I walk up to get my son's prescription and there is 2 people ahead of me. Once I'm the next one another pharmacist comes to help me at the other register. Then the head pharmacist rudely tells the other one that she's going to give a flu shot and I'll tease that register. I'm already there I've already said what I needed she's already getting it why make her stop at this point. It was still another few minutes before she called the people back, the lady could have helped me. Then I get up there and the guy says I need an ID to pick up my son's prescription. We get this prescription every month never once been asked for an ID. Maybe if y'all got your protocols better in place things would run more smoothly. I am now waiting in the drive thru for 10 mins and barely moved up 1 spot. I usually love this place, but the pharmacy has really been rude lately. I get that y'all are getting hit hard because of the pandemic, but c'mon so is everyone.

I have MS and there are times it's extremely difficult to go to the supermarket alone especially if I'm just needing one little thing while my Husband's away at work. They're very close to my home (which is obviously much more convenient,) but that isn't the only reason I go. In the last two years that we've lived in this area I've grown particularly fond of my Walgreens and it's amazing associates that exude stellar customer service. Andrea is always there to extend a cheerful greeting and helps me whenever asked. Joann ( a total badass) is an absolute sweetheart and always goes above and beyond to make sure my needs are met and sometimes that's just making me smile. You can tell they take pride in what they do and always do their best. We're moving to a different part of town soon and even so I think I'll still check in once in a while, because they always make my day.

Lovenia in the pharmacy is an angel. My prescription doubled in price from $46 to $87 in a months time and is not covered by insurance. Lovenia.went out of her way to find a coupon for my prescription and it dropped.down from $87 to $51. My prescription is for a fertility medicine and that journey alone is an extremely expensive one. It has caused my husband and I to really crack down hard and budget our finances, so for the medication I needed to jump that highin price in just a months time really was unexpected and I didn't know if was going to be able to do this months cycle of medicine. Her kindness and willingness to go above and beyond means more to me than she will ever know. To her it may have just been her doing her job but to me, it was everything.

They would get 0 stars if it were possible. Pharmacy has the rudest pharmacist. Tried talking to her. Insurance tried to talk to her. Doctor tried to talk to her. She had no clue about the “rules” but remained sanctimonious and a know it all. I had insurance and husband listening to her attitude on the speaker and they were both appalled at the way she spoke to me. She refused any explanation and that’s very concerning. If you use them for your pharmacy. DO NOT trust they know what they are doing. I will be filing a formal complaint with their corporate office as well.

Above and beyond customer service. My work insurance was switched to CVS -- with a clause that already filled non-mail order prescriptions wouldn't be reimbursed -- and Amina (the pharmacist) straightened everything out. CVS hung up on her twice (I was right there) and she professionally handled this, followed up with CVS again during the week, called me with an update, and fixed the whole situation via Walgreens policies. It's regrettable I have to make the switch to CVS per work insurance.

Just don't. The delays in my REFILL of a controlled medication were not entirely the pharmacy fault. The lack of communication and being told the prescription was ready, only to have to return THREE times because it wasn't, IS their fault. Not to mention the change in pharmacy hours (now 9am-6pm, and closed on Sunday) being very inconvenient for those of us who work. My rx's have all been transferred to CVS up the street, which is open 24-hours/7 days per week.

Restrooms closed because of covid 6/17/21. Will be going to CVS instead. I think we have already established that surfaces are not a threat. In addition I think that this is a slap in the face for a lot of disabled people who may not have the ability to go some place else quickly to use the restroom. I choose to support places ( with my money )that provide convient services instead of convience for themselves.

For COVID testing, the process was easy, but was told I’d have a result within 48 hours. It’s now been 53 hours, and not expecting a result for another 9 to 34 hours, as the lab did not receive the sample for 36 hours after I gave it. I blame Walgreen’s for that. My sample was taken at 10:55am on Wednesday and the lab did not get it until 10:59pm on Thursday! Very disappointing performance Walgreens!

I mean I really only go to Walgreens for the ATM and to load cards. For whatever reason this location has there own lower limits different from the actual cards and different from what Walgreens says on the websites. I would understand these practices in bad neighborhoods or maybe..... Actually I really don't. Thus making it inconvenient for me. Cashiers are always lovely. Only doing there jobs.

Went in to buy OTC eye drops. They had eight boxes of the drops that I wanted to purchase. After further exam of the boxes, all eight of them had an expiration date of 03/2021. Just crazy that they could not have noticed for the last eight months, that they were expired. And the fact that it wasn't just one of them, but all eight of them made it even worse!!

The pharmacy staff is doing the best they can with everything and I appreciate them! They are short staffed, so keep that in mind before you complain about the wait. They are friendly, please remember they are people too! My favorite Walgreens pharmacy!

The pharmacy takes too long. I was surprised to see that each and every time I go they take a long time. Idk if they are understaffed or what but it’s horrible. I even went inside thinking it would be better and there’s still a line.

Always the worst drive-thru experience here at Walgreens!! The attendants are always too busy to service the window . You don’t even get the courtesy of being acknowledged! Customer service today- just extremely disappointing !

Waited 45 minutes at the drive-thru to get a COVID test when I had an appointment. They didn't give me a COVID test and sent me home. They are unreliable. Go elsewhere to get tested.

This is ridiculous. Phone lines down in store and pharmacy. Pharmacy drive through closed. Now only one of the registers is working in the pharmacy check out.
