I didn't have quite the same experience as most others. They had some problem with the truck in front of me so I sat quite a while as they sorted out the problem. Then when I was part way through they stopped the belt again. I suppose they were sorting out some problem behind me. After it started up again I went through okay but there were these fluffy brushes just before the exit which I thought might polish the car but they didn’t get used. I did pay $21 for the complete Hybrid wash including polishing so I don't know why the brushes didn't get used. I stopped right away to check the wash and the car was very clean except for some smudges on the hood which I cleaned off myself with a wet sponge and there was some ice on the lower part of the rear hatch which showed there was no drying action there. Overall not a great wash with two annoying delays. At $21 not sure I'll go again. Update: thanks for your response. We used your car wash on Dec. 9 in the afternoon. We paid 21.28 for the hybrid wash but the brushes at the end did not get used. No we don't have a roof rack or anthing else which should have interfered with the brushes. Not only the top brush wasn't used, neither of the side brushes did either. The smudges on the hood after the wash I was able to easily clean off with a wet sponge. Thanks for your offer, we will come back for a rewash.

Amazing! I was really impressed with the result of the wash. Considering how dirty my car was in our Winnipeg winters with the salt and sand, my came out literally spotless. FAR better than any other automatic car wash I’ve ever been to, and the wash did a much better job than other full service car washes in the city. I got the top package, and the ceramic finish and tire dressing looks great. It’s really easy to use too, just drive up and put the car in neutral like any other automatic car wash. Overall, I’m really impressed with how clean my car was given how dirty it went in. The hard-to-reach places like the side view mirrors and back of the SUV were spotless. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly as Wash Method is by far the best car wash I’ve experienced. I’m excited to try the interior detail, and will provide an update once it’s open. Update: I've come here several times since my first post. I confirm the exterior wash is still fantastic - best in the city even with our dirty and harsh Winnipeg winters. The interior clean is also fantastic. For how quick it is, couldn't ask more out of the interior detail. Another update: still great.

Car wash itself was great! Fast, and made my car really clean. Interior was OK too. Very quick as well. The issue I had was with the staff. This was the first time I had been there and told that to the person when I drove up. My husband was in the passenger seat, who had also never been there. The attendant asked me some questions which I answered. Until they asked if I wanted touchless and I hesitated a bit. The attendant immediately looked passed me and looked at my husband and said "I guess I should be asking you this." No reason to do this as my husband hadn't said a single word, I'm assuming they did this because i am a female. I was utterly shocked and didn't even look at the attendant after that. Would recommend to all my male friends and definitely none of my female ones. If you want to get treated with respect as a female don't come here. But, the car wash itself was great.

The staff's conduct has been consistently unprofessional, with a notable exception of a singular incident. While I attempted to address this matter, it appears that my concerns fell on deaf ears. Moreover, the arbitrary suspension of my membership without proper investigation or understanding of the situation reflects a lack of customer-centric values. Accusations of fraudulent behaviour without evidence are not only baseless but also damaging to one's reputation. It's disheartening to witness such a decline in customer service especially by the owner “Justin”. Unfortunately, the recent treatment has forced me to reconsider my patronage and compelled me to share my negative experience. I would absolutely NOT recommend this wash now to anyone as they charge you prorate and when they cancel your membership they don’t return the money as well.

I m here on June 11 Sunday at 3pm , I took VIP which cost me $39.95, Worst service, didn’t bother to pickup the trash and not even vacuum it up properly, windows also not clean, Got my vehicle in 5mins back , inside is done in 5 mins , Supervisor showed up , not listening to me, not accepting fault, no sorry, Just changed the topic by saying not respecting me sir , yes sir I won’t tell anything just pay and go , We have more money to waste on Bussiness like you who shows we are good at customer care , they don’t care you at all , I know they will reply now sir we don’t remove pet hair, so mention in your VIP menu in big bold letters , If my car is clean why should I need you, Don’t waste money on them , go to Petro-Canada do it your self Wasted my time on them

I really hate leaving reviews like this. I’ve come here a few times and overall have been happy. However I went today, and the job done was not great. I went through a second time and advised the car wasn’t properly done, was super kind about it, the staff replied “actually I did your counsel multiple times, whatever you had in there wouldn’t come out” he was super rude. What was in there was sugar from a spilled bag of candy from my kids and some Cracker crumbs. Wouldn’t have taken much work to get them out. Mats and seats looked untouched. I get things happen, I didn’t mind at all driving through a second time; but customer service was so poor. The staff rolled their eyes and laughed when we came through the second time.

