I've been a customer of this particular stores for years even when I haven't lived close by because they have been very helpful and friendly in the past. The last few times, both in person and on the phone I have spoken to a very rude female pharmacy tech who has had no interest in helping me resolve this issue. I understand her job is most likely stressful at times and they are likely short staffed however she is rude from the moment she answers the phone putting you on hold before you can say a word, she will also talk over you not listening or trying to understand the issue. Recently I have been filling a newer Rx which is 9/10 times delayed and I am charged twice for 1 month of pills. I understand that's the insurance's policy but it's due to the pharmacy not having enough of the medication that I have to pay and pick up twice a month. I understand it's not a commonly filled Rx but I refill every month, why can't you figure this out? Most of your customers are sick/suffering many are in pain and can't go days- a week every month without their meds. They also deserve to be treated with respect by professional adults who want to try to understand and resolve any issue they are experiencing getting their medication. Please do better Walgreens, in the meantime I will be filling my Rxs elsewhere.

Used to be nice. I was a regular customer at this location but they moved one of the male associates up to management and he changed the whole feel of the store. I never felt judged or harassed before. But after my 2nd uncomfortable visit with the new manager I’m charge- during which time I was followed by a rotating shift of workers. I have a habit of spending longer in stores than the average customer due of a to a disability that’s not visible to the human eye. So maybe it was for that reason I was made to feel like a criminal instead of the Christianity practicing, law abiding citizen that I am. Honestly it felt racial, I’ve experienced such things before. I just didn’t expect it at my regular store. Anyway I haven’t been back. It’s kinda turned me off of the chain altogether.

The head pharmacist is very unfriendly and judgmental. If your doctor of 10+ years prescribed you medication she ends up giving you her opinions, NOT facts, but her opinions. I get my Rx from my doctor and have the pharmacy at Walgreens fill said prescriptions, not the other way around. The week before last she denied my husband and I other prescriptions from our doctor for other items. I am not sure who this lady thinks she is but she doesn’t control my health and well being. We will be moving our business from Walgreens and I hope management can let her go and bring in someone who knows what they are doing. This lady is a wing bat and needs to go before someone gets sued from negligence. This lady is as evil as they come.

Always friendly and thoughtful, when I forget to bring coupons, they are pretty good about reminding me and have extra coupons to scan so customers don't miss out on great deals. They also have updated the store with Covid-19 protocols, such as complimentary hand sanitizer by baskets as you enter and by register as you pay, with shield to protect customers and employees, with everyone wearing masks. The pharmacy folks also equally considerate and if they know you are waiting in store, they generally get it out a little faster..

Very unhappy with the service at the pharmacy. They are very slow to fill prescriptions in a timely manner. The head pharmacist is very unfriendly and judgmental. I have several chronic illnesses and trying to fill needed prescriptions at this pharmacy has been needlessly stressful. My husband was so unhappy that he moved to HEB. This is after being faithful and loyal Walgreens customers for over 10 years at the West Miltary and 1604 location. We only left there because we moved.

Walgreens just rolled out some new credit card program and its glaringly obvious this store specifically has some sort of bonus structure around it. An older male employee is opting people into the credit card process without asking and you have to then manually back yourself out of the application process. This is at the very least VERY deceptive practices and at worst outright illegal.

The woman that runs the prescription window is horrible!!!!! She is very rude and nasty to customers!!!! If you don’t like your job move on!!!! You do not need to wait on customers, you do not have the proper skills required to wait on customers!!!!! Walgreens management you need to address this situation immediately!! N

Not very impressed. I couldn’t find what I want here. When I needed someone to help finding a product, there wasn’t anyone. The cashier didn’t really want to talk to customer. I went here once and never return back again. I hope they will change and offer a good service as other beaches.

This location has the nicest manager. I'm a couponer and I've shopped alot.of walgreens and never have I had such great service. All the employees greet me and know by name . They go above and beyond.to be helpful. My favorite location!! Keep up the great work

Horrible service. Had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time just to get a 30 second vaccine. Pharmacist couldn’t have cared less. Very disrespectful of people’s time. Will never use that pharmacy again.

Waited for 15 minutes to get a flu shot. When my turn came they said sorry we close in 2 minutes we can't help you. I think that pretty much says it all. I will not enter this Walgreens ever again.

I have found the pharmacy to be friendly, pleasant, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. If I cannot find something, someone will come help. If I have questions, they are always answered politely.

I love shopping at this store, all its staff is very friendly and they always wait for you with a smile! and I always find the products I am looking for!

Good I was a little disappointed that Fed-ex was very limited inside Walgreens. Over clean and organized.
