Brought in jar of change to cash in....was told they didn't have a change machine for counting money. The clerk handed 2 change trays and said they could "use these" to sort the money. Poured the change out on the counter and started sorting the coins into the slots...none of the 3 clerks offered to help....10 minutes later she said we need to close at 3pm but can cash out what you have ready if you put it in these paper rolls...it was 2:58pm...I said I can't finish counting the money? No we have to close at 3pm....again none of the "bored" clerks offered to help and did not want to be inconvenienced working a few minutes late........Poured the money back in the jar and left...I will be closing my checking & savings account in the morning....I'm sure any other bank will manage the same low level of service....

I've been going to this Wells Fargo branch for some time with my work, and every time, the tellers are absolutely phenomenal. Very friendly, attentive, and always have a smile on their faces. I've yet to have an experience that is below expectations at this branch and I highly doubt I ever will. The lines always move along quicker than other locations, and they are very appreciative of patience in times of a rush. Since this is a centralized location for the RPQ area and the surrounding communities, and it is a smaller branch, it can get busy especially in the middle of the day. All tellers handle it excellently and everyone always does a great job regarding accuracy and professionalism. Happy to continue going here and always happy when the opportunity to do so presents itself. Thanks everyone!

Edit: increasing to two stars, because Wells proactively refunded mortgage insurance charges that were charged for too long. I was going to increase to three stars, but I realized that part of my rating was related to them charging an additional month of HSA fees after I had already called and closed that account. Wells Fargo charged me extra, illegitimate fees on my mortgage and my HSA as a part of there systemic abuses in defrauding customers.

Usually a good experience. Not so good today. Four bankers - 2 tellers with customers, one counting money, one on phone, and 4 customers in line. Banker on phone did not acknowledge people in line prior to getting on phone. Had to get assigned to assist and then very apologetic for the long line. UNSAT customer service. Could have stayed home and used computer.

The staff were really helpful very friendly very great customer service skill s .. Great place to do banking on a Sunday.
