My partner has received the worst dental care I’ve ever witnessed. He had two extractions and followed the care packet exactly. He left without receiving any antibiotics or pain medication even though he was told he has an abbess. He has been in excruciating pain, unable to sleep and work for days. When I inquired about why he did not receive antibiotics I was told that the doctor did not feel he needed it. Now today we are both back here and he finally gets a prescription for an antibiotic. After inquiring about next steps if he is still in pain we were accused of requesting narcotics which were never mentioned. Simply inquired about any home remedies or any additional steps we could take at home to help him get back to work. This doctor completely dismissed us and said that she wasn’t going to “lose her license” for our “convenience.” We will never come here again. DO NOT COME HERE.

this Clinic is a rip off ....... they offer cleaning for $69 me and my wife both went to get what we thought it would be cleaning like they offered we we got there and they started polishing our teeths and after 5 minutts they said youre done and i asked what about the cleaning they said that was cleaning !! i was shocked to find out that was there cleaning i told them there information is miss leading they shouldn't called cleaning but it should be called exam........... be aware youre better off going to an american dental at least you know what youre getting for youre money .... we paid $130 for polishing witch we could;v done at home

I was in so much pain I could not hold my head up!! My husband called them because they were first on the Google search list. They were so sweet! They asked how quickly could he have me there. And I was there in 5 minutes and had hardly no wait time even though I was a new patient!! Dr. Bertrand saw the pain I was in and immediately said he wanted to give me a little anesthesia so I could relax. It was a great caring visit from a wonderful staff. He even referred me and set up my appointment with one of his favorite oral surgeons!! I'm so thankful for his help and his staffs kindness!! Yall are all amazing there!!!

Just finished my appointment and I have to say this is without a doubt the best dentist I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. He’s such a kind soul and makes you feel right at home and his staff is just the absolute best. Seriously wish I could give 10* because they are truly that awesome!! The “dental assistant” was phenomenal. I put that in quotes because she is better than a dental assistant. I honestly thought she was also a dentist. Just a great Dentist and staff. Will be seeing Dr Bertrand for years to come!

I must STRONGLY advise everyone to stay away from this clinic. The first time I saw Dr Bertrand, he claimed he found SIXTEEN cavities, and outlined a treatment plan in excess of $2000. I found this strange, as I have never had any cavities. I went to another dentist for a second opinion, and was told I have ZERO cavities. I cannot speak to the reason for the discrepancy, whether it’s simple incompetence or something more shady, but that’s a really huge difference in opinion between professionals. I’d stay away

Excelente servicios y muy educados y amables todo el personal de esta clínica.. yo tenía una emergencia médica y fueron rápidos y eficaces. Yo quería hacer un procedimiento y el doctor se percató que yo iba a tener doble gasto y no me dejo hacerlo dándome la mejor opción de hacer un solo procedimiento y un solo gasto que sería a mi favor y para mi mejoría. Las instalaciones están siempre limpias y con buen olor ! Se las recomiendo al 100 x 100% ! Muchas gracias por el buen servicio

I had the same exact thing happen as the review written by "Caleb". I have never had any cavities and have very good dental health. The first time I saw Dr Bertrand, he stated I had 12 cavities and laid out a plan for the work around 2k. He never pointed out any of the cavities to me and he and the team talked down to me and had very unprofessional manners. I went to another dentist and had a full checkup done and I still have zero cavities.

El trabajo que hicieron con la dentadura de mi mamá fue impecable, excelente y además ellos fueron muy pacientes con su nerviosismo en cada consulta. I am so impressed and appreciative of the care I received at your clinic. I was visiting my brother in Nashville, and needed to have a tooth pulled. My brother called and arranged an appointment in record time, and was treated by each member of the staff in a caring manner. I would highly recommend using the services of this clinic to anyone. They are great!

My first visit to this clinic and it will be my last. Archie Bertrand was very pushy rude and inconsiderate. Don't know if he was having a bad day but his attitude was extremely nasty and he apparently had a short fuse with my questions that even his staff picked up and intervened and took over for his short comings. The remainder of the staff was pleasant.

I walked in and got two broken teeth pulled. This was the most professional, knowledgeable dentist I’ve been to since I’ve moved to Nashville. He was very neat with the work no pain at all. I have stitches and still have no pain. The only person i can trust with my dental work great staff. I’m so grateful for this office i love it there.

From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. I tend to get pretty nervous when it comes to visiting the dentist, but putting people at ease seems to be their specialty after quality dental care. I'm happy to have found a permanent dentist. I highly recommend!

Great dental clinic! Always come here for any dental issues, cleanings, and check-ups. Customer service is great—friendly and professional staff. Even before Covid the clinic was always clean and sanitized. They continue to provide excellent service. Definitely recommend!

Archie Bertrand has been dealing with my teeth for some time. He and his nurses are wonderful. The partial I now have is perfect. Last weekend my front cap came off. Monday morning I went unannounced to Walk In Dentist and Archie cemented my cap back place. Great people!

I was planning on making an appointment until I read some of the reviews. When the owner posted a chapter and discloses patient information all while doing it in an unprofessional manner because he didn’t like a review, I knew this was not the place for me. Be cautious.

Dentist is very good, but Hispanic Receptionists are Rude and Insulting to English speaking Americans. They have very poor English pronunciation, an obstinate attitude, much difficulty understanding and make nasty comments to americans

Efficient, helpful, patient, kind and caring staff. I was very nervous and everyone I came into contact with eased my fears and each were competent and reassuring. A wonderful experience and I recommend them and plan on returning!!

This doctor is very terrible, please do not go to him. I filling two molars at this doctor, where he injected more than five needles. Each face became very numb. I could not eat for 10 days, and was pain. This doctor is ravenous

I have had only positive experiences with Dr. Bertrand and the wonderful staff in his office. They are all kind and gentle people who don't leave you waiting forever. I have recommended this office before and would do so again.
