Their photo dept is understaffed, untrained, have their Air Pods in their ears while they talk to you, and nobody knew how to get the photos that I ordered except the employee who was on lunch. No 1-hr photo, or attempt to find someone else to help, no contacting a supervisor or anything.. They seem to think that "I don't know" is an acceptable response to questions.

I received a cake i ordered for a baby shower i hosted and it was very simple to place my customized order online. I have to praise the bakery on their creation! It was the best store bought cake ever! Moist and delicious!

Absolutely love the cakes they made for my daughter's birthday! I paid under $60 for both of these cakes! Would definitely use them again.
