Following up with this review after an appointment with Puneet Devgun. She was arguably the most incompetent dentist I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. There were clear red flags within our initial 5-10 minute introductory conversation, as she was not listening to a word I said. Within the very same conversation, she asked me for the FOURTH time when my last check-up was and could not seem to process this information. After waiting over an hour past my appointment time, I very clearly explained to her this was an emergency appointment (especially given the nature of her clinic being emergency focused), and I needed work done today as the very next day, I would be leaving the country for the next 3 months. She did not seem to comprehend this fact, given that all her proposed solutions were multiple day treatments, that were extravagantly expensive, and most notable, NOT NECESSARY. It became evident very quickly that she was simply looking to charge as much as possible and fill her own pocket, without any regard for patient care. All that was needed and requested of her was a filling for the chipped tooth, until I could return to get a crown put in. Her next best recommendation was simply to remove the tooth… FOR A CHIP. How utterly absurd. I walked out of there immediately as I could not trust a word she said, let alone any potential fix on my teeth. I will end this off with the notion that this is the first public review I have ever left any individual or business, strictly because I genuinely hope anyone considering an appointment with her sees this, and reconsiders to any other dentist as they cannot possibly get any worse. Please do yourselves a favor and avoid AT ALL COSTS.

I had a very painful tooth that had been bugging me for over a week. Terrible throbbing pain. On Sunday I finally broke down and googled open dentist on Sunday. I found them and they got me right in. For $50 they would take as many X-rays as necessary. They ended up taking a panoramic and about 4 xrays of the problem area. I believe had I wanted they would have done my entire mouth but it was late and I was only worried about the one tooth. It turns out it was cracked and the Dentist inserted a camera and showed me the crack and that I need to make an appointment with a root canal specialist. She was very professional and the staff was very nice and efficient. Even though there was nothing they could do at that moment knowing the cause was quite comforting to me. I paid the $50 and walked away very pleased. One of the reasons I chose this dentist was they were open and had good reviews. I can now add to the good review list by giving 5 stars for the service I received. I though that Sunday at 3:30 PM I was going to only get an average dentist at best. I can now say I am happy to rate them 5 stars for my experience. I haven’t experienced any other work from this office such as having a cavity filled or an eventual crown so I can not review the quality of their work. What I can review is my initial experience, which could not have gone any better. Just knowing the cause of my pain was a great relief. So if you need a quick diagnosis with a professional staff it’s the best $50 I’ve ever spent on a Sunday emergency situation. I would not hesitate to use them again.

visit was absolutely amazing! Front desk was great, The dentist was very kind and patient with me and took time to listen to my concerns! My hygienist Angelina was so sweet, compassionate, knowledgeable, and walked me through step by step of everything that was going to happen! She took extremely great care of me my entire visit and I couldn’t have asked for a better overall experience at the Tempe location! I am not a fan of the dentist because I had a pretty traumatic experience with one years ago but thank to this team I am comfortable and have confidence again and won’t go anywhere else for my oral health! You guys rock! Edit** I some how got a dry socket after my extraction and almost didn’t come in but called today (Sunday) and they got me right in and took care of me! Yet again, Angelina and the dentist (not sure his name but the gentleman is very kind and cares about patients) took such great care of me and I’m very grateful for them! 100% highly recommended this office! I walked into the Phoenix office today still having complications from my tooth and Vanessa was so nice and they got me in right away! Always caring and compassionate! I feel bad and feel like I’m bugging them but they never make you feel that way! I appreciate all they do and always take care of your needs! Thank you team!

I came here because of the good reviews but i just had the worst experience, firstly their website mentions they do sedation, they do not! Secondly the xrays aren't 50.00 as they say over the phone it 90.00 when you get there. They had the wrong xrays on the screen and one of the assistant was adamant to the assistant doing my oral exam that i dont have tooth number 32 so it had to be 31, i had to tell them i had never been there before or done xrays so it isnt possible that the xrays were mine. If you are in pain or have a dental emergency they will take you quickly but the service is not worth it took 3 hours to get one tooth pulled and the other wouldnt get numb, even when i had my hands in the air screaming in pain the dentist still didnt stop i left there in pain and crying worse than when i went in. No one called to check in. My mouth blead badly for 3 days and the tooth thay wasnt pulled started in nonstop pain. instead of referring me out the wanted me to come back lol i just got my refund and went else where. I even had to call twice for them to email me my Xray they promised they would do before i even left the office so i would have them for the other dentist. Place is very tiny not ADA friendly at all.

