After attempting to drop off my FedEx packages, I left this location with a memorable tale consisting of two of the most combative and incompetent staff members ever come across. I have dropped off FedEx returns at numerous locations, but for some reason, they were both dismissive and rude. Immediately declined to receive the packages and blew me off to another staff member who also proved to be unable to complete the task. Upon explaining to both of them that the QR codes would need to be scanned in and the labels printed the service person began exclaiming that I should go to FedEx instead and asked me in a condescending manner if I truly lived far from their location. The other putz said I should go to another Walgreens but not this one. It was at this point, that I had dealt with enough nonsense. I proceeded to ask for their names and for them to call a store manager. They both refused to give me their names and insisted they were "refusing service". The idiocy of these two almost brought me to tears laughing! How could you be refusing a service you were incapable of providing? The staff used to be friendly and competent. Now they are rude, uneducated, and lack any semblance of respect toward customers. They gave off the impression of ACTUALLY having to do something, beyond standing behind a counter was uncalled for. I have literally never had such a comically bad experience in my entire life. This location is a joke, coming from San Francisco that is saying something lol. Save yourself the headache and buy online or visit another Walgreens with staff that actually know what they are doing.

The service at this place was not only unacceptable but disrespectful. My daughter and her friends went in and had the most unpleasant experience of their life. For once we decided to go to walgreens instead of cvs, we will never make this mistake again. When going to pay for their things the machine wouldn’t take apple pay and said insufficient funds. My daughter had well over the amount due. Not only did the cashier not do anything they stood there waiting for my daughter to magically solve the issue. After my daughter didn’t know what to do this childish woman decided to step in and shoved my daughters friend and tell them to get out of the way. She did proceed to pay for my daughters stuff but she also continued to say appalling things to these girls. After that in a way to further humiliate these girls the cashier proceeded to clap in front of their faces while no one else did. My daughter and her friends were embarrassed and humiliated to where the lady and the cashier made them feel so uncomfortable. I have never been more disgusted with a business and i hope they get some serious help. They also fail to sell little bites and stupidly enough gift cards too.

This is our go-to walgreens location! It is not the biggest or newest store but let me tell you about an experience that made the difference for me: Recently I had an issue that required working with the manager. I had purchased a lego kit there as a gift for my nephew, only to find out that several of the main pieces (over 30 out of 197) had been removed/stolen. It was no fault of Walgreens but I was so pleased with the response of Mr Luna, the manager. He bend over backwards looking for a replacement at all of the other local Walgreens locations! He also refunded my money for the defaced lego kit. He was very helpful and patient and I appreciated his efforts to make it right! This will continue to be my favorite Walgreens location!

On Oct 27th I started off shopping in-store for a deal on which me and my wife where made embarrassed because the cashier said the clipped coupons didn't go through, the Walgreens cash back wasn't showing up and he didn't want to deal with it so we returned everything and left. Then I went to order online this was my second online order because the first one was cancelled without my knowledge. I won't order online or shop at the store unless I have to. Due to my order being messed up both times I lost coupon deals, and lost all my Walgreens cash that should of came back. I'm not going to shop at a store that steals from it's customers.

I dropped off my photos to be developed here in my reusable camera, the person took it and I asked if I would get my camera back and she said yes. It was obviously reusable because it was pink and was not made out of plastic like the disposable ones. Two weeks later I go to pick up my pictures and they do not have my camera. They say that they never take the camera only the film but I dropped it off that way and the lady didn’t say anything. The manager took down my number to talk to his boss but I have not heard anything and I doubt they will reimburse me for my camera. Will not be going here again

Luis the manager is terrible.. I went to Walgreens to pick up my wedding pictures which should be a special day and a very special time .. when he was called to help me put in the discount code he sent it to check out. Then he told me I have to put in the whole order all over again if I want to save the 50% off on my pictures. I just spent a whole two hours trying to print them and then I have to sit another two hours terrible… I ask him is there anyway you can fix this ? He says no and I ask for GM . And he tells me he texted her .. wow . Why couldn’t you just ask her if you could help me ..