Went on Friday June 10, mixed satisfaction levels. Had just bought a used car and wanted it nice and clean. Got the VIP inside and outside. I found the outside wash was really good and staff were all very pleasant. The inside clean was somewhat lacking. There was some dried on dirt that I needed to rub off with a damp cloth on three of the seats (leather) and the third row seating seemed to be missed entirely as that didn’t even looked vacuumed. It wasn’t bad just not what I would expect for the money for a one time visit. I would use again for exterior. I expect the real value is in the unlimited wash packages. Bonus points they found $3 in change that appeared in the cup holder.

I went there when it first open a few times because they did a great job. But last 4 time were bad and this is why: windows still dirty, gravel still on floor, rear view mirror was not wiped down and there still marks from boots on door and foot well. I get my suv washed once a week inside and out. So it’s not bad at all. I called in and left a fee messages and still am waiting for a call back. So I going to try a different one now. If I can give them some advice. Just slow down and do a good job. The staff is very nice they just have to take pride in there work. I will try one more time but I can’t seeing it getting better. Sorry for bad review but it the truth.

Thought I would give them a try as they are down the street from me, probably won't go back. Rims where still dirty so where my windows. I don't expect a rewash or anything free just wanted to let everyone know. Maybe there should be a Quality check at the end as someone who gets into the car and just goes I parked in the parking lot and went over my car I didn't go back in to let them know because I'm not going in line to wait 20 mins again The belt ideas are great but as a customer getting in and still being on the belt you don't feel like you have enough time to go back and tell them what was wrong you kind of feel like you're rushed out.

I went to use this car wash as I thought I would give them a go. Overall a good experience but the drive thru car wash just didn't clean my car the way it is done at the Chamois ... I do, however, understand they are two different set ups. Secondly I paid for pet removal... they tried to give me the vehicle back still full of pet hair. I completely understand that it is difficult to get it all out and gave some room for that... but don't charge another $20 for half a** job... I still have parts of the interior I have to go over my self as it wasn't wiped down properly. Not a terrible job but for $55, I did expect better!

Brand new member… exterior clean worth the money but I wouldn’t waste your time trying to get an interior wash, excruciating wait time for it. Paid for an interior wash through my membership and never got it - won’t be interested in renewing my membership! Had one at Northern Lights wash and could wash more than once in a day if I wanted. They don’t do interior there but exterior is quicker and same quality! Spoke with staff and nothing was done, left without being reimbursed or receiving a voucher to use next time. Three stars for the exterior wash, it was great but be prepared for long wait times regardless

Let me start by saying I am a fan and do promote this business. Although there’s one thing stopping me from giving 5 stars. This has happened a few times now but today annoyed me. I purchased a tire shine and from past experiences I pointed out to the guy at the beginning that I added it. Before entering the car wash, the last guy had to ask me which wash I was getting. I told him and reminded that I had added the tire shine. At the end of the was, I watched to see if the shine was happening. Nope. I don’t know if anyone is having this problem but I think it needs to be fixed. Definitely disappointing.

We love this place! My family just moved to Winnipeg from the west coast and live in the area, so we stumbled across this place when driving by. My partner has always washed his vehicles by hand because he found the touchless car washes never did a good enough job, but since trying Wash Method, he has bought monthly plans for both our vehicles. On top of clean vehicles, the staff are really friendly and helpful, and they seem to have fun, which is great to see. The owner (Justin?) is really great and down to earth too. We definitely recommend this place and supporting a local business.

My brother passed away last August and we were finally able to start settling his estate recently. My brother in law cherished his truck but he was not the best at keeping it clean. Method car wash on St. Anne is a one stop car wash & detail place. You can get a basic wash with option of touchless or hybrid wash for about $15. You stay in your car on a conveyor system. Relax, enjoy the ride! You can even have your passenger hop out to the dollar store if the line is busy (which goes quickly) to enjoy a snack or drink while you’re car is being washed . I joined the wash club which provides unlimited (1/day) washes at your chosen tier level for 30 days. Basic wash and car comes out clean. The club option is the best bang for your dollar

Have tried this place several times now, and haven’t been too impressed for the cost. Have had the full interior/exterior washes and it isn’t as good as other places. Was left dirty still on the inside. Went today for an M3 exterior wash, and it looks like the lower part of the vehicle wasn’t even cleaned. As well, the tires and rims came out super dirty still. I will just hand wash it elsewhere from now on. Too bad this place isn’t better, as it is nice to have something in the neighborhood. Like others, I want to like this place, but it’s been a disappointment.

