    "I personally find this Walgreens far too small with too little inventory the Isles are literally smushed in and it's very difficult to navigate especially wouldn't busy it surely is difficult to keep the six but just insane during this pandemic again their inventory is very limited their Pharmacy is very busy and also at times not so helpful and their staff has not heard of customer service of course there are few staff members who are great but the majority seem very bitter and more worried about their job as security rather than Clerks"

DO NOT SHOP HERE! This place is worth negative 100 stars. I got hit by the covid window shield that fell on top of my head while the nervous cashier was ringing me up. The window shield came apart from the counter and hit me on the head because the cashier was extremely nervous and had dropped my items and the window shield came off and landed on my head. I still felt the impact of the hit after. I told the manager on duty at the time tonight what happened and she only recommend I go to the hospital. I said I can not stay at the hospital tonight because I have a birthday to celebrate. This ruined everything for me. I said I would accept a gift card because I was injured and I would accept a gift card and be on my way because I had an important birthday to attend. The manager on duty refused. I cried because she had no empathy for my situation. They did not offer me any other option. I told them I do not have time to go to the hospital because I have a birthday to celebrate. The manager on duty refused to offer me any other compensation. I was so frustrated and upset. I was injured at this Walgreens and I had to call Uber. I bought a lot of items and there were 5 full packed bags worth of items I bought. They did not help me carry the bags to the Uber either. I had to carry everything myself from their photo counter area to the Uber after being injured. I will never shop at Walgreens ever again in my life. I will tell my family and everyone I know what happened and how this Walgreens had treated a customer after a customer was injured. This is what I get for purchasing a lot of their items and being a regular customer. I just can't believe how they treated me. I would not recommend anyone shopping here. If you do, you risk yourself injury and a cold attitude from them. I left being injured, crying, having to carry all the bags myself, taking uber, and a ruined night for me for a birthday celebration. Their attitude was same as "You got hit by our covid window shield, so what? I don't care. We will just go about our business"

Well let’s see. My purse was stolen from me when I was in line at the pharmacy March 2018 (took SFPD an hour to get there), the security staff they have are too busy w/their cel phones to pay attention to the ongoing theft…I’ve been going here for 20+ years for rx, and they’re terribly short staffed and those that are there are NOT happy. It’s sad ‘cause there were some good people there but Walgreens has monopoly on pharmacies here! I don’t like doing posts like this but Walgreens corporate should REALLY take notice.

Worst staffing at any Walgreens Pharmacy. Poor customer service when they are understaffed (For example: After waiting 20 minutes to pick up a perscription they tell you that you can’t get the prescription without a phamacist who is not available. Being ushered from one line to another is not service). Avoid this location at all costs if you think people deserve respect for time.

Worst experience ever while shopping at a Walgreens. With my 7 year old child present I was ignored by the cashier while in line. We stood their for atleast a full minute before she acknowledged us. I challenge any Walgreens Corporate staff to contact me and review the recording. I still have the receipt!!!! I'll never shop here again..

Went to refill my clipper with money a couple of times and the lady that always does it skim some off, for example I want to add $20 to the card with 75¢ for a total of $20.75, but the recipe comes out as $19.75 or something along this. All other Walgreens I've gone to gives me the correct amount. I suggest ignoring this one if you can.

The Pek-Pek staff at this location can be so rude. It's not spacious like other Walgreens, and they attempt to shove everything into this store. The pharmacy staff is also very aggressive even when you have all your documents ready. I would recommend you visit the one on Gevena off Madrid for better service.

ONLY 2 Stars Because the Pharmacy is Not Good! They Are Very VERY Slow and take Days to get a refill, they call you and tell you your medicine is ready and when you get there it's not ready or it's out of stock.

TRIED CALLING THIS PHARMACY FOR DRUG INFO 3 TIMES AND ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES EACH TIME...FINALLY HUNG UP GONNA BRING MY PRESCRIPTIONS SOMEWHERE ELSE
