These are the most unfriendly bank tellers, with the exception of Jenny... I din not have an account at this bank but I needed to deposit cash for a car I purchased. I had the payees account #, name, & address, I already have the car & title in my possession & the car is legally registered. I assumed responsibility for this cash payment but they cried fraud!? How, I'm depositing cash!? After they counted my cash they held onto it & asked me to have a seat & take a call from the fraud department... I sat for over 20min without being attended to & then never even took a call... I was asked by Jenny to sit at her desk where she proceeded to ask the same questions I already answered numerous times, before being told they were not going to take the deposit! Let me add, previously I only had the payees account # & name & was told if I got the address & routing number they could do the deposit no problem. This was not the case. During this whole time the bank has my cash, after I was given the cash bacj, as I was leaving , a teller came out & told me she's heard this same "story" before... she said the car was probably stolen, I told her it's legally registered, then she said, "how does a person that doesn't even drive sell a car?" I don't know if she was able to tell if the payee had a valid license or nor, but anyone can sell a car! Then she proceeded to arguing, asking me how I have the car when I haven't even paid yet... I'm trustworthy & reputable?!? She was completely rude & out of line. I appreciate Jenny's diplomacy & attempt to deescalate the situation. I want to add, also, at this very same time there was a man making a deposit, with another teller, with a check a guy wrote him to buy a car he was selling, & the guy hadn't picked up the car yet. I only mention this because it's a very similar situation & they processed his deposits no problem! & he had some strangers personal check & I had cash money! My mind is boggled & they way I was treated & talked to in front of the whole bank was embarrassing! I don't know if they were trying to protect me or themselves, seems the later. I think the bank & it's tellers were indirect & sneeky with me. I spent nearly an hour there in total, for NOTHING! I don't know how these scammers in Nigeria & the sort get any money because I couldn't even make a legitimate deposit to someone in America. I'm VERY dissapointed & will NEVER bank at Wells Fargo & will make sure everyone I know hears about this experience!
Very poor customer service at this branch. Have banked with Wells Fargo for years and had no issues. Was passing through this side of town and needed to make a withdrawal and use the restroom. Was told I would not be allowed to use their facilities because of the vagrant problem in their area and no public restrooms being available. As a "valued" member of this bank I would hope that we could treat the less fortunate with a bit more compassion and at the very least make accommodations for those who keep you in business. May consider moving all accounts to another bank after this experience. I thought Wells Fargo cared more than that...
Awful customer service and terrible business banking associates. Refused to help me fill out a deposit slip and when I mentioned I’d never had to fill one out myself in my 17 years of banking he acted shocked and asked me where I bank. I’ve banked with Wells Fargo, Chase, Key and bank of the west and never been forced to fill out a deposit slip. Also been told I had to wait an additional 20-30 min for business banking when I had an appointment and showed up early. Why make an appointment just to push it off.
I'm confused about the initial offer the bank employee offered me when I opened the account in July 2019. I made 2 trips to this branch to inquire. Today when I asked to speak to the banker who helped me open the account, the manager assigned someone else who told me something contradicts from what I was last time I came here. Wish I didn't drive 20 mins just to be told the promised offer is no longer here.
Went to three different Wells Fargo branches for 2hours. First two branches I went, I was told either they couldn’t help me without an appointment or they had no bankers on duty. This branch in Division never disappointed me. Walked in with no appointment and got helped and paperworks done with the banker within 10mins!
I have a business account and every time when I'm at this location the service for the merchant line is very slow and bad. The merchant teller would help other customer in the regular line even though I'm waiting in the merchant line. I would have to wait at least 10 plus minutes every time to just make a deposit.
I brought in my daughter to add her to my account or start her own account (depending on what the banker recommended) I was informed that if I leave my information that they will contact me and make an appointment. This was over a business week ago.
Need money to pay bills get paid friday . Put check in saturday but no worries heres 400 now and the rest on tuesday great system love getting 800 calls because it takes 3 days to process a check cool
The staff here is awesome! I deal with them quite often and they are all very customer service oriented. Kyle and Selma are great tellers and they always make the experience painless. 5 stars
Used to bank here until I realized what this bank is. Google it. The manager is a greasy salesman.
Tellers are nice and friendly! The drive-thru is convenient and so is the well lit atm.
