I went for a Covid 19 text at 245 yesterday. I have been trying to get my results since about 6pm yesterday. Cannot get through to anyone! Everything is automated. I was told I.would get my results within 3-4 hours. It's now been about 16 hours! Terrible service to say the least. If yiu can't do.what you say you do then stop !!!

*** Update 12/01/2018 9AM restrooms are still in bad shape. I would speak to Enviro-Master which is the clean up company they hire based on a sticker on the urinal.***Restrooms are horrible. At the register they take a long time to charge you with all their program questions and if you like to join etc etc.

Pharmacy is extremely slow. No explanation from cashiers at pharmacy. Lack of quality customer service. Front cashiers and cosmetics are much better. Pharmacy needs to take lessons. Two completely different experiences. Unfortunately they aren’t any good at the core of what they should be.

Went to this store at 9:50pm get my daughter anti-nausea medicine. Doors were blocked by shopping carts and an employee with arms crossed, shaking her head no, telling me but to come in. What is the point of being open until 10pm if you are closing the doors 10 minutes early?

Would give zero stars if I could. Gave my curbside order to the car next to me and then told me I have to wait 20 minutes wasting the gas in my car for that person to bring my items back rather than just refill my order and figure out how to fix their mistake later.

Cashiers and beauty personnel are always great here but I usually come in the evening or weekend. Yesterday was the Mondayest Tuesday and a morning team member saved the day by finding me an arm sling in the back even though it was a discontinued item. Thank you!

The pharmacy is lazy and won't call your insurer for approvals. They are over-billing their customers and insurers and leaving some customers under-medicated.
