customer service from the Lead. I think it is a level up from a cashier. They have closing responsibilities. I was in the camera section of the store and he was checking out a customer that had made a purchase on line. I asked if he could check me out for the one item I was purchasing. He told me no that this register is only for people that purchase photos. Poor customer service. Shame on you Walgreens.
The other day I went to PLS Checks Cashers to reload my debit card like I do every month but I'd didn't work this time. So after forgetting that I still needed to reload my card and barely making it to the Walgreens at like 11:57pm the young ladies working were able to help me out and get that big problem out of the way. Now I don't have to pay the stupid late fee for being late on a payment. Thanks ladies you did good this time.
I ordered some invitations for my bridal shower last night, was a little afraid they may come out blurry.Just a few minutes ago,after a cloudy emotional day, i pick up my photos, go to my car and check to make sure the quality is good...and i find envelopes inside the box! I want to tell Ethel whoever you are THANK YOU SO MUCH! This small gesture made my day especially since i had totally forgotten that i needed envelopes!
I love visiting this store mainly because of the staff! i’m always immediately greeted when i walk in. Jefrecita always acknowledges every one who walks in & leaves. One of the managers, Mike, is nice and has a great attitude, as well as Christine who always informs me about current sales and promotions throughout the store. The pharmacy is busy but they do their best to take care of any patient. Overall great store.
If you are looking into using Walgreens FedEx return department, don’t do it. They are terrible and will give you every excuse as to why they can not do it. Reina “the manager” as she claimed to be has the worst attitude I’m not sure how she received a position of authority with the attitude she gives customers; I came here 3 days in a row and every time she had a different excuse with a nasty attitude.
Horrible pharmacy. They randomly notify patients when their scripts are ready. Takes them nearly a full day to fill one common script. When I asked to speak to someone to complain, I wasn't permitted to. So I'll complain to you in person while I'm still sick because this Walgreens is holding my meds. I will not cough into my elbow but gladly spread my germs to these inconsiderate jerks.
I’m a member of Walgreens:A senior citizen man I wanted to do shopping ,but I was told by cashier there aren’t any shopping carts they all have been stolen? I’m very disappointed because I needed some products. Walgreens I’ll take my business to Safeway’s Fry’s ect. these company have plenty of shopping carts for there customers spend $$
I have used Walgreens my whole life. The p pharmacist is not personable. Then you always have to wait hours for a prescription. I'm a caregiver for my mother and I put the medical power of attorney on file with Walgreens and they still give me a hard time about picking up her meds. If it wasn't for the 3 month supply we would not use them.
We have been coming to this location for years. The customer service is good. Upon entering the store, an employee always says hello. I like the variety of products. However, you cannot get canvas photos done at this location. I have to go to another location to get canvas photos. This is our pharmacy of choice. I recommend this location.

Do not I REPEAT DO NOT go to walgreens for your covid testing. This is a shotty sloppy place for covid testing. You will not get your results anytime soon if at all. I can't believe the government would pay for this type of operation. Well yes I do these days. Stay far away from walgreens covid testing. And aegis labs.
Again, if I want my meds today due to them being short on stock I have to pay another appointment fee with my provider to get another rx for the 5 pills they "didnt have". This has happened so many times. Corporate needs to look into why this pharmacy is always short on stock for stimulants.
Horrible, forget to fill perscriptions, long wait times ( longest wait time I had was 2 weeks for a pre-natal vitamin that they for got to fax for prior authorization for) , and extremely difficulty filling perscriptions due to lack of knowledge of how to enter in correct insurance info.
I love this Walgreens especially the workers there they have excellent customer service especially the pharmacy lady she is so nice and she really really cares and love her job and I forgot her name but she's an older lady like the head of the pharmacy department she is so sweet
Sometimes they will be randomly closed. I placed for my refill online. I had 1 refill left. Went to check for pickup. App said I needed to call the pharmacy. I have been on hold for 2 hours and it just hung up on me.
Great store the prices are not that high . I get my clear eyes here and they have cool toys wide variety of different items I might want to buy good for impulse buying the people that work there are friendly .

If you order same day delivery you might get your order the next day if you call and complain. The staff and managers don’t check the orders and have no idea how their own systems work.
This Walgreens is overrun with a homeless encampment, trash, and drug use. It does not appear safe even to park here. Nothing is being done to remedy this and it has gotten worse.