This poor & expensive $39.20 VIP car wash left me with dirty wheels, no tire shine, edges of my side mirrors dirty, water spots on my exterior windows, poorly cleaned interior & took 1 hour & ten minutes on Sunday May14 at 3:28PM. The exterior was quick but the 51 min wait (+ cleaning time) in the interior wash line was totally unacceptable, they should warn you there is a LONG wait time. Gold wash at a competitor is $5.61 less & done better in 1/3 of the time. I won't be going back as they are NOT "the best car wash in North America" to quote their website.

Fantastic experience. Very impressed with the service. Some of these reviews don't understand what you're paying for. Don't expect hundreds of dollars worth of detailing on your gross car. I had a really dirty car. They did a great job removing dirt, dust, and it smelt good inside. Was it perfect ? No. Did I pay for perfection? No. Was it damn clean? Yes! Will I continue to give them my money for years to come? Also yes! A team of 20 friendly people attacked my car and the inside looks great! The outside was great. Highly recommend.

I got the exterior and interior clean. The exterior is amazing, however the interior clean was a bit disappointing. My car was not very dirty so my expectations were quite high. The staff did an amazing job with the mats and vacuuming the floors however the seats and console got very little attention. Stills lots of dust and a spill in the cup holder that was not cleaned. I understand you can’t do it all in 10 mins however for the price a good thorough wipe down on the console removing all dust at the least would have been nice.

Review for the VIP inside out service. Your car mats get quickly hose down but not very well. Then the car seats, dashboard, adn etc are wiped down VERY quickly on a conveyer belt. I will NOT be going back for the interior service. I was not expecting a highly detailed service like the Chamois, but was expecting better than large amounts of dirt being leftover and am very disappointed. I also got exterior wash which was fine, no complaints. This whole service is $35 + tax so I guess you get what you pay for.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. I really liked the exterior wash and car came out sparkling clean however the interior VIP clean was a huge disappointment, i was not expecting a detailing level of cleaning, but they did not bother to wipe the obvious areas, or even vacuum the trunk (i asked before and they said it’s included). Would go back for the exterior wash but not for the interior one… I hope they step up their game, like have some one to check the quality of cleaning at the end of the belt..

Very good service. We took the VIP wash and interior cleaning. This car had lots of mc french fries in it from grandson and boot marks on back seat and console. First cleaning of season in June? They did an exceptional job in front and rear hatch area. The grandsons area was a disaster, and they cleaned it to a 'C' rating..held up line...so.. I give them an 'A' for effort. Great job overall.. I will be back... next June..lol!! Very great job under the circumstances! Outside wash was exceptional! 4 stars!

Took both of our vehicles in today for the interior/ exterior wash. Exterior looks great, interior looks like it was skipped completely (on both vehicles!). They washed the floor mats but aside from that, it looks like everything else was looked over. The attention to detail just wasn’t there. I had to pull around and spend another 10 mins vacuuming everything that was missed. Thankfully, they offer free access to their outdoor vacuums. Probably won’t opt for the interior clean again.

Used their servie for interior cleaning. Car came out with some missing parts. Including wheel lock nut and hand breaks lever knob. She said Intitially she found out that we received car with missing the break lever knob. But. It was my wife's car she didn't tell it to me . And today I realized that wheel lock nut is also missing . 1st and last time we used them never again . Check your vehicle after use their service. Specifically, interior cleaning. Cleaning itself also not good

The staff here are very friendly but sadly the VIP wash is terrible. I’ve been here a few times and it seems like the touchless wash gets worse each time I come here. The photos I’ve attached are after the SECOND wash, immediately after the first wash, because the first one barely knocked the light dirt off of my truck. The staff sent it back through and it looked exactly the same. Not worth the hassle. I’ll stick to washing it by hand or by wand. The interior was decent at least.

The machine method is efficient, but the result is the same as any touchless/hybrid system. Took the car for a VIP wash after a long drive the day before. Interior clean is as to be expected (they wipe and vacuum, mats out etc) standard for this type of service. The exterior wash however, left a lot to be desired. Customer service was good and the only reason I'm leaving a 4 star instead of a 3. Manager's special at the competition is more bang for your buck.

