If are getting your animals nails clipped, I do not recommend going here. The nurse is incapable of doing so and should be properly trained in this area. The nurse decided to clip my cats nails instead of waiting for the vet for my appointment. Ended up waiting a good 40 mins for the vet to be finished with an appointment that was after mine. Spent an hour and 20 mins for a procedure that should’ve taken 5 minutes. All other vets I have been to have not had this issue and have not made me wait such a ridiculous time. After close inspection, I realised they missed some nails. The vet took 5 mins to do the nails, with the nurses assistance. I don’t know how both of them can miss the nails?? It’s ridiculous I paid $25 to not only get horrible service but for the service to not even be completed properly. This vet is unbelievable, do they not double check each nail before sending us home? I absolutely do not recommend this vet, there are so many better ones out there.

Worst service also worst vet. Attitude from the reception nurse was appalling asked a question and got a disrespectful answer. The asian vet he is a moron he bruised my dogs shoulders when he put the needle in and hurt my dog he didnt stich a wound up because my dog is "too vicious" but the 50kg women was holding him down with no issue and told me the dog did nothing when i called up because the glue came apart in a day was not going to fix it with out charging me another 200 dollars. This place has gone down hill extremely since the lovely ladies that owned it and knew how to treat dogs. Came back today with my nans dog and where just disgusting didnt even want to give me advice with a skin irritation he is getting. Pathetic clinic the ladies should buy it back and make a 5 star vet agian.

Rubbish vet . I spent $180 for X ray .I just looked at xray on your computer. That is . I want to X-ray photo sent to my email , but I waiting whole day , staff didn’t sent me , and the second day , I still waiting , and call vet , staff said we are busy now , Hang up the phone angrily. I don't understand I paid $180 to see that Xrat for a second on that day . Then later I got a picture, but it wasn't a clear picture, it was straight from phone. It's not a computer download. I think their service is very bad. Even the x-rays are so unprofessional. Just to tell you there are four dogs. There was no follow-up， didn’t tell anything. I don't think their clinic is reliable either

To the team at Watsonia Vet, thank you for looking after our dog Prince for the past 12 years. The team went above and beyond to provide our dog with the best care possible, particularly within the last year. Unfortunately, it was his time and we had to make the hardest decision but the kindest act we could do for him. Dr Paul Singh and his entire team are very efficient and they are excellent with pets and their services. They looked after our girl Bella who had a fractured bone and they healed her. Every time we go there the friendly staff go out of their way to help us out and Call Dr Paul after hours anytime if there is an emergency or anything you want to know. He is so prompt and is friendly and ready to help us out. Highly recommend their services. Thanks for being so patient with animals and for being there for them at all times. Well done keep up the good work.

I recently changed to this vet after moving into the area. They have been very friendly and helpful with ongoing issues with my cat. After taking my cat to numerous vets over the last year due to a skin issue which wasn't getting any better, they were able to diagnosis it and give us the medication for him to fix it. There was no rushing me in and out like other vets and they really took the time to diagnose the problem. I would definitely recommend this vet to anyone looking.

Without my knowledge, they euthanised my beautiful German Shepherd brought in by my vengeful then husband. The dog was microchipped and registered to me as it’s rightful owner so I’d like to know why I wasn’t contacted. Even though this was years ago, I have never got over this spiteful act and more to the point, why your clinic had the authority to do this.

We came to Watsonia Vet as a second opinion. Dr Tan gave a very thorough consultation and lots of options for our Dog Chilly's treatment. Not only was Dr Tan great, so were the nurses. Our girl is currently recovering from surgery and she's going well. So happy we went with Watsonia Vet. Highly recommend!

Such a great Vet, entire team is fantastic and the price comparison on medications, appointments and the likes are more reasonable than other local vets. Our 9 month old kelpie/lab literally runs to the front door and enjoys the visit which says it all to me. Keep it up guys! see you next time.

Dr Paul was respectful of the pet and owner. He has a great bedside manner. One of the best I have seen. His work was great and was so caring of my dog. Very knowledgeable and so were the other staff. I would highly recommend this vet practice.
