**PLEASE DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DODGY BUSINESS** 1 star is too generous. In February my husband and I purchased a car, our first car together, to say we were excited was an understatement. The initial service was amazing, we got given a loaner car while we waited for RWC to be done and they got our new car done in a timely manner. Upon leaving the dealership we noticed the car chugging as if it had dirty fuel (we put this down to the car having sat there for 6 months ((we were told it had been there for 6 months)) this was our mistake not taking the car straight back to them!) March came around and on hubbys way home from work the motor started making a ticking sound. We took it straight down to our local Kia dealership and they advised us not to drive the car and get it taken back to the dealership. THANK GOD FOR THE 3 MONTH WARRANTY we thought!! So we contacted the dealership to let them know what was happening, only to be told that they only gave us a one month warranty, not the 3 month that was advised at the time to my husband and friend that went to look at the car in the beginning (they flat out denied ever saying 3 months, but what can you do?). After threatening to go to LMCT and back and forward phone calls the dealer came to the party and asked that we cover tow costs to get our car back to them, so we did this. The deal we came to was we cover tow costs and they will replace the motor, beautiful! we gave them a week to do this. A few days into them having the car my husband called them to see how it was all going, and was greeted with rudeness and arrogance, ''we will call you when its done!'' was the response he got. All we wanted to know was how it was progressing and if they found a motor to replace the existing motor with, this is our only car and we both work, this lemon we were sold not only cost $5500, but we now had a tow cost and uber to and from work coming into the cost. A few more days pass so he calls again, the person on the phone said 'hang on ill go check whats happening', Forgot to put my husband on hold and my husband heard the RUDE way he asked the mechanic what was happening... ''Theyre on the phone, whats happening with the kia blahdy blah blah'' were the words out of the mans mouth on the phone, obviously hubby was less than impressed with the way this unprofessional man spoke. A week in and still no answer as to what was happening. Eventually we finally got out of them that they can not replace the motor or repair it, so we will get a refund (which I have now received). So a week and a half in, and we have no car, over $400 in costs for towing and uber, and now have to start all over again and find another car. I would not recommend this business to anyone unless they want to be sold a complete lemon!! Upon further investigating I have found others have had similar issues with this business, including others going through LMCT, I only wish I read reviews before ever giving this company my business! Very Difficult to deal with, the only person in this business I had a pleasure dealing with in this whole experience was the lovely reception girl when we purchased the car. PLEASE do your research before buying from this company, the reviews alone are disgusting. My fault for not reading them before buying. Lesson Learnt.

This place doesn't even deserve a star rating. DO NOT GO HERE. You will walk in and drive out with a complete lemon of a car which isn't fully road-worthy. From personal experience, this place sold a car that had a huge mechanical problem which according to other mechanics, shouldn't be deemed drivable. The measures to get the car fixed were so costly that upon taking the vehicle back to their so called 'mechanic' twice the problem wasn't fixed. After they had it all week, might I add. APPALLING. Will discourage anyone from even walking in this car yard. EDIT: To whom it may concern, upon reviewing your response I would like to point out that not once in my review did I state that I purchased a vechile from your dealership. My review was from personal experience as my partner was greatly effected by your "dealership" both financially and personally and this shouldn't happen to anyone else. This is a true account of what happened so none of my allegations are "false" nor "appalling." Good day.

my daughter bought a car turned out to be a lemon paid $5400 with dodgy roady just made it home before car died ,car was picked up from home with a promise to fix issues, when we went back to pick it up was told it was ready , it didnt make it out the car yard, another promise issues would be fixed was delivered back, lasted 2 days now its going to cost $100's for us to fix not trusting them a 3rd time and will be seeking advice as well as contacting Vic Roads with the dodgy roady and the lies about fixing it properly promising to replace dodgy parts parts that havnt been replaced like promised we have all receipts from our mechanic times and dates of conversations this is not good enough and i will not be taking this review down like we were asked twice to do the car is still a lemon and everything I have written is truth

