At 9.30 this morning Tuesday the 25/09.2018 my Australian visitors asked at the ticket office to have their Oyster Cards to be topped up. Told they had to do it at the machine outside but because they had ANZ Viza Travel Cards which have to be signed for they told the man. He said he couldn't help them they weren't set up for it. They travelled to London and asked at the Tower tube station where a very helpful young man came with them to the machine and the task for them. Shame on you Welling, I can understand you couldn't leave your position, but a little more than "can't help" would have been nicer. Fortunately they had enough credit on their cards to get to London.

Easy access and used this service always to London Bridge direct gates are open sometimes for easy access and if the ticket machine isn’t working you can ride train for free as gates open and you need to get home safe

If the toilets are not out of service for long periods of time, the toilets are absolutely filthy when in use. There is no toilet paper in some cubicles...

Trains tend to disappear between Bexleyheath and Welling station, no one has been able to explain this, not even the single person running this station.

Nice station,toilets on platform 1,step free access to both platforms via separate entrances on either side(no lifts at this station)

Those people are very unfriendly and rude specially Monday morning shift people are the rudest.

If you need to travel by train then this place should be for you
