Do not patronize this location. This evening, I stopped by to place a quick dinner order and it was anything but pleasant. Ordering was delayed for a minute and the female on the other side either did not know how to use the headset or it was broken (loud static nearly the entire process). Mind you there was one vehicle at the window and then myself. It’s not as if they were swamped with orders. Then I was able to pull forward. The ticking clock showed 650 seconds on the order in front of me by the time that person pulled away. They then ran my card and did not give a receipt and as such I cannot leave a review with Wendy’s corporate. Shady. Then the order was wrong (wrong sauces, old fries that did not fill the container, sandwich had an item on it explicitly asked to be left off, wrong kind of chicken wrap), and slow to come out (they didn’t even start filling the drinks until they delivered the food and then they were only filled one at a time). They must have been understaffed right? No. I counted no less than 6 employees wandering around and joking. The only positive thing I can say is they were polite. I would rate it zero stars if I could. I will not be returning and will actively encourage others to avoid this location.

This store constantly has rude staff, pull up to the monitor and greeted with the most condescending how can I help you. While taking the order staff is rushing me like there isn’t a car right in front of us either way. Get to the window and it’s a manager. There is no reason a manager should have such a rude and condescending tone/attitude with a customer, I’ve worked fast food and have never seen a manager treat a customer the way this person treated my girlfriend cuz she forgot to add fries to her order. Quickly took off they’re headset scoffed and said what?? with the most attitude I’ve ever seen in a grown adult. Just over all being rude (subjectively I guess??) the whole time. If u can go to a different Wendy’s or even a different place in general I’d highly recommend it over this store, I’ve never had a great experience dealing with ppl that work there drive in or dine in. Only thing I can say that’s good is we got our food and order wasnt messed up, but that’s the bare minimum for any fast food restaurant.

Went to order the #3 combo meal (spicy nuggets) when I get to the window to lay for my order the girl already has an attitude towards me, when I hand her my card she just grabs it aggressively and doesn't even give me my receipt. When they give me my order, mind you I order the nuggets with large fries and ketchup as the sauce and she only gives me 3 little packs and closes the window all rude again, so I stayed there and when she opened the window she says "what?" and I try to keep my calm and ask her for more ketchup and she grabs some from her station and gives them to me in a rudely manner dropping some on the floor. As soon as I leave the drive thru I call the store and request to speak to a manager which at this time was "Edward" and I told him the whole situation and he just didn't seem to care at all, he literally said "ok I'm sorry I'll take care of that" and hung up what kind of customer service is that? Nuggets and fries weren't even fresh.

This was a stopover on the way to a doctors appointment. The restaurant was quite empty. The price of the "biggie meals" had increased by $2.00!! And this increase seemed to be overnight!! Prices seem to be going up and quantity/quality of item purchased is on the downward slope. I am still getting used to uniform requirements. In my younger days, I had to have my hair tied back (or in a net) wearing a hat. Everyone was wearing the same uniform. These days there doesn't seem to be a dress code.

Long story short I went to This Wendy's location Like four days ago and I got greeted with a rude "can I help you" with slight attitude and to add to it I try to order what I wanted and got a rude response and the guy said they stopped selling the burger I asked for but yet I went to another Wendy's location yesterday and they said they haven't discontinued the burgers I was asking for and they sold me one which I find very unprofessional and very ridiculous how they lied about discontinuing an item that is literally on the menu. I will never return to this location ever again they lie and are rude and have terrible customer service and they're food is not that good as well the fries seem like they been sitting there all day whenever I ordered them and the inside was clearly dirty you could even see from the drive thru window.

Absolute rudest staff. Wife ordered ahead for pick up in store. Arrived at location and staff had locked the doors. When she called , they indicated that her pickup order would have to go through the drive through, put her on mute and just set the phone down. Staff was rude at the window when getting the food. Took over an hour for the entire process. Refused to provide a receipt or information for the manager. Acknowledged that they have the phone off of the hook so customers cannot call the location. Call finally went through to location, employee answers and states “this is Taco Bell”. Franchisee needs to look into relieving the entire staff as this is not a one time incident at this location.

