I ordered photo prints online, which I have done many times at other Walgreens locations. I’m always asked to review the photos and treated very kindly. However, at this Walgreens when I went to pick up my photos I was first ignored and then my photos were thrown on the counter and I paid for them. I barely had time to remove my debit card before the cashier yelled “next customer !!” I shuffled to the side to check my photos and there was an 8 x 10 missing. I guess the woman didn’t even review my order before rushing me along. So I stood in line and let the woman know I was missing an 8 x 10. She took it over to another employee and the other employee came over to help me. I was really hoping she would be more friendly and helpful but she was almost as bad as the other woman. She printed the missing picture, threw it in an envelope with not even a glance, placed it on the counter, and walked away. Possibly the worst service I’ve received at a Walgreens. I’m not expecting a lot but I do expect to be treated like a human being. Won’t be going back to this location, too bad since it is literally two blocks from my apartment.

The HEAVY CHUBBY BLONDE FEMALE IS A WITCh with a B in front when replacing the w. SHE IS RUDE, MEAN, HAPPY WHEN THE credit /debit machine deliberately misCALCULATES!!...furthest from the door, immediately screams Next in line. She deliberately chooses tgis broken machine because she is soo brain dead and physically CORPULANT that she is UNABLE to reach 3 inches in front of her side of the counter to register the produces scann bar so motions me yo do her job for that cow MOOoooo..yes a big BIG HEFFER!!..They must have regretted ever having hired this mean, EVIL inept cashier. She is not able to restock. The female manager with the once brown hair has resorted to highlighti g and coloring her hair ...i think due to the heavy shoplifting homeless and other unsundry situation.At one time, it was soo bad here, I went to Franklin and Post st., but they had a cashier concentrating on her Chinese newspaper she did NOT understand English, so returned here as the lessor of two choices. LAUREL Village and Marina had better cashiers. Sad.

Went here for my booster. They had a lot of people waiting in extremely close proximity (i.e., no place to stand that was greater than 3 feet), in the same line for both their boosters and prescriptions, for easily 20 minutes. In the two years of the pandemic, this is the only place in SF that I've seen allow this many people to be in the same place, so close together without requiring proof of vaccination. I would imagine this is a fairly unwise practice during a pandemic, when people are at a location specifically because their protection against that pandemic is waning. If people got covid while waiting here, I believe it would have been wholly preventable had this business done the same things everyone else does to prevent it. Avoid all the wallgreens in SF if possible, but especially this one.

Worst store ever. Ordered a one hour delivery for cold medicine. Didn't get it. Called the customer service number they direct you to contact in the confirmation email. They told me my order had been canceled. The next day I get a text saying my deliveries on its way. I replied to the text and said I thought my order was canceled I'm at work. I had no more confirmation no more contact I never got the package of medication but you bet they did take the money out of my account. So when I went to talk to them about this I spent 45 minutes with the store manager getting absolutely nowhere with him until he finally said oh yeah we'll do the refund well it's a week later and I still don't have the refund.

This is one of the busier Walgreens stores so keep that in mind when visiting - you may have to wait a bit. That said, my experiences at this Walgreens have been fairly positive. Staff members have always been actively doing their job and visible on the floor. It's clean and organized and in a good accessible location. However, I can't give it five stars because my visits there have often been lengthy due to the wait times and also because they don't always pick up the phone in a timely manner when called.

This was never a great Walgreen’s but it was close to my old house. I inadvertently had a prescription refill there so I went to pick it up. It’s like a war zone. A belligerent unmasked street person was being escorted out by the security guard. Almost every item is behind locked plexiglass. I rang and waited and rang for ten minutes and never got anyone to open the cabinet. I left with my prescription but none of the items I wanted. Will never go back.

The pharmacy staff is always polite and helpful but I have never picked up an Rx without having to wait in line. The last time I had 7 people ahead of me, so I decided to hit the pot shop around the corner and return. There was still a line, but only 3 people ahead of me. Always a wait.

The chubby blond lady at the register could be easily labeled as a POS. Had my boy sick and she didn’t cared at all. Threw my change back to me and gestured quite a lot when I had to add an extra bottle of water. Ma’am, please go FY. You guys should care more about the people you hire.

There is a girl by the name of tori one word to say is racist worst costumer service i have ever experienced kiosk are so slow was there a hour plus and still didnt accomplish what i needed to go there for they need to be shut down or new crew needs to take over

It's a Walgreens, so business as usual. Probably my favorite location to buy usual drug store products in the Fillmore district since it's never too busy, has reasonable prices, and is pretty small and easy to navigate.

I have always had very easy shopping experiences here. I definitely want to single out the pharmacy though as they are fast, attentive, patient, and very courteous. Everyone in that store deserves a raise!

The people here are crazy helpful, I had a woman help me for like 15 minutes just to find a way to save 2.50 on floss! Everyone here is so nice!

It’s trash they take to long to ring up anyone there’s 10 of us in line and one register and ppl would could help just walking around

The people the have work there no sense of communication at all you ask something and the response awful no class