Had an amazing experience here! Went on opening day and right from the start, staff were super friendly and helpful, and going through with all the lights made for such a cool atmosphere. My car was so dirty, the wash took all of 4 minutes, and it came out spotless and dry (so no frozen doors or windows!). This was by far the best automatic car wash I've experienced, much better than any gas station car wash for the same price. Would highly recommend!

I usually don’t leave reviews but I was really pleased with the service I got. My car is very. Important to me so I can be very picky. I went to this car wash for the first time last Thursday. I usually go to Chamois and stop going there due to multiple scratches on my vehicle and since I have been cleaning myself. I was very pleased with the interior cleaning especially and the exterior was sparkling as well. Great Job! I’ll definitely be back

Update: went back to have a "hybrid" wash as suggested. Still not as clean as I would like and the issue with communication remains. Had it been suggested to have the hybrid wash in the first place I wouldn't have had to go back. This time they took time to spray the vehicle before the wash, this didn't happen initially. Paid $20 for a no touch car wash. Definitely looks like it wasn't touched. Still filthy

I bought a VIP subscription for a month and today I was at the car wash for the first time. the car was poorly washed, the interior was terribly cleaned, there was a lot of dust, stains on the windows and crumbs in the cabin remained. what am I crying for? If I wanted to wash my car badly, I would wash it myself. I had high hopes for this place, but it hasn't come true yet. Let's see what comes next

Extremely disappointing in the service. The wash didn't remove some of the dirt. Had them vacuum out the interior. They did a piss poor job! They didn't vacuum out the trunk area, nor did they vacuum under the mats. Under the seats weren't vacuumed either. I was getting my vehicle ready to list for sale. I now have to redo the work that I paid them to do. Will not take my new vehicle here.

Disappointed. I usually go here for the exterior wash but this weekend I wanted to try the interior and exterior wash. Interior wash was highly poor and disappointing. Not worth it if the mats and the seats at the back are still dirty. Looks like the only mat that was clean was the driver seat. Which is weird… should be the whole interior. Sloppy job. Definitely lost a loyal customer.

Really want to like this place as it’s very convenient but it is not as good as chamois or worth the cost. $39 and the inside of my car looks the same as when in went in (see photos). It was a Tuesday around 5:30 and I was only one of two cars in the bay so it’s not like they were rushed. Really want to support local business and maybe I will give it another try, but likely won’t.

Wash method has been too notch since the doors opened. It's not often where you don't see a lineup outside on nice winter days, but they push them through quick! Tons of staff for the most part, and always friendly and helpful. I bought a membership all last winter and loved it so will be the same this year. Anyone nearby that hasn't check it out should!

Good service as well as their friendly staffs, love their hybrid cleaning method makes your exterior thoroughly clean and shiny altho' i wish there are more time for air drying. I signed up for their wash club and it comes with unlimited washing per month, have both my vehicles serviced by them. Completely satisfied and definitely will keep coming back.

Shiny new system, but something left me stuck in the middle of the system for a while with alarms sounding outside?? Also, it doesn't really handle trucks very well. The back window doesn't get much attention, and the box is left full of soap suds! Overall a good wash, but for over $20 I'd rather not have to manually rinse excess soap out of my vehicle!

Came here last week and had an exterior and interior wash. HORRIBLE job. My tires were still dirty. Mats were dirty and underneath Mats as well. They didn't touch rear view mirror or half the dash board. Dead mosquito still on dashboard. Tried calling and no answer and no call back either. Very dissatisfied. Think I will stick to the Chamois next time

First and last time using this service. Door jambs, wheel wells, front end including bumper and valence still filthy - wheels and tires still dirty but there’s enough tire dressing to run and spray on quarter panels after leaving. Flashing lights and new equipment sure are fancy, but $40 for a light show and a bad wash not worth it. Will not be back.

they do a very good job. what I like about the place is that they do NOT have Kids or Young adults driving your vehicle. your vehicle goes through there on a track. they do not even have your Keys. so the risk of damage to your vehicle is not likely. They also have coffee in the waiting area for you which is amazing. …

I've been here twice now for both my vehicles. It was terrible both times. The outside wash is passable. But the interior looks terrible. They moved the dust on the dash and didn't even attempt to clean the rear window. I left a phone message the last time and got no reply. Don't waste your time or money on this place. Very disappointing.

Am always quite happy when I do their Car wash ,so yesterday thought I would get the interior done.I must say I am extremely disappointed.Should not have wasted my money...if I could post pics I would...I'm not sure what they vacuumed ,definitely not the drivers side ,the interior door etc was done very poorly!

