Visited this location on 09/30/2023 around 3:30pm for laundry detergent, not a lot of people or too busy, seemed like a regular day. I grabbed my laundry detergent and other items (2 items in total) and wanted to clip coupons for the detergent , since the items were heavy I seen an empty cart and placed the items on it to quickly see if there were any digital coupons available. Shortly after, and thank god I was finished. A manager with a bonnet on her head came over to me and quickly pushed the empty cart away from me. She did all of this just to push the empty cart to another location where it wasn’t in use. In my opinion that’s not very smart to do, I’d wait until the customer was done and quietly sweep the cart away, especially if it isn’t in use regardless. The next time I will escalate the issue. This woman also called me “Pooh” which is a term of endearment to people you personally know, but it’s also be used as deceptive doublespeak. “Ma’am” is perfect. I hope everything is resolved, I visit Walgreens at least 4-5 times a week.

I just had an extraordinary experience with an associate by the name of Brittany who works as a beauty consultant at this Walgreens! Brittany went above & beyond the call of duty giving me an amazing experience! What a great, kind, patient, professional & service orientated individual. Thank God there are amazing associates out here in this world! I pray God blesses her above & beyond all her hopes & wildest dreams! Thank you Walgreens for employing such a consummate professional.

I had tried to order a pick up to this location for a perfume gift set, but was emailed a hour later saying it was cancelled cause there wasn't any in stock ( even tho according to site, they had some). I took bus to store and they did have a few perfume, just not gift set. Now, a whole week later, I get a email from Walgreens asking me how it went with my pick-up and am I enjoying my purchase. . Really?! Someone is sleeping on the job. Time for a employee meeting.

I went and my card declined of course it happens, turns out my card got locked. My friend helped and payed for me. The cashier which was an older man was incredibly rude to me when it was declining speaking with such attitude. Really disrespectful. Right when I entered he was giving me looks especially since I was wearing a more feminine outfit as a man. Horrible man if you don’t like gay people then go work at a Walgreens in Alabama or something.

Terrible customer service. It was young Caucasian guy with long hair. He behaves like entitled person and not friendly like the other people. I always buy things and use bathroom, this guy told me they don’t allow customers use bathroom anymore with some happy sadistic smile. I think he either has a problem with pregnant women or women in general because that is my description.

This is one of the older Walgreens but it's well run and open 24 hours for your shopping convenience. They have a great deal of Christmas and holiday gifts , wearables, and decorations. The pharmacy is always incredibly helpful and their health items have a great range for the elderly as well as heart monitors, walkers and adult under garments.

I was trying to get 2 prescriptions filled and speedy delivery I Jane been waiting over 4.5 hours wagon permanent hold on only to find out they are still there. Very disappointed or sevice..,Kenneth Tim Tapley

Betsy was amazing! She used some creative problem solving which saved me from having to call broadband/go to another location to fix issues with package drop off. Thank you for going the extra mile!

Luis manager at Walgreens refuse to let a medical team use the bathroom. Complain with headquarters will follow

Great pharmacy staff that is terribly overworked! Why have the bathrooms been out of order since before Covid?
