Looks like I'm not the only one leaving one star. I was in a urgent situation today and was there to pick up money through Western Union. A lady showed me to a computer and stated that a customer had just left and they said the system was down. She said you can try it anyway if you want to. I not only wanted to, I needed to. Although the computer was slow and it took dreadfully long in a crouched position (no chairs, no stools), I was able to get my information entered and it went through. Now I just needed to go to a register and give my phone number and done. The same lady and a man by the photo dept. sent me to the front check out. Waited in line, when it's my turn I'm asked if I'm sending or picking up. I replied, picking up. I was then sent back to the photo dept. where I waited again. My turn again, I tell the same lady , well I was sent back here again. She yelled to the front, you can't do Western Union? They replied, No not pick up. So, I look back at her and she says she can't do it, they don't have enough money. WHAT? Needless to say, I wasn't happy and my urgent situation just turned into a disaster. It looks like, to me, they shouldn't even be advertising Western Union if you can't pay out. That's what Western Union is all about. I had stated that I was there to pickup money when I first arrived, I was never asked how much or even informed that there may be a problem. Not even an apology.⭐=0

This Walgreens is my neighborhood Walgreens that I’m in mostly everyday doing delivery jobs or adding money to my card, but for some reason everytime I come in there its always 1 cashier and 1 lane open. It's always this same light skin chubby manager (not body shaming just describing the manger who name idk) who be acting like she’s coming to help but when you go to check out shes always pushing customers off onto the 1 cashier that always have a line. She always coming up with excuses as of why she cant help nobody but always running her mouth to the security guards that actually gets paid to stand there. A customer as well as myself went to her line just to check out a few pieces of candy and add money to a card and she sent both of us to the line that was already being held up by a talkative customer. From 1 manager to another its the small things that your customers appreciate but to me you’ll be the manager that think shes to good to help out. And yes today your little smart remarks was definitely heard ma’am just keep in mind if you would’ve went ahead and helped the lady in front of me that only had 3 pieces of candy the word exchange wouldn’t have happened

I made an appointment for a COVID test. I had *two* confirmation emails — sent from Walgreens — along with my photo ID and insurance card. When I showed up at the drive-thru, on time, the pharmacy tech saw that I had all the appropriate documentation, but there was no record in the system on their end. They did nothing to help me, simply telling me to schedule another appointment— as if those are even easily available in a timely manner. Even if I did reschedule, what’s to say the same thing wouldn’t have happened again? Neither the tech nor anyone from the pharmacy apologized or even acknowledged the whole thing was inconvenient or unfortunate. It was just like oh well, deal with it. I don’t understand how you can make an appointment, show up on time, have all the proper documentation and you’re still turned away, this many months after testing became widely available. There’s really nothing that can be done? I’m *asking* to be tested, I wanted to be tested. And yet you have to jump through hoops in certain cases to get tested. It’s never this hard at other testing sites, and therefore I will certainly not go back to Walgreens. What a waste of time. My mistake.

This is specifically for the Pharmacy , the young lady that works there (the tech) had a NASTY attitude. She was blatantly wrong and was acting like she was right. Told her she gave me the wrong change in which she did based on the receipt, she had the nerve to tell me what i did and didn't do. She called the manager and he too had an attitude , which indeed she didnt check the money i gave her in the bucket correctly another lady was coming at her defense with a weird excuse without knowing the story or looking at the receipt. It is about the principle and taking accountability. If you hate the job LEAVE keep the attitude at home.

I was willing to cash app or Zelle someone due to not being any where near Pharmacy . He wouldn’t talk to me to even ask and seem very annoyed ! I give this a pharmacy a 0 for not having a heart or compassion to make sure they can assist a patient with receiving medication . Copay was $15 they only had six dollars ! Just sad and pathetic !!! It was a easy fix , but they lost a patient and they will never come back again!!!

