Wish I could put zero Stars, I just left from there and when I say being racially profiled is a thing that's exactly what it is. Me and my boyfriend was in the aisle picking out sodas. And I guess it's the manager, but he kept coming to the same aisle we were on and grabbed a gallon of water and looked as if he was trying to find something else. He walks away and comes back 5 more times doing the same thing. We went around the other aisle to get ice and he did the exact same thing. For somebody who works there why are you constantly looking for something on the same aisle that we walk on and if you work there what could you possibly be looking for are needing? It's so sad for somebody to just want to come to your store and buy something and you constantly follow them, there was three other people in the store and not one time did you ever bother them, but because me and my boyfriend was the only black people there you felt the need to follow and be on the same aisle as us over five times in a row walking back and forth smh... all the other Walgreens close at 12 now and this was the closest one that was open 24 hours but I rather drive further and be treated right then to drive somewhere and constantly be watched as if we're animals. Lost customers before we even became an actual customer

This store should be CLOSED. Poor management, a lack of follow up regarding concerns reported. The actual person in charge works at different locations, apparently he is not there most of the time. Sandy someone at the register held up a long line because she refused to assist me with my debit card transaction. As you know every card reader is different. Instead of telling me to push the yellow button to bypass the pen she stood there raising her voice and shaking her finger. I asked for the cameras to be reviewed so they could see the line and the way she handled the issue. The assistant manager had to be called to the front of the store for help, however she didn't seem strong enough to handle much else. The employee clearly has no respect for authority. Bottom line is this, that cashier should be fired or unpacking boxes. She should not work directly with customers. The store is a mess including the parking lot.

Really bad customer service. I received a notification letting me know my order was ready for pickup, I get there and they can’t find it. All they tell me is “sorry we don’t have it”, no solutions, no nothing. I had to keep pushing for them to search for it, they called two people to help. One of them was on her phone, not even paying attention, while the other woman was trying to show her to do a task. They all looked very annoyed as it’s my fault their system glitched. They were super unhelpful, they kept asking me if I was sure, even though i showed them the email that clearly showed their store address, everything! No one could help and just told me “Just place your order again and come back”. Absolutely not! I drove there, wasted 1 hour of my time, 30 mins of gas, definitely wont be coming back. Just go to CVS and save yourself a headache!

The clerks/cashier's are okay for the most part. SOME cashier's are great, they deserve all 5 stars: they're very helpful and understanding. However the store overall experience is unacceptable. The managers(or those I get lucky with) either do NOT want to work and find any excuse to get rid of the customer. In other cases they do their job so bad, that it seems like it's done on purpose, for instance, instead of apologizing for their own mistake, you are suddenly told that they wouldn't sell you the item, even if you want to get it anyway. Pharmacy is even worse than the whole store's b.s.put together. There are a few people in that store, who treat customers with respect and, out of what I've witnessed, they also have to do somebody else's work on top of their own.

Had an accident a week ago...broken foot...went to that store a few times ...it's the closest to my area...I'm using crutches....and couldn't carry a heavy basket...I requested help ...literally 3/4 minutes....never seen a store with employees so mean....they literally yell at you ..guess mad ...ask you questions about WHY I need help...I felt in one of the alleys....I was on my knees...they walked by ....looked at me and kept going.....this is the worst costume service I've ever witnessed...I saw a group of 3 of them chatting.....if you're ever hurt ...injured..or have some type of handicap...please avoid that place ....their standards are way to low to comprehend the physical.pain of a costumer....

Had an outstanding experience at Walgreens at Pico and Robertson. They not only have free parking, they have two electric car chargers with free electricity. I came there in my Tesla, but the battery had so much electricity already in it that I didn't charge up, but I will remember that Walgreens in the future. When I went inside, I didn't know where to look so I asked a guy in a Walgreens vest. Instead of just telling me where to find my item, he went and got it for me. I was so pleased that I did some food shopping there. Normally, I buy food from grocery stores. I very much recommend Walgreens at Pico and Robertson, especially if you drive an electric car.