Had a dental emergency but didn't want to lose my tooth. My dentist was so understanding and patient I called in on Saturday morning and they got me in within the hour my tooth was so bad that the side of my face was swolen to the size of the golf ball, so the anesthesia did not work. All I could think about was getting it over with. They didn't take my insurance needless to say, the root canal was pretty pricey, but it needed to be done. It was the most painful experience I ever had, and I think I may have ptsd because of it. They kept asking if I wanted to stop and put me on antibiotics for a couple of days, but i couldn't wait any longer. They were very careful and made sure I was okay. Halfway through, she explained that she may not be able to get the entire root out, and I damn near passed out. I shouldn't have let it go that far. They did what needed to be done, and I am grateful I still get a little bit of sensitivity on that tooth, but nothing can compare to the pain I was in. Went back a week later, and she finished it up and let me know that if anything happens to it, I can go back, and they will check it out that was reassuring. Overall, they did an excellent job.

This is honestly the best dental facility with the best dentist and best staff, that I have ever dealt with. I have had a lot of teeth issues over the past couple years and have had several extractions and wisdom teeth removed by a couple different dentists (due to moving). The entire staff is amazing. They call you back instantly, if unable to answer. Appointments always within the same day and I am always treated with respect and curtesy. I always feel warm and welcomed when I arrive here. Dr. Devgun is amazing. She is nice and her work is spot on. You can tell she is dedicated to her work and truly cares about helping her patients. Today was the first day in a couple of months that I finally woke up without any tooth pain or soreness in my mouth. Thank you so much!! It really is an amazing feeling. I flew to Phoenix to help settle my grandson in college. On Saturday, I ended up with swollen gums, face, throat, etc. I couldn’t exactly pinpoint the pain, because it seemed to be coming from everywhere! I was terrified thinking of flying in2 days on a plane. The pain was so severe Saturday night I started googling places for help. I found Weekend Dental and was shocked that weekends were normal business days! I expected emergency extractions would cost a fortune. I called 7am Sunday morning and was offered an 8am appointment. The Doctor was very patient and explained my options. I am 67 years old and never had a toothache or extraction before. I was terrified! The entire staff was friendly, kind, considerate, efficient, and very professional. They fixed it and gave me info to take back to my dentist. They also recommended a course of action for future dental care. I would recommend this office to anyone. If I lived in the area, this would be my dental office!

Wonderful clinic and they open 7 days a week! Had an little emergency and was able got appointment in the same day, actually at same hour I called on Sunday morning! Facility is very clean and well equipped , excellent preventative measures for covid19. All personal have excellent preventative gear and sanitation. I felt absolutley safe and comfortable from second I walked in , I have no immune system so it was extremely important for me. Vety attentive , friendly and catering during exam and all visit starting from phone call . Promptly, on time, no waiting at all, attentive to the existing problem and taken in consideration all medical problems as well. Not pushing any unnecessary tests or treatments. Very affordable price for exray and appointment. I am impressed! Very Happy and Grateful for care I received today! Definitely will came back and will recommend to my family and friends. Exceeded my expectations. Found this place last min on a Saturday night due to my permanent retainer breaking behind my teeth. I called the next day (Sunday morning) and was able to schedule the same day for an afternoon appt. Steven called me back after a cancellation, and got me in even sooner. Not only was the office nice and clean, the assistant Chris made me feel extremely comfortable. He was very charming. Dr. Devgun looked at my retainer and told me she would be able to fix it no problem. While I was there I went ahead and got my teeth cleaned since I was overdue anyway. The xrays were nicely done, everything was explained to me, even the breakdown of my insurance coverage. Dr. Devgun did a easy cleaning and fix my retainer to my comfort so that I didn't feel it anymore. I walked out of the office with my retainer back intact and a clean mouth. Due to the fluoride my teeth look whiter too. Thank you weekend dental care for your services!

I went there years ago. She persisted to extract my "infected" tooth and persisted to get unnecessary fillings and made me feel like it was very bad. She made me feel like if I don't extract my tooth the infection will spread quickly and it needs to be done ASAP. She made me so afraid. I consulted with two other dentists and both said no extraction is needed and saved my "infected" tooth without extraction. It just needed a root canal. Unfortunately I got the fillings she persisted to get and got a second opinion that they were not needed, but the damage is done and she already drilled my teeth. She did a terrible job with it too. She doesn't care about the patients, only money. I am so regretful that I let her do that to my teeth. I am happy that I didn't let her extract my tooth. Please get a second opinion and don't listen to her persisting that you "need" a treatment. I think all she cares about is money, not what is best for you.

