Wells Fargo decided to do away with their merchant line. Had to wait in a line of 10 people wasting valuable time I could be working waiting to make a deposit. As a customer of almost 20 years with numerous business accounts this is insulting and wrong. The merchant line needs to come back! :(

I am not saying all employees have bad customer service, but I had a bad experience with a couple of them a few months ago. I opened a bank account there (years back) and had no problems sience then. It looks like they were trying to do their will, instead of their job this time!
