We originally employed websters to change our buildings readers on their advise. Turns out they have encrypted them so we can now only buy from them at inflated rates. As a new committee when getting quotes on new work we found they were extremely overcharging, as we went to another service they removed our credit and now overcharge on the encrypted readers which knly they can supply Unprofessional and I highly recommend you shop around and not find yourself in the same situation. The rain was pouring and the wind howling when I placed my key in my exposed back door and the key snapped in half. I didn't have my front door key with me, so I was stuck in the elements. I looked up Websters on my phone, they gave me a 30 minute wait time. In less than 10 minutes Andrew appeared, assessed the situation, extracted the broken key, made a replacement and was gone within 15 minutes. Now that's what I call great service! Well done Andrew! About 12 months ago we moved into a new unit that Websters had been contracted to supply and install mechanical and electronic locks. We need some extra keys cut and found Andrew and his team to be friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with. in addition, and to our surprise, their prices were more than competitive with shopping centre key cutters we had previously used. I was very disappointed with the service that I received from Websters Locksmiths. They sold me the incorrect remotes, then gave me the incorrect instructions for the replacements and then charged me to come and fix their stuff ups. Even after I paid their account they still kept sending me a reminder to pay and have refused to send me a receipt

Had lost the front door and casement doors key. Andrew attended punctually and was very professional and patient particularly with the complicated reassembly of a 35+yo lock totalling 2 1/2hrs of work; he deserves a bonus! Would definitely recommend Websters.
