I’ve tried to call nearly 50 times today to check if my daughters medication is in so I can collect it and still nobody has answered. Now I’m going to have take my poorly daughter out in the cold weather just to see to which they probably still won’t have it as they never do even tho I request days in advance.

Absolutely incompetent. You order meds, you wait for the message to come pick them up. They have not applied for them. Try to blame doctors, not the first time this has happened. Manager very arrogant, needs sacking.
