I went to Walgreens today to use my OTC disability benefits card. I take a lot of meds. So half way through my shopping, I had to urinate. I’m on diuretics and usually only go where restrooms are available. You need a code to get into the restroom. I wait by the bathroom and my daughter takes the basket and asked a lady for assistance. So not like we are gonna steal anything. My daughter continues shopping and goes to pay at the cash register. I’m still waiting by the bathroom, so I go to see why somebody hasn’t let me in or gave me a code. The lady does not acknowledge me until I asked who my daughter asked for assistance and my daughter says the cashier(Chelsea) Chelsea then rudely says she could call somebody but they’re busy, so she doesn’t know if they’ll be able too! Again the bathroom takes a code! There was one other customer there. Busy? Oh and don’t let me forget there was a guy walking around the store with a cane and she called assistance to make sure that he didn’t steal the cane so there was assistance to watch him but not to let me into the bathroom, so I left. I did spend 170.00 there and will never go there again!

Where do I begin? The overall customer service is like trying to interact with a rival gang. Customers are treated like the enemy. One feels like thier actual safety is in jeopardy if he or she has a question. Thats over the whole store-every section. The pharmacy is advertised to close at 10pm, however-yet again it is closed before 5pm. EVERY pharmacy employee is condescending and apathetic to the Customers need. If you don't like dealing with people that need medication then don't get a job in an industry that distributes medication. I hope the the corporate offices in Colorado monitor Yelp and or the online comments/complaint submissions. They are open to litigation for false advertising for losing at thier leisure instead of the advertised time. I WISH I HAD THE RESOURCES TO BRING A LAWSUIT AGAINST WALGREENS AS I AM LIVID.

The Walgreens photo app directed me to use the Passport Creator app in order to print a passport picture and send to Walgreens. I did and when I went to pick them up, the mgr there had them in her hand and said she couldn't sell me the photos. She stated I had to take the pictures there,( I tried that 10yrs ago and they don't know how to take passport pictures, so I ended up taking my own and printed them there) . I even showed her the 2 apps that say clearly for Walgreens only and it was last update 5/2017. I then used the passport Creator app to print and order them at a different Walgreens. I was sold the photos with no problem. I was very surprised and confused with why she couldn't sell them to me , as I've done it before at that location and she couldn't give me a reason why, other then we can't.

Sitting here reading the reviews. I see that I’m not the only one whose prescriptions they push back dates and make you off track. None of the pharmacists are on the same page! EVERYONE SAYS SOMETHING DIFFERENT. They will make an error and tell you too bad we can correct it. The pharmacist lie and don’t even look at the screen. They all need to be retrained on their programs they use or they need a computer update because their dates be so off and insurance don’t play! They won’t even call insurance to correct their errors.

THIS IS ALL ABOUT MANAGERS 0 STARS . WHEN I ORDER ONLY THEY ALWAYS CANCEL MY ORDER WHEN ITS 5 OR LESS TO BE PAID. EX - ITS $20 DLLS TOTAL I USE 5 IN CUPONS $10 IN CASH REWARDS AND $5 WITH MY CREDIT CARD. ALWAAAYS CANCEL. I MEAN CASH REWARS ITS MONEY THAT I EARN AT SOME POINT. AND I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY WALGREENS SENT CUPONS IF THEY WONT RESPECT WHEN SOMEONE USE THOSE APP COUPONS. WALGREENS 7ST BASELINE HORRIBLE MANAGERS. 0 STARS.

The pharmacist is poorly ran they supposed to be open to 10 o'clock on Fridays and they close early without any kind of notice and not let people get their medicine they take a very long time to fill your medicine. Also very bad Attitude just a bad pharmacist all the way around would not go there (The pharmacy needs to be closed down for good at this location.......)

-5 stars been waiting for more than 20 min for curbside, they keep saying they are really busy well not my fault they are short staff. They keep helping everyone that walks in and im here waiting. If they cant do curbside or if its too much well then dont have that option. We choose curbside for a reason!!!

The short little lady who works the cash register is a sweetheart. She is very competent(been there for years I think). Last time I was there she greeted me, made eye contact, asked me how my day was. It's little things that matter to me. She treated me like a person, not a sale.

I ordered my prescriptions here since it’s closest to my house and they keep saying we will have it by tomorrow, everyday and it’s been 3 weeks and I still haven’t been able to to pick it up!!! Some people need their medications, I would go here again

This place and the one on 24th have gone completely ghetto and useless every month it's a hassle to deal with them don't have the meds on stock at this one and 24th and 24th opens and closes whenever and doesn't give you notice or consistent hours

They have good discounts sometimes. I mainly go here to send money via Western Union. Download the Western Union app so your fee is only $7. Conduct the transfer over the app, then walk into Walgreens to pay. It's worth it.

I minused two stars because i needed to pee. Almost peed my pants waiting for someone to unlock the bathroom. I hate using public bathrooms with out the hassle of begging to pee. Sigh.

Tried to get my mom’s prescriptions transferred which I’ve done before. The lady’s there helped me, but the Lazy Jackass Angel wouldn’t. I’m glad I won’t have to deal with him again.

The parking lot and entrance needs power washing looks soo dirty and Ghetto. please spend some of the $$$$$$ we spend on perceptions to Clean the outside minimum once a week

Employees are very rude and they close before closing time and refuse to help customers. Will never come back to this place again they are awful! Horrible service!

I have been going to this Walgreens for at least 15 years off and on. It is an okay store. I go here sometimes to stop for a snack; drink; or personal care items.
