If i could leave zero stars i would ...no end of trouble with this place ,so unorganised, never have the prescriptions ready (even when ordered a week prior AND after recieving a text message to say its ready )then it takes then 45 minutes to serve you and another 45 minutes to 'find ' the prescription (which they never do ) then eventually another 45 minutes to "just get it ready for you ", everytime ive had a problem with something and if i havent someone else in there has ... shambollic to say the least and im suprised they are still in business to be honest .The ONLY reason ive stayed with them for so long is that its right near where i live ,but ive had enough and would rather travel to get it now... this is the last time. I used to joke about 'what would go wrong this time ' before going to pick up my prescription but now its just beyond a joke ...how they can be so absolutely useless is beyond me ...all the staff need sacking and others hired that actually know how to do the job . They need more than one Pharmacist as quite often ive gone in only to be told theyre on a break or at lunch so no prescriptions can be issued ...this place is abysmal DO NOT BOTHER ...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ... Choosing a pharmacy in Scotland would probably get you served quicker.

5 weeks ago, I went to this pharmacy as a one off because my usual appointed pharmacy couldn't get what I needed that day. They decided, without my consent, to change my details so that they were marked as my appointed pharmacy. Let me emphasise, at no point did I ask them to do this, or give them consent to do this. This meant that at my next prescription, I couldn't track down my medication. I made a formal complaint about this, but 4 weeks later I have had no explanation or apology. They also only provided half of what I needed from them on the day I did take my prescription there and 4 weeks later, and only after yet another complaint and a lot of persistence, that they have managed to find what they owe me. Which would all have been a good deal easier if they ever picked up their phone. And now despite me being disabled, they won't deliver it, so I have to go and collect it. Their obstructiveness, uncommunicativeness and frankly unethical behaviour would lead me to suggest this pharmacy is to be avoided at all costs.

This "Pharmacy" has got to be the worst one ive used in the past 18 years ive been collecting my husband's prescriptions.Ive used them for the past three months and decided id rather travel an extra 20 minutes to collect elsewhere as they either don't have prescription ready after 72 hours (they have a sign in store saying you need to wait at least a week after requesting until they are ready which is not the case at all other pharmacies) then they constantly bombard you with text messages informing you to collect a prescription you have not requested and when you have called to confirm that this is correct they tell you yes to then leave work early, turn up and .....no the prescription is one you've already collected so no prescription to collect after all!! Absolute jokers, the staff need extra training or you need to get a better system in place because i have had a problem every single time ive been in. I don't recommend this pharmacy to anyone...something seems off?

The woman that works in here is horrible, you are working in health care, you don't have a clue what's going on in people's personal lives have a bit more compassion, it's not hard to say hello and be welcoming at the very least. Been in here twice to pick up a prescription and both times she has made it a horrible experience. You need to hire a new chemist ASAP.

Shocking my 7year old grandaughter urgent need medication was told be ready yesterday wasnt, today at 9am went into well myself to pick up to be told system down. just phoned to be told had no driver just set off doing home delivery as wasnt ready for her. Utter disgrace needs shutting down do not use be warned.

Could the people who work here care less? They literally made me wait 25 minutes to tell me they didn't have the medicine I was prescribed. I came back the next day and they gave me out of date medicine. I told my doctor and he said they have received multiple complaints from patients about this pharmacy.

The staff at Wells have provided me with excellent service. They are extremely friendly, helpful and professional. They have gone beyond my expectations, after my experiences I received at two different Boots pharmacies. This is a small local Wells pharmacy providing a great service to this customer.

Rude staff member who works here- having a go at the doctor's for saying that the prescription should be ready in the same day when I'm just repeating what I've been told. Very unhelpful and only when pressed to help did they produce my medication...

Nice staff and helpful staff, but major issues with the 'text when ready service', I never get one (despite being on the system) and still have to call to check if my prescription is ready. I have told them but nothing has been done.

Was the only pharmacy in the area that had my wife's prescription in when she needed it. Helpful on the phone, and the prescription was ready straight away when we got there, no waiting around.

An utter disgrace, arrogant and short tempered on the phone if they ever actually pick up and almost rude, feel like I’m treated as an inconvenience, how is this place still in business?

Although convenient, seems understaffed - delivery of prescriptions is often haphazard / delayed, meaning collection in person is necessary to ensure you don't run out of medication.

I put in a prescription request on my NHS app at lunchtime on Friday. Well contacted me to let me know it was ready around 4.30pm the same day. Excellent service, much improved.

Amazingly helpful staff! They helped me to get my full prescription at very short notice. Also ensured I my prescription so I didn't pay £10 for a 5 day emergency supply.

Extremely unhelpful pharmacist when trying to organise a repeat prescription. Almost felt I had to plead with her for essential medication.
