Im Nevin Smith Bad service by Jonte cook and Riedewaan Brackenfel branch....should have came to this branch Car : EOS VW CF207-527 Vin: wvwzzz1fz9v015003 This problem wasn't a fault on the cars report when I bought it...this happend on the same day I got it with the salesman (Jonte cook) The car was send away for repairs for the windows but it wasn't resolved...for a whole week. I took it to philwest Volkswagen today for a proper check out...an I got a report of the left/Right doors windows motors are faulty and ignition motor an it's over R22K to fix it. Please tell me what's going to happen now... And my car is still at philwest and for it to be released cost me R1144.45 I want a refund for that please...cuz it feels like I'm doing your work...I've driving up and down with my own petrol...going to places to get this fixed... Jonte said it is covered by warranty but they said it's not...Riedewaan Mr customer service is useless no feedback and it's been almost a month