This specific review is for the pharmacy only! I have yet to encounter someone that’s helpful here with a pleasant attitude. They all seem like they hate their lives! We have had so many issues with prescriptions being held (I order through the app) with message of “call pharmacy”. At times they answer but at times they don’t. Finally I got them on the phone today after a week of trying, and O asked why the prescription was held, she said “there’s no reason, we’ll call you when it’s read”. Ok?? They has happened several times already and there is never a reason.

Would give it a negative five stars if I could. Called to try and clear up a misconception with one of my patient's medications. Medication was personally called in and given to the pharmacist who gave the fake name of Richard when his name is in fact Edward. When I addressed my frustration with the techs at this location, they mocked me and put me on endless holds. Instead of taking care of the patient, they played games and were very rude and unprofessional. Would rather deal with a toad speaking French than these people.

I would like to take the time to give a huge shout out to Mr. Andrew B. at the Metropolitan Ave store located in SE Atlanta!!!! This young man has always been impeccably nice and goes out of his way to help in anyway possible. He has helped me during several of my trips to this location and I can honestly say his upbeat personality in customer service has always been consistent. This speaks volumes as respect seems so uncommon in the times we're living in today. Keep up the AMAZING WORK ANDREW B!!! It doesn't go unnoticed.

Worst customer service that I never received. Tried to go to the store Friday night just before closing as we were in a hurry to purchase a last minute item. Arrived at the door at five minutes until 10 and the hours posted to be open until 10. The doors were locked with other customers visible in the store. When I looked in the door the manager who was standing there talking with several other employees waved a hand across his throat stating that they were closed. If I could give zero stars I would.

Young lady with piercings in her nose is so rude. You all shouldn’t accept packages from FedEx if associates are going to be rude about finding them and having me sign for it. I rerouted my package because a signature was required and I’m never home when FedEx comes. Coach her on being more polite to customers. I won’t visit this location again I’ll reroute my packages somewhere else.

I have been trying to call this pharmacy since last Thursday and could never get a hold of anyone. I FINALLY get someone on the phone today and I hear someone in the background "They couldn't have waited 30 minutes" and then the person on the phone asked me to call back after 2PM. If you answer the phone I expect you to assist me, not tell me to call back.

The pharmacy is horrible and uncompassionate. They never answer the phone and unprofessional. My doctor sent my prescriptions to this location and they kept telling me they don't have the order. These are sick people coming to get meds to feel better and to be treated in such an way is highly immoral. Never again. This pharmacy is the worst.

So I go to Walgreen get inside find out that Walgreen have special on Arizona two for dollar so ask manager could buy a case of Arizona she said no because that all she had in store wow she told come back on last day of sale wow wow that how you talk to people spent money at your store I should went to CVS they show you more respect

I rarely have issues with this particular Walgreens. The pharmacists are always helpful when I need a prescription filled. They communicate whenever there may be an issue with my insurance. Makayla and Demario (two sales associates) were both extremely helpful when I needed to return two items from an online order.

I been trying to get on the phone with someone about my mothers meds and when i did get someone they said they dont do mp3 i said im asking about some meds for my mom i stay out of town and they put me on hold until they closed Walgreens on cleveland ave is not the one to goto ...and my mom need her meds ..

I hate to be rude, but the plus size light brown complexion lady that wear glasses with the pink nails is soooooo ignorant and rude! I don't know if she's mad because she has to work there at the age she is putting things back on the shelves. But that attitude is stank just like the way she smells.

Walked in at 9 pm on September 22nd John supposedly that is his name told me that the bathroom closed at 7 pm I instructed him that I’ve never heard such thing and that the other walgreens don’t close the bathroom that early I will follow up with corporate about this situation.

Need a 2-hour NAAT testing for traveling and made an appointment successfully. They called me an hour before the appointment to tell me they don't have the equipment to do the test. How about don't show your location at the top of the NAAT list in your app?

On hold for over 3o minutes! They picked up the phone twice said nothing and put it back on hold! Unacceptable. People need there prescription or have question about their medications and you ignor their calls. This not how you treat customers!

Pick up service was excellent. No issues whatsoever.. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Will be using walgreens pick up service more often now plus prices are lower and your walgreens store points are used towards your balance.