During my 1st visit, everyone was extremely kind and demonstrated great compassion! I entered with heightened anxiety but within moments of sitting down, I was made to feel at ease about the visit and next steps regarding my dental care. Dr. Devgun was able to quickly devise a plan by providing long term and permanent solutions. With a caring bedside manner, she took the time to engage and be sure I felt comfortable moving forward. I was in severe pain bad toothache I needed help right away nothing was opened not even those so called emergency dental place I called one emergency dental on Saturday explain to them the level of my pain they still couldn’t take me till Monday night. Sunday wake up couldn’t even make it to church pain was to much. After watch church online and screaming at the same time because even yawning hurts so I prayed and asked God to please help me this was to much and that’s when he told me looked again and that this time to be specific I did just that I “type dentist that’s open on Sundays.” That’s when I came across weekend dental God said call them I did and I’m so glad I did I got help the same day every thing was done my doctor was amazing she was kind and gentle her staff was great. This was an amazing and convenient experience. I came in because my tooth was hurting and i needed immediate care. I was worried because of the distance, but as i had no other option, i checked them out. I was amazed at finding the facility was well maintained and the staff was very polite, kind, and courteous. They had me check in and after i filled out the forms, they took me back and within 10 minutes the doctor was looking at my xrays, and i had a cavity. They reccomended several treaent options and they worked with me and my insurance to give me the best option for my affordability. They were very efficient and thorough, and they made sure i had everything i needed for treaent at home and made sure i was as comfortable as possible. I couldn't have asked for a better emergency care, and basic dental care. They were so helpful and i couldn't be happier with their service.

I had to get an extraction and it was my first time. I was looking at previous reviews of this place and had clicked on the pain and anxiety tags. After reading those reviews I went ahead and got an appointment and I have to say that the reviews were really accurate. The Doctor and all the staff were really kind. They tell you everything that is going on as you go. My extraction was painless and I had gone in very scared and was even crying in the chair before the procedure. She made for sure for sure I was all numbed up and I didn't feel a thing. I definitely will be going back for anything else I need and if you are someone who is as scared as I was I promise you, you don't have to be. I was in and out. I highly recommend this place. Weekend Dental is amazing! I had a weekend emergency with a tooth that abscessed on a Friday night and I was in a lot of pain. I called them at 7 am on Saturday and they got me in within a couple of hours. They are organized. They are following COVID best practices. I had to have the tooth removed since the cap and root canal were about 50 years old and had deteriorated. I have a fear of going to dentists from prior experience with pain. They were patient. The was no real pain. They were professional and very pleasant. They followed up over the next couple of days to ensure everything was going okay. They were available and caring. I am going back today to get things checked and have other dental work done. I highly recommend this practice. June M.

I decided to switch dentists to this one due to the hours they are open work with my work schedule. I was having tooth pain and was able to get in quickly on a Saturday. I ended up getting a tooth extracted and half of my mouth got the deep gum cleaning due to gingivitis. The pricing was great with my insurance. The dentist and the dental assistant were both attentive with my pain levels. I have pretty bad dental anxiety and they were both able to pick up on my anxiety ques. I love this office, the staff, and the dentist. I will only be coming here and already referred my boyfriend to see her. I go back next weekend to get the other half of my mouth done for the gum cleaning and to discuss some fillings and a crown I need.

I have not been to a dentist since 2006 I've had some major issues with my teeth .I did not want to go it was Sunday couldn't wait any longer very polite to me who was upset and not to happy to be there . I was agitated looking for a reason for them to tell me I had to leave the property. I was getting more upset as I told them b I. Not filling out anymore paper work so I didn't, when am I gonna be C a lled so they called me immediatley played. that wrong.. I went in due to a crown that came off and ended up having that tooth extracted due to other issues involving that tooth. I have been very impressed the minute I walked in, everybody from the admin to the assistant to Dr. Puneet have been very attentive, kind, polite and genuine. Walking me through the process, and calling to check on me the next day. They don't waste your time with sales pitch nor make you feel bad about your teeth. I was having tooth pain and my regular dentist couldn't get me in until the 28th. I called Weekend Dental and they were able to get me in the next day. I arrived 20 minutes early to my appointment, but I had already done my paperwork online so they took me right back. They doctor was kind and took time to explain what needed to be done and showed me pictures. They worked with my insurance. The process was painfree I was in and out in 40 minutes with two fillings, no more tooth pain, and minimal out of pocket cost. I was very pleased!

