The manager there was extremely rude to me. Before this experience I used to have no complains with the bank in general, since I had a overdraft problem. I've never allowed Wells Fargo to use my debit car as a credit card but they did, and charged me 70 dollars for the same purchase. I've never got my money back. WhenI called to complain, the woman was really really rude. She even told me that she was the manager when she wasn't. So I'm going to make a formal complain and I've already changed my bank. Don't open an account with them. They are horrible
Trying to open an account and no receptionist. After I waited in the hall for 20 minutes some banker told me they close in 45 minutes. She asked me to wait until next week and make an appointment online. But apparently their online appointment system doesn’t work. There’s no availability at any of the branch. I’m now so confused about opening an account at this bank. Update: I went there many more times and it turned out that nobody at this location knows what to do for their job.
Experience at this branch is terrible. Tried to get a foreign transaction and the manager called a minute before closing the day I tried to pick it up....left a vague message. Took three calls before getting to a person. The day I tried to go inand check a teller was just chatting with a customer. Was able to come in after leaving work early and while there are like 7 employees walking around only one is doing work. I think it's time to get a new company.
Been banking with WF for several years. Overall not very satisfied with the company and have been unhappy with the fees associated with various things. Today, however, Ana at the La Jolla village Dr location proposed that I switch to a different type of checking account that will save me money in the long run. No other teller in the past 5 years had suggested this. Thank you Ana!

Long lines on a Friday afternoon and only one teller working the counter. The staff were aware of the issues as the line began to form almost outside the door and frequently apologized to customers for the wait but they would benefit from having another teller up front.
I have a merchant account with Wells Fargo and do business with this branch 5 days a week. I have never seen a staff as friendly and helpful as these people are. They make me feel special every visit. Always the highlight of my work day.
I used this branch (first time) after the opening rush and before the lunch rush. I was first up for the teller at the window. She was very helpful in cashing my personal check. I am very happy with the service at this branch today.
Empty bank, and they wont let me see a banker just go get a simple account info. The guy at the door did not even asked anybody, he just turned me around. That is not a customer service. Bank of america forever!

Not open in the weekends and after work hours. Inside the bank is always a line / the more experienced tellers are not helping customers, just observing the trainees.
Chris helped me out with a loan and went above and beyond. I'll definitely be going back to him instead of calling costumer service next time I need help.
This location is such a pain to get in an out of I hope the designer for this location spill hot coffee on himself every time he goes for a sip

incompetency at its finest...spent 2hrs there for a simple inquiry to have them tell: "you should call the Wells Fargo call center."

Rude, looks like they are annoyed doing their job, and they make u feel like they don't want u there.
People just ignore you, are very rude and treat you like you're stupid or 5 years old.