I recently transferred my prescriptions from a different pharmacy to the Walgreens at 20800 Highway 281 N in San Antonio. Not that my previous location was bad, but the service I am getting from this Walgreens is excellent. I just got a call from "Ashley" who noticed I had a new prescription from them and wanted to make sure I was okay or had any questions. The prescription was not new to me and all is well, but the phone call was greatly appreciated as is the service and pricing I am receiving from this Pharmacy. Please keep up the good work. We appreciate you and your service!

Something strange happening at this particular Walgreens... Strange pack/package pricing, a defensive manager and curious product stocking. Find another Walgreens (I'll be trying the one located on the corner of Evans and Bulverde). Even Google Maps is strange with this location! The store was showing as closed in Google Maps, but the locations hours are shown correctly. This Walgreens is open until 10PM, Monday through Saturday so if you REALLY need something, don't let the open/close status stop you from going.

Girl at front right when I walked in reminding me they close at 10 pm. Gave off bad vibes. Attitude wise.. I told her I was only there for 1 thing. While at check out I told her I didn’t appreciate her comments about the store closing because the way she said it it seemed she did not want to be there. I was there 2 minutes. By the way I saw another customer go in at 5 minutes till 10 pm before closing and they turned her away. That’s very disrespectful and not right when the store was still opened. Not good.

I was following direction of the sign you have in store and waited at the sign so cashier can call me next and some couple at the store wen t through where it said exit sign and the cashier let them check out and cut the line why have a sign there if the cashier does not follow the rules and allows customer to check out while I'm following the rules waiting patiently and i have to wait while another customer jumps in and cashier says nothing it's not fair to make rules and cashier don't follow it

The worst employee I’ve ever come across at a Walgreens. She was the shift lead at 2:37pm on April 14th and she was working behind the photo/FedEx area. I want to say her name was Roslin or something similar. Super rude for no reason and wouldn’t scan a QR code for a package for FedEx. Maybe because it requires her to do more work than just take a package. Truly hope she finds something that makes her happy because this job is t it.

DO NOT use them fed ex the old guy and the “manager” with orange hair have horrible customer service skills. She screams from across the store to print my fed ex label the old guy 70+ screams back across the store I don’t know how. After 30 mins what do you know wasn’t able to drop off my package bc neither know what’s going on, a tip get rid of the B team and hire new.

Girl working the photo section was just hiding behind the photo counter talking on her cell phone and wouldn’t come out until another employee went to get her. I asked for a passport photo - she thought quick and hit me with the “camera is broken, it just broke a few minutes ago” excuse. It must have the same issues as the McDonald’s ice cream machine. Thanks!

They always have the items I need - I am a frequent buyer of Trojan Magnums; either they keep stocked up because they know I'll "swing" by, or, I'm one of the few that's been "blessed" in the Encino Park area. They could, however, stock more flavorful oils - they looked at me crazy when I asked for the strawberry flavored KY oil. All in all, great store.

How does the entire pharmacy shut down for 30 minutes during the afternoon for a 30 minute lunch break. I can understand letting one or two of the team members having their lunches during that peak time but there needs to be someone attending the counter for customers who use their lunchtime to pick up prescriptions

This store never has anything I need. Their photo kiosk USB port doesn't work and keeps kicking you off because the port is loose but staff can't do anything about it. I always give this store a chance because it's close to my apartment but they always let me down.

I love how the girl with purple hair thinks she gets to make rude comments to me about my mask!!!! For someone with purple hair youd think they wouldnt be a grouchy judgmental person!!!! Wow guess customer service is non existant now.

Do not use this Walgreens Pharmacy. The are rude and far from helpful. H-E-B on 281 is amazing and will beat any price Walgreens is offering. If you have to use Walgreens use 19203 Stone Oak Pky as they are friendly and helpful.

I came to this place at 10:53 because every other Walgreens is open till midnight when they stop so then alcohol however this one apparently closes at 10:00 where's Walgreens ever never come here go somewhere else if you can