Absolute Joke of an establishment. I purchased a car from this dealership and within 2 weeks I had my mechanic telling me that there was a large number of issues with the car and that it should not have passed an adequate roadworthy test. I have since taken the car back to the dealership for repairs TWICE and both times the issues were not taken care of. I have spent half as much on repairs as i paid for the car in the 7 months since purchasing it. I can not even begin to say how much I would discourage anyone from purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. The mechanic as well as the rest of the staff offered as little help as the next person. All in all, this place is a joke. Do not purchase from this dealership, you will regret it.

Absolutely shocking service, brought a car from there was an absolute lemon. No manners no time for their own customers. One of the first thing I asked the owner was has my car been in an accident before, he said no never I'll never sell a car that has been in an accident to you meaning myself. Took it down to a local panel shop, he pointed out so many replaced parts and imperfections on the car I felt sick I had been ripped off..I booked my car in for a service under their warranty and still did not fix the problem, ended up taking the car to my local mechanic and it costing me a fortune! Will never recommend anyone to buy a car from here!

So about 6 weeks ago I was looking to buy a van for work.. and 4 weeks ago I found one online and wanted to go and have a look..the owner actually opened the car yard for me on a public holiday to come and look at it. But 3 weeks ago the Van broke down and since there was no warranty on it due to the kms and age on it I thought I was screwed.. so I called them and explained that I had the van for only 3 weeks.. Emma was awesome and so professional as well as Iman. They told me that the owner will take care of everything and get it fixed all for free.. They really looked after me and I would recommend them to anyone.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. As soon as I walked in there I was pressured and pushed. Due to not having a car at the time I was in no choice but to buy one from this company but felt so stressed out and pressured. They illegally made me pay money that wasn't written on signed paperwork!. Making me pay for a tow truck for their car that broke down on me 3 times but was no paperwork saying I even loaned a car from there nor was there paperwork from the cousin who was the person who towed my car. They scammed money out of me and I won't even get started on the customer service

Dad purchased a car for me from here 8k for a car to be all safe and roadworthy took it into pedders and my own mechanic just to be told that this car is no where near roadworthy letalone safe... second hand break pads/ leaking coolant/ shockers front and back /bushes worn for a start I won't go any further but the list goes on... not happy would strongly advise anyone who is wanting to purchase a car from these people just please don't you will be wasting your money! I will be going to Vic roads about this so they are aware.... not a happy shopper !

Bought a car of them in January The diff started clunking straight away took it to the mechanic and the first thing they said was the road worthy must of been rubbish Diff needs replacing coolant leaking very disappointing don’t know how they can still be in business if they blatantly sell cars that are not road worthy Definitely KEEP AWAY from this car yard as the result is going to cost more than you think To be honest they are a RIP OFF

I wrote a review on here about a year ago and today I was shocked to get a phone call and message saying if I don't take my review down they will be taking me to court. This company has the worst service I have ever seen. Threatening me for writing the bad service I had. Couldn't get any more low. As for the car I was sold I ended up having to spend so much money on it due to a stuffed gear box which was not road worthy. Very Bad service

I can’t thank the team enough as Walk In Drive Out Car Sales enough, I was in need of a good and reliable family car for my daughter and being a single mum on a budget there isnt much around! But the owner Rabih and his office lady Iman went above and beyond to find me the right car at the right price! best customer service just brought my car off the boys at walk in drive out last week, had a battery issue an the boys did not hesitate to come jump start my car from half n hour away, an brought me a brand new battery with them. keep up the good work.

The car we bought from them last year was broken down after couple of month later(MazdaBT-50). This people are big cheater!!! Do not go there and they should close the shop before same thing happen to others. I will be shocked if shop is still there…

Now I think one star is generous. Rude salesperson won’t even let me test drive the car ! Wouldn’t recommend this company at all! Very disappointed
