    "HORRIBLE there were 3 homeless people on the property one basket was practically blocking the door when I went in to complain the first person said there was nothing they could do I ask if they ask them to leave they said they wouldn't endanger there safety obviously they don't give a dam about there costumer safety the next one told me the person by the door was a costumer the guy was dirty in rags and everything he owned was in a shopping cart they seriously think I'd believe he's a costumer way to insult your REAL costumer intelligence the employees were all VERY RUDE over the situation having an account at wells fargo IS NOT more important than my safety and there are ALOT of other banks i could bank with that would appreciate my business"

This bank is terrible. I brought in a check that they said they would be unable to cash and then they took it anyway! Then they wouldn't give it back to me and didn't even contact me to tell me it wasn't deposited and could not be deposited! Then I had to sit and wait around for them to supposedly return the check to me via mail, even though they could have just given it to me while I was there. Then, they wouldn't talk to my manager who was in charge of the check to see what the problem was, because it was against policy! Then, they still wouldn't tell me what was wrong with the check and why it wouldn't cash, because they didn't even know!!! I contacted the national branch several times and they told me that I just had to wait for the check to be returned to me. Meanwhile, I went through several days of waiting and wondering if I would ever get my money back!!!! With no explanation!!! It was terrible and I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. Go to another bank!!!

THIS LOCATION WAS ONE OF THE BEST BRANCHES IN THE CITY, UNTIL THEY MOVED SOME OF THERE BEST EMPLOYEES OUT OF THE BRANCH. SINCE THEN I HAVE NOTICED THAT IT HAS GONE DOWN HILL... REALLY DISAPPOINTED IN THE LEVEL OF LOYALTY IN THIS BRANCH... I CASHED MY CHECK FOR 2 YEARS STRAIGHT EVERY TWO WEEKS WITHOUT FAIL, LAST WEEK I WENT IN TO CASH MY CHECK NOT NOTICING THAT MY ID WAS EXPIRED BY 3 DAYS, THEY REFUSED TO CASH IT AND THEY WONDER WHY EVERYTIME I WENT IN I TOLD THEM I DONT LIKE BANKS... THEY SEEM TO HAVE ALL NEW EMPLOYEES WITH VERY LITTLE PERSONAL TOUCH WHEN IT COMES TO THERE CUSTOMERS ESPECIALLY THERE LOYAL ONES!!!

What a horrible experience to be redirected to another bank for cashing a check when the teller at Wells Fargo marked the back to invalidate the check to be cashed at another bank. Then to send us there after doing so? What a waste of time! This isn't the only bad experience I've had at this bank. This experience was just the fire that lit the fuse. This Wells Fargo is HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED for your banking services. The bankers weren't a help with the situation either. A simple "sorry for the mistake". I will deter friends and family from banking at Wells Fargo.

I had a debit card issued by the State of NM. I went in to transfer the money into my account. Wells Fargo declined it and told me to come back tomorrow. The card company said there was nothing wrong with the card but the manager, Joan, said "there's nothing I can do about. It's just the way the world is now." Thanks to people like her who let machines lead them around by the nose.

I know there as been a lot of negative news about Wells Fargo, but I have been a customer for more than ten years. They have always been super helpful, and I have never had a bad experience with this bank. This location is near my home and I currently my main bank. Also they have multiple bi-ligual staff members which is really helpful for my grandparents.

Rude staff and Sara the manager is even worse. This location needs to have a complete over haul. Wells Fargo is really not a good place to bank anymore! They say they want to earn our business back after messing up in the past. From where I sit they are worse then ever!!!

Not sure why so few people work the drive thu during the lunch hours. Pay rent or get lunch is the decision I had to make due to the wait. There should be more customer service there so people are not compelled to try to walk in. It used to be so much more convenient.

Pretty Iseless. I set up a Business account online and they told me to bring in the paperwork at my convenience. Walk in to this branch and it is appointment only. No walk ins? No customer service. Communication with their online support is poor.

This wells fargo has a bunch of young, New employees who are very unprofessional and never are able to answer questions about my money and accounts... Really disappointed with how much this location has gone downhill

There was one other customer in the bank, and zero appointments with a banker for the week!! There were 5 employees and 2 customers and were too busy to help us. I asked for a manager and they don't have one!!!

Worse location I have been to. My job requires me to go to wells fargo 1-3 times a day if not more. This location is the SLOWEST one by far. Plus the employees aren't the nicest either. Too many youngsters

Went in on a Friday afternoon. The place was packed with people cashing paychecks. The bankers were quick, professional, and pleasant. They got us a bankers check in a short amount of time.