I went into this dentist office terrified. I have an infection in my mouth and I am on my 3rd antibiotic and things were only getting worse. All of the staff was amazing. They got me in last minute and did X-rays and photos of my teeth. After doing an exam it was found that I badly needed a deep cleaning or this infection would not go away. I am petrified of needles so getting numbed was a task but I got through it and got the cleaning. Now things are looking better! Thank you to you all at the office your amazing!

Was suffering from brutal tooth pain on vacation. Booking was quick with good communication. Practice was upfront with pricing. Although I booked an appointment I spent about 90 minutes waiting to see a dentist. After a $500 bill, I was only provided a vague recommendation to see a specialist. I went to a different clinic (My Dentist Scottsdale) and they diagnosed and performed a fairly routine root canal within the same day. I would avoid this practice for anything but very basic services.

I gave been going to Weekend Dental Care since May of 2021. I’ve had cleanings, an extraction, a crown, and a whitening. The staff is friendly and easily able to navigate my schedule. They are capable of consultations, routine work, and proper oral surgery. At no point was I left out of the loop as to what was happening. They make sure you are well informed, and that everything is sterile. I intend to come back when more work is needed. Special thanks to Dr Esbah, Bianca, and Jasmine.

Love weekend dental!!!! They have awesome hours which is why I went there but I am going to continue going there because of the dentist and staff. They have gone above and beyond for me, calling my insurance to get something covered, working with my financial difficulties and most importantly making sure I was well cared for. Always confirming I’m not in pain, making sure I had the best fit for my crown, working me in when my temporary came out and so on. They rock!

Called them Saturday morning in pain (after seeing another dentist office the day before, who did nothing but cause me more pain) they gave me a appointment right away. I haven't seen the dentist in years, not a huge fan but coming to Weekend Dental Care was a great experience. They put me at ease, talked with me about my concerns, explaining what needed to be done and were thoughtful towards my anxiety. I would recommend Weekend Dental Care to anyone who is not a fan of the dentist. Their hours are great, especially for those who work regularly it makes it tough to not find the time to go plus.....the staff is amazing.

I went to Weekend Dental due to a exposed nerve and a abscess tooth, and was dealing with the pain for about a week. And finally went in and to my amazement the staff was really helpful and caring. The dentist was very concerened and caring about me, not my wallet because I was paying for it out of my own pocket. And it was very reasonably cost effective. The service was excellent and painless. I would recommend this place to anyone who asked.

Finally, after searching for a long time for a good dentist - found one. In fact, these guys are absolutely awesome. I made an appointment with them for a routine check up. I had a warm welcome and the X ray tech was fast and efficient. Dr. Puneet was very professional and honest. She made me feel very comfortable during the visit and explained me the treatment in a clear and precise manner. I am looking forward to my next visit with them!!

It was such a relief to find a place open on the weekends. The receptionist was so nice and accommodating for our busy schedules and she was up front about the costs and explaining what is covered and not covered by insurance. There were no surprises and no judgment from not being to the dentist since before COVID. The dental hygienist gave me a lot of helpful tips and advice that no one had ever told me before that work for my lifestyle.

Had an acute toothache on saturday. Made an appointment for 4. Got there at 3:50. Got taken into a room pretty quick. Then sat for almost an hour. Was told the dentist had to leave for an emergency. Stuff happens, so they gave some meds and set another appt for 9:00 sunday morning. Get there at 8:50, sign in on the ipad again and wait 45 mins. I leave and the dentist calls and says she has another opening at 1:00. So much for emergencies.

I had an extremely painful toothache and Weekend Dental Care was able to schedule me the following day. The facility was so clean and the staff provided outstanding service. The dentist was so professional, helpful, explained everything, listened to me (my questions and/or concerns) regarding a solution for my pain and was one of the best dentists I've ever met. Came to Weekend Dental on a early Sunday morning for an emergency after a very tragic ice skating incident. Dr. Devgun gave me my options to make sure I could have my front teeth again by Christmas and I really felt like I was in good hands. I broke my molar the night before Easter and was in a lot of pain. They got me in Easter morning at 8am and helped me with the extraction and they worked with me to plan my follow up and routine care. I was very nervous and the entire staff was very kind and comforting. The Doctors talked me through everything and assured me about every detail before we began. I’m thankful to have found them. I was in and out with a tooth extraction , which is not your usual procedure, pretty effortlessly in a situation that was pretty painful! Had a wonderful experience, the Dentist was honest and even let me do a pay plan. All the, dental assistants & all the staff were fantastic as well. This dentist she really cares and is very honest, I came to her after another dentist had given me a incorrect diagnosis, she pointed out how much I would have. Then explained what I actually should do and it was half the cost. Great savings, awesome doctor!

