These people who work here are super slow and they take forever just for one transaction. It took three people just to complete my transaction and when I asked them to hurry up because they were taking so long, they took even longer. Even when the lady was done she told me she had to “verify” with someone to make sure she did the transaction correctly. The staff need more training for sure and they seem to not know how to handle something so simple. If I could do this transaction online, I would but Wells Fargo didn’t allow me to
Last year I closed an account for a deceased family member and it was a confusing and traumatic experience. Later I talked on the phone to the manager and asked for a follow up email about what went wrong and never got one. I regret going there to do the closer, it made a difficult time in our life even more difficult.
It is absolutely ridiculous that this bank is only open from 9 to 5. I'm pretty sure most people work during these hours and can't get here during these hours. There is no reason why you guys can't be open until at least 6. It is extremely frustrating that you guys aren't even trying to be there for your customers.

Took me 25 min to deposit a check, completely ridiculous, don’t have 8-10 people here if only 2 are gonna do their job. Horrible.

Amazing customer service! Manager, in the guise of protecting “interest of the bank”, has no qualms whatsoever in humiliating a customer. I’ve dealt with bank managements before but never have I met anyone with such condescension! Wow. I guess the bad reviews for this branch is very much warranted.
Had a great experience with this branch. They were friendly and also ready to help out with my requests. Kenichi Yamauchi was so very helpful during my visit over there. Any requests that is needed to be tended in person, I recommend this branch.
I just wanna say: thank you Amberly! Your help with my transaction was super nice and I love how you talk to me and make me feel like your friend, great costumer service, I just can say that the lines are long but she makes us feel better.
Very very poor service. The banker decided to help another person who walked in while we had already an appointment. Saying that the person needs translator. They seem very careless and unprofessional. She didn’t even try to apologize.
Every single time I’m here there’s a problem of some sort where an account is accidentally closed or their system isn’t working. Closed on Saturdays. Horrible service. Do yourself a favor and bank anywhere else
The people in this branch are the happiest! Especially the lady with the green nails. She is the most pleasant and easy to talk with especially when It comes to dealing with money. Thank you!
Waited for 45 min to create a joint account with a friend in another state. Banker end up not knowing what to do, not able to get help or able to speak with manager, end up wasting my time.
Poor service. They let customers waiting in line for so long and they have no manners. They are just only passing by their customers. Feel dissapointed.
One teller only with a long line. The rest of employees are just seating ob the back and watching the line. Shut this branch down or fix it
This branch should be shut down! Come in for a wire nobody can wire by appointment only..One banker and one teller! Getting a new bank..
Nice staff, good number of safe deposit boxes, easy to access ATM (drive thru and walk up). Disklike the parking lot.
