We reached out to Janice for design advice and wanted someone that would paint the entire mainfloor of our house. Vaulted ceilings, drywall repair, all exterior and interior doors, casings, baseboards and walls. It was an extensive job that needed a professional hand and ability to work around other trades. Janice met with us several times to discuss design colours that would work cohesively with the rest of our whole house reno. Her advice and design expertise guided us through the colour decisions and esthetics that complemented our design style and all the flooring, counter and backsplash decisions already made. Janice also assisted us on site at the lighting store to offer insight for lighting choices that would work well in our space. Any changes we made on the fly were handled with professionalism. We even added a few things to her plate including painting/distressing a modern wall cabinet to a vintage look. It turned out perfectly! We highly recommend Janice. In fact we were so pleased that we've just talked with Janice about doing a vintage paint application to our primary bedroom furniture as well as dining table and chairs. Put the coffee on and have her over. You won't be disappointed!

I was in Canada when I first approached Janice about creating a mural on an outside wall of my home in Belize. I wanted something approximately 6 ft by 8ft. Before sketching anything she asked for detailed measurements, and photos of the area to be painted and determined that the mural as I was requesting would look out of place given its placement on the wall and provided a sketch for the entire wall approximately 16 x 8 which integrated windows etc right into the mural. I was skeptical that given limitations on her time and working in remote location that it could be completed in the two weeks. I couldn't have been more wrong mural was completed on time and exceeded my expectations. Her attention to the details including perspective is excellent, as are her artistic abilities for detail including little surprises throughout the mural.. Guests constantly comment on the excellent job that was done. We couldn't be happier with the results... Planning to continue the mural around the front side of the house... I recently moved to a condo, it was all the same color, eggshell white-ish. I wanted an infusion of color and had an idea, Janice took that idea and gave me a beautifully painted accent wall that I can't stop looking at it. She provided samples before starting, so I could preview and decided. It has a metallic sheen but is sponged on, not like the early 90's sponging... it's fantastic. I am beyond thrilled with it. She is very creative, meticulous and thoroughly enjoys her work. I then asked her if she would like to take on a little project of weatherizing a bakers rack for my patio, as it didn't fit with my inside decor... I had no input as I had no clue on this one, turned out fantastic and is a lovely new addition to my patio currently holding flowers, in colorful flower pots.

Janice painted the winter mural on our main entrance sliding glass doors. She is a very good painter and illustrator. The mural brought the main entrance to life and added to the festive atmosphere. I'd highly recommend her for this type of work.