DO NOT GO HERE Constantly short staffed, clear they don't pay their people properly as ‘staffing issues’ only exist for exploitive companies. Have minimal supply of common medications and no proactive plans to adjust supply prior to depletion. Staff is regularly rude and I don’t blame them, I would be too if I was being exploited. Management is either non existent or incompetent and rude. Their employees have no support and it shows. Overall one of the most, if not the most poorly run pharmacy I have ever been to. You will get awful service and it will take double the amount of time it needs to. DO NOT GO HERE, GO TO A CVS

The cashier currently handling this store just charged my partner $40 for a two pack of COVID tests. These same tests are half the cost at CVS. She proceeded to NOT give him a receipt so that I cannot return the product claiming “I’m out of receipt paper.” On top of that, she also claimed she doesn’t know how to split payments. How does this person have a job? I want to return a product I should be provided with a receipt and an attitude is not needed. As a former employee of CVS years ago, I was making less than $7 an hour and never treated customers like this. Hire better staff and train them.

Thank you to the pharmacy staff and their pharmacist, Faraz, who was able to schedule me as a walk-in to receive the second dose of Pfizer. I was originally scheduled for my second dose with CVS. When I arrived to CVS for my appointment, I was told they discontinued the second dose. They told me to go to Rite Aid, who told me the same thing and that I should call the CDC. ‍ I called Walgreens and explained my dilemma. They were able to help me right away. Thank you again, this will help me be able to start my new job tomorrow! Peace and blessings

I walked in at 7:10pm I am a regular customer there I went to get my medicine from the farmacy while I waited I went to go ask a worker if I could use the bathroom cause I really had to go plus I am pregnant, I know they have orders not to let anyone in cause of the Covid-19 I understand but I saw that a woman was allowed in & I don't think it's fair that no bathroom rule should be applied to everyone honestly I think it's a race issue cause that woman was white & me just a pregnant Latina woman.

Such a bad costumer service. Wasted an hour there and left without my prints. I ordered documents for print and arrived 1.5 hours after when the email said it’d be ready. Waited an hour(!!!) with a whiny toddler, and it was still not ready. “Printer is jammed.” Well i should have gotten a notice about it before arriving, not an hour after arriving. Told them to cancel the order, i prefer the service at CVS. The line was also very long and the staff did not seem very friendly or happy to help…

The price is already very expensive and which on the counter does not correspond to the cashier or they are engaged in fraud some empty small plastic for shampoo 1 piece costs 2.79 just this store is a scam for money the same product for a regular one or on the street costs one and a half times cheaper I have for this word of evidence.... the best thing is not to go here anymore 1 rating for them a lot and that cashier young girl rude not nice girl

For the last 15 years I been coming to this store! Each time I came they always have everything I needed. But now I think they’re changing management and everything changed too. Because lately is not like used to be. I came 3 to 4 times a week always nothing . When I ask the worker always saying comeback later. And then when I comeback still nothing. So from now on I will go somewhere else or order online. They’re not friendly too!.

Would give zero stars if i could. Staff were extremely rude and unhelpful and they don't even care that they are. The store has no staff to begin with but the quality of staff they do have, particularly Caitlin - ugh.. no thanks - she has the worst, don't care attitude ever. The store should be ashamed to expect customers to buy stuff there. I am taking my money else where. Don't need that kind of vibe in my life.

Came here for an emergency on September 11th,2019 at 9:00pm to print out 20 pictures for immediate delivery OR same day/night pick up. The machine didn't work and did not deliver the photos for some reason and no one was able to help when I say no one I mean NO ONE, not the store manager not anyone working behind the counter and no one seemed to care. The worst service I've seen in my life by far.

Worker /Staff completely ignore my request and pretended to have offer me help after ten min of waiting went back to ask for help again ignore me as if I was not standing I front of her while and also acknowledge only white costumers in front of her and then lied by saying they sent someone to help me. Very lazy people with wrong attitude working there, I will definetively change pharmacy! They were missing an antibiotic and I specifically asked TO CALL the nearest Walgreens for availability, they assured me it was available at the nearest, and after 40 minutes wait plus 20 spent in traffic ends up that they don’t have it and no one called! A cashiers at Ralph’s is more useful!

