99% of time I've never had a problem. But today I went an picked up me an my husband's scripts. I get home mine was wrong bc pills, I call back in. No they don't take them back an even though I paid cash I can't get the money I paid for them back or put toward the actual correct prescription! I'm just out! That's not right! I am laid off I don't have money to just loose on wrong scripts that was filled out wrong! Now I gotta get the correct script filled out an pay for it too! I have no insurance I'm cash pay! This has gotten me so upset! It's not fair it's their mistake but I gotta pay for it! That prescription was supposed to be removed cause I can't take it for it makes me so sick! From now on they need to tell me what each prescription is for an show me before I pay cause I work part time an unemployed till middle of August I can't afford this!

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED PAIN MEDS! PHARMACIST KATHERINE IS A B*TCH! She is a perfect example of why so many people who are relying on pain medication kill themselves! Ive been on my meds for 20+ years yet she refused to fill my prescription today. Not COULD not, but WOULD not.It was my 1st time I've ever seeing her & she said she didnt feel "comfortable" filling my prescription today. WHAT?! I wish i could avoid work by saying i wasnt comfortable with doing it too. Now i have to drive across town trying to find a place that has it. Walmart has totally & completely lost my business from now on & i will be contacting the Manager about my experience as well. I hope & pray she needs pain medication one day & a rude & thoughtless pain in the *ss denies her too.

The head pharmacist refused to fill my prescription because I filed a complaint against her for LOSING one of my prescriptions and then she came up with a lie accusing me of taking medication that wasn't mine! It was back-up meds I had placed with friends just in case some bad pharmacist screwed up and that DID happen!!! The pharmacists at other Walmarts are nothing like this nasty person. Her name is Allison and she works at the Collins Rd Walmart in Jacksonville, FL. It would be worth our time to cross the Buckman and go to the Walmart on San Jose. Just a short 8 minutes for better and honest service.

Excellent customer service. I live less than a mile from the Normandy location and I drive to this one because they are THAT much better. The techs and pharmacists go out of their way to take care of the customers. I was so impressed with one of them recently that I wrote a note about her for the store manager. I can’t say enough good things about them, and I rarely have anything nice to say about anything having to do with Walmart! My insurance requires me to use Walmart, and I’m glad the folks at the Collins location make that bearable for me

Now I like a few of the techs , and 1 pharmacist. The blonde headed pharmacist is a decent woman , she's the best on the team. Then a guy pharmacist he's really nice as well.. the only down fall of this pharmacy is that one of the pharmacists says it's first come first serve when it comes to filling certain scripts, it's supposed to be loyal customers first and then what's left if any then the new customers. , but what would I know? I would recommend them overall though.

Very rude the one white lady. Try to drop a prescription off from my dentist. Started interrogating me on it. Its for something called Norco. I guess because its one of these drug's people who are hooked on opiodes. Regardless because people are drug addicts people like me shouldn't get harassed or interrogated on our priscription that a licenced doctor gives us. Not all people are drug addicts.

One of the worst places that I've ever been to get my prescription Is the ignore customers I had a prescription for painkillers and they kept coming up with excuses not to pull it then make it very hard to FILLprescription Is the even recommended me to go to public's pharmacy it very much an unprofessional

Way quicker than target in oakleaf for RX fills. Target and CVS quit taking my insurance, and i called up this pharmacy and had my meds within an hour with no screw ups. Targets pharmacy was constantly messing up my name spelling, and they costed more in general.

They used to be good but they mess up my prescriptions almost everytime now. Staff is nice but someone there doesn't put their listening ears on. I'm going to have to switch pharmacies at this point as they are a waste of my time.

They always have my medication and I even left one too long and they reordered it for me while I waited. Very professional staff.

They pretend that their fax machine is broken so they dont have to fill prescriptions sent from the doctors office.

9 out 10 No problems and smiles they are great especially the staff that opened this location was & is great!!!!
