It's good for cheap insulin and insulin syringes but the line for the pharmacy pickup/check out can be awful and long. I have stood in line for over 25 minutes before. I would have left but the insulin is for my diabetic dog who needs his medicine and everywhere else his insulin is $150 or more per bottle instead of $24.88 at Wal-Mart.