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Called headquarters so hopefully they can do something. Employees are, rude, miserable and don't care at all about making you wait way longer than you should. Employees at regular counter (non-pharmacy) are great and very friendly. Just the pharmacy is a disgrace. Can't wait till they get decent employees with basic customer service skills!

This place is a disaster. The store manager said that he can not tell me why it does not say anything on the receipt or a sign on the front door as to why they will not take returns. He said he does not know because he is low level.....!!!! I must call corporate and he put me on hold and never returned. Don’t shop here . Service is bad and obviously managers are stupid.

Awful service. Before I left for the store, I called them to ensure that they take passport photos. They confirmed that I did not need an appointment and just walk in to take the photo. Literally, 13 minutes later, I was there only to hear that they had misplaced the camera, hence, they asked me to return tomorrow. I went to CVS and got the photos alright in 6 minutes.

"The parking lot of this Walgreens is overrun with homeless and druggie personas. It's not really their fault because they keep calling the police, but unfortunately, the police haven't taken appropriate action to address the situation. How dare Walgreens temporarily close our neighborhood Walgreens with no information as to when they will reopen? We need our prescriptions & to buy other necessaries. Having to travel further from home puts us in danger due to Covid-19. Not what one expects from a DRUG STORE. I have been a Walgreens customer for decades but might not be any longer.

Speaking from Medical field. Don't waste your time with this pharmacy people. You are the client and deserve the respect you provide.. Pharmacy personal is just a rude person in general. I was trying to do our client a favor and refill their medication. She kept denying the clients prescription. Im calling you directly from the hospital.

Cashier is super nice, really respectful, says “have a great day” every time, even says “thank you” The manager however is a complete goofball. No clue what’s going on, takes a long time, and just simply rude. Snippy and dismissive. Unprofessional and inappropriate. I feel bad for the poor cashier who prolly has to deal with her

Not only did I sit on hold for 47min(I timed it)with only 3 of us in the que, when I asked what took so long the lady spoke to me with a pretentious arrogance that made me feel like i had done something wrong. I know people get busy and that there is often times an explanation. However that long is simply negligence!

Cashier the Hispanic with brown hair is rude as hell. She screams at everyone. She has no customer service. She proceeded to charge me for an item I didn’t buy and when I pointed it out she yelled at me saying I did. Then I was giving her my coupons and she yelled at me once again for using coupons. Horrible person

People complain about the service being slow and then they sit there and hold up the line for 20 minutes arguing with the people at the counter about things that are clearly out of their control. It's not the pharmacy's fault if your doctor screws up and sends the wrong prescription. What a typical LA scene.

I appreciate the availability of a pharmacist for medication counseling at this pharmacy. This pharmacy has a good selection of first-aid supplies and the staff are knowledgeable about their use. I like the option of setting up automatic refills for my medications at this pharmacy, it's very convenient.

Very hit and miss with customer service. Photo pickups are somehow the worst of all experiences (waiting at the counter for some person to show up, things supposed to be ready when they're actually not, etc). Homeless people will bother you on the way to and from the parking lot, guaranteed.

They literally stood at the front of the store yelling at me as I went thru the checkout lane that I had stolen something which was not true and then banned me from the store for no reason at all plus they have a huge problem with the homeless community and tend to be mean to them not cool

i love this walgreens they sell alligator fish bone toy things that make noise and move and it was rlly fun to watch and also they sell cornstarch for only $1.79 and u can buy 2 and make double the oobleck recipe so yes i love this walgreens very much except they don’t sell alcohol

Pharmacy- they absolutely take to long to help each customer, for one customer it took about 40 min to turn her away for not having the proper information. The line was incredibly long and not enough hands to help each customer. Lets not even mention the aditude in the service.

A lot of time they are out of the medication I need. Also pharmacist is rude. Rumor says if your not their regular customer they will tell you they don't have the med in stock. Find another pharmacist. Also some of the staff is rude too