Really happy with the VIP wash! I have 3 little kids and the staff did an amazing job cleaning all the cup holders and even their car seats! The amount of dog hair they were able to remove was also impressive and they even asked about my dog :) My only complaint is the limited air freshener scents.

First time customer just had the exterior wash. For what it cost it was very good value. The drying buffer was a bit hard on one of my exterior mirrors but the issue is probably due to the age of my truck. Service was good and I will be back, nice to have such a great place in our neighborhood.

Great car wash. I was in for VIP insideout around 5:40pm. cashier said they don’t send cars for interior cleaning end of they day. When I drove out from the car wash, I saw two cars getting interior cleaned. Special customers ? Your website says nothing on arriving 30 min before closing.

40 bucks for the worst car wash ever. Water spots all over. Windows not clean. Mud on bumpers. What a waste of an hour. The guy asked if I wanted to go thru again for a rewash. Ya I’ll waste another hour of my time for a horrible car wash. Had to come home and wash it again myself.

The service here is spectacular, really happy they built something like this in the area as all the other car washes really need an update. For what you get and how much you pay, I'd say it's definitely worth it. Especially since our weather is so hot and cold every other day.

Nice experience. We subscribed to the VIP tier for this month to try it out. One thing I would suggest, during the pre-wash if they would spray or wipe the inside of the mirrors as the wash didn't clean this spot. Would bump up the clean quality.

Good experience in regards to the staff and exterior cleaning. If you’re hoping to have your seats thoroughly cleaned this is not the place to go. Despite advertised steam cleaning, my seats looked as dirty as they did going in. Not worth $40

The wash technology is good but they do not wipe the car outside so it remains wet and watermarks show. If they wiped the outside of the car properly and cleaned the interior properly this place is a 5Start. I HOPE THE AIUTHORITY DOES THAT.

Came here to try a $19 car wash. You have a choice of touchless or hybrid. I chose touchless. Car got clean and dried very well. Often the auto drying at car washes are not great, but this one is good. A good place to treat your nice car.

I drove in for what should be a “detailed wash”. However, i left dissapointed. The interior was below expectation. Rushed job with stains all over the car doors, floor mats, floor rug etc. overpriced with no value for money paid. 20/100

Tried Method Wash for the first time. I have a 2023 Hyundai Tuscon, dark in color that was kind of dirty. WOW. First automatic car was that actually cleaned my car. No scratches, no grime, no missed spots. I definitely will be back.

Wash method is way better than the Chamois and has to be one of the best car cleaning and detailing in Winnipeg. We all know everyone perfers negativity but trust me when I say wash method is a thousand times better than chamois.

Didn’t clean the interior properly there was still lots of dust and dirt on the floor and they don’t remove garbage for you, also I told them to clean the sunroof and the manager told me they don’t do that which is ridiculous.

Best automatic car wash I've been to and it is also the most affordable with a membership. If you like to wash you're vehicle often, the membership will pay for it self. I was impressed with the facility and service.

Wash Method has come a long way since it first opened. All the bugs have been ironed out and the service is outstanding! The monthly sub is the best deal in town. Always friendly staff and the wash is too notch.

Really like the set up and staff is awesome. Exterior wash is by far the best I’ve had in comparison to all competitors .. they have completely under estimated the volume and time for interior cleaning.

Just had my first car washed today from Method Carwash with VIP Inside-Out. Paid 40 bucks for getting my brand-new car scuffed during the process. This car wash has just become my nightmare.

I go there for interior and exterior cleaning I found exterior is good but interior is worse they didn't do anything .not even vacuum it properly. I will suggest don't waste your 40$ there .

I came home from a road trip with heavy bug splatter and the touchless choice did not clean the car even with the additional spray the gentleman did prior to my entering the wash.

I just did the top washing option for my truck here. It didn’t even clean it properly especially front. It cost me 21$ and doesn’t worth it better to use coop or petro canada.

I go through the car wash everyday. My car may not always need washing, but I love the colours of the light show, and when I play music it's like my own little dance party.

Always take my f-150 in the vip touchless wash as well as the interior detail is always excellent. I’ve taken friends and family’s vehicles here too always will come back

SLOW Did the full serice wash and sat outside for 20 minutes waiting to get in second entrance for detailing. Never again! Total time from start to finish was 40 minutes