I broke a molar at 7pm on a Friday and had it repaired with a working temporary crown by noon on Saturday. The office is very clean and welcoming. The staff were professional and helpful with payment. Dr. Devgun helped me understand what went wrong and the best way to fix it. The pricing was clear, quick, and explained fully. I highly recommend this office. I will return with my family.

I had a great experience at this office. I knew I needed a lot of work done but I was very anxious as I have heard horror stories about dentists. My friend recommended me to go here and I can’t thank her enough. I got my cavities fixed and wisdom teeth removed here. The staff is very friendly and comforting. I’m definitely coming back for more treatment.

I had a really good experience at this office. The office is super clean and tidy! The staff is friendly and go above and beyond to help you out. I got my front crowns done and I was really afraid about them looking different from my other teeth. But they matched perfect to my other teeth and look just like my other teeth. I can now smile confidently.

Since I had moved to The Valley I had yet to find a dentist. Unfortunately I experienced some pretty bad tooth pain last week, but they were able to get me in and taken care of. I really liked the experience and the care they gave me. I’m now on a dental care plan with them to get me back on a good path with my dental care. Cannot thank them enough.

As a new patient, I can say that the service was excellent. My dental team did a thorough job cleaning and evaluating my teeth. My treatment plan was explained, and prioritized based on medical necessity, budget and insurance plan. The staff was friendly and I felt very comfortable during my appointment. The team at Weekend Dental Care we’re highly professional and very caring. They put my mind at ease from the moment I walked through their door. I appreciated the health precautions they took and the fact that they got me in the same day I called. If you are in need of a good dentist, do not hesitate to call them. I’m glad I did.

I called on a Saturday and the staff got me in within a hour. Extremely friendly and helpful in areas of calling in a prescription for me. They even set me up to go to their Tempe office on Sunday for a root canel. I highly recommend Weekend Dentist. Everyone is awesome and I am so thankful for your concern on my teeth and pain.

My husband had a cracked tooth that was causing severe pain. We don't have insurance and they still got us right in, extracted the tooth, sent him home with meds, all within 2 hrs. Staff was very friendly. Clean office. I recommend this place to anyone needing emergency or non emergency work done! ESPECIALLY on the weekend!

I've avoided dentists offices due to anxiety, but the staff here was so kind. Their hours are amazing, especially for someone who works non-traditional hours. Dr.Devgun was extremely thorough in explaining the treatment plan and made the whole experience great! Will absolutely be continuing to come to this office!

I am visiting USA from South Africa and my tooth started killing me. (Advice to all get your teeth checked before you travel) Made a booking and they did an assesment, next day I went in and the problem was sorted out. Absolutely love this place! I have never enjoyed the dentist office but Dr. Devgun and all the staff make sure I am a comfortable as possible and do their best to give treatment as pain free as possible. I also love the ability to go on Sunday as it is one of my only days off. Definitely would recommend!

My experience was honestly so great. I had an emergency and needed to see a dentist asap. I was so lucky that this place was open on the weekends. The doctor and everyone there was so nice. They provided a treatment plan and even though I had no insurance they provided different options for financing.

They are amazing! 2 locations. Gentle, reasonable prices, AMAZING staff, excellent dentist and no excuses to come hours. My other half told me about them when I had to get an emergency crown. I loved them so much I have had them do my deep cleaning. Tammy is phenomenal!!!

Great customer service and friendly. I was in so much pain because of my wisdom tooth got infected they took care of me and it’s affordable don’t know everyone name yet but everybody staff and doctors are great recommend. I can call this place my new dentist.

Went in for a chipped tooth. They got me in the same day and I was able to get a temp crown easily. The doctor and whole team was really great in talking me through all the steps. I was looking for a new dentist, this will become my regular dentist’s office!

I had a dental issue my first day on vacation. I called Weekend Dental Care and they were able to see me within 90 minutes. They were a godsend! I got temporary filling until I could get home at a really reasonable cost. The staff there are so good.

The ladies here were amazing. I broke a molar and was in alot of pain. They saw me with in hours of my call and helped me get my dental work financed. It was the least painful extraction I have ever had.