Don't advertise you close at 12am when you close at, tonight it was approximately 11:43. After waiting in line for 20 min, and being the VERY LAST CAR, we were told they were closed for the night. Apparently one more car was just too much for them smh. This is only one of the many incidents weve had at this location. How many people have to leave reviews about your horrible crew before you LISTEN LINDA!? We all know they will clearly be working there the rest of their lives, because lets be honest, who else would hire "workers" like them. I highly suggest you quit leaving children to run your business. It's ridiculous and embarassing already.

Placed an online order using the Wendy's app and didn't realize until I got a few minutes down the road that they had given me the wrong sandwich. The breakfast potatoes were cold and although I ordered a large they gave me a small. I tried to email, call, and live features from the app and from the Wendy's website but got zero response. Waited on hold for 10 minutes on the phone, even longer waiting for the live chat, and kept getting an error message when I tried to send an email. Normally my experiences at Wendy's. This location is hit or miss.

We pulled up to the drive thru and An automatic recording stated the store was closed for the night. So, We Pulled up and reversed back into then drive. They decided to take our order. Turns out the store is open. Still. They just didn't want to take our order. The manger needs to know the night crew is making people think the side is closed when they actually have one hour and forty five minutes remaining. We pulled away with our order and got in the free way. We had no napkins and no straws in the bag. Lazy lazy Lazy crew!

Tough day for fast food! Cash only as system down. This is after I waited 19 minutes to get up to the window. No Frosty Available! Management should have given us a rain check coupon for a free one! Remember Managers! Everyone has bad times! It's what you do for customers that makes the difference! I won't be back there. The Burger was okay as Wendy's Meat Patties are fresh but we had to split dinner not having but $10 late at night, and after waiting that long at nearly ten o'clock- just wanted to go home. Sorry Wendy's- You guys blew it! Back to Arby's!

This place always takes forever but especially tonight! We waited in line for 45 minutes just for two sandwiches. The employees seemed to be messing around, laughing and not showing any sense of urgency for their customers. My food took years to come out but when it did, it was incorrect, not warm and old. I wish that I can rate this place with ZERO stars because of the lack of professionalism, customer service and customer courtesy. Just attempted to go inside the dining room for lunch. However, EVERY single door leading inside is LOCKED and these people didn't even have the common courtesy for their customers, especially those with limited mobility, to put signage on the doors informing customers that the dining room is closed. I'll NEVER return to this location!

Service I received at this Wendy's restaurant was horrible. Staff member did not repeat my order back to me nor did they offered to get me any condiments to go along with my order. The sounds nit picky, but None of the staff members acted like they were happy to be there and display that in the way they spoke to the customers not just me. I understand that it's late at night and I went by there around 9:30 take pick up dinner after a long day's work, but I didn't display a nasty attitude .

I want to give it up to the night crew. They said they were understaffed and the cashier said he had come to work from the Cheesecake Factory so was super tired. It was 9:39 at night. The food, however, was fresh, made correctly, no mistakes in the order, and they even got all the napkins and sauces we needed in the bag. The day time crew wishes they could be as good and efficient, and they had a full team the last time I went there. Night crew, although understaffed, did great!!

I'm going to say it was worth 4 stars lingering on 3 bcuz they didn't put a straw in the bag and I had to go inside the building to get one. That was not before I had to flag and alert one of the employees that would look at me and continue pace to do something else. Customer service was shoddy but for a bunch of high school students I am leaning on the more gracious side of a good review. Also, the food was the correct temperature and was delicious! Lobby doors were locked with no signage as to why, so we went through the drive-through, and the food was cold, the fries looked like theyd been sitting for a while, we were given no ketchup for the fries and no napkins, just overall not good will definitely not be back and don't recommend.

First time I’ve gone to Wendys and not actually been able to order anything. I go inside to order and there is a line that is not moving and the staff looks like they are only working the drive thru, so I leave and go to the drive thru only to wait another 10 minutes in a line that isn’t moving. I get it if they were understaffed but that is not excuse for such a long wait for so many people.

Been going here for almost 20 years now. Usually things are fine with no issue. Typically the employees are pretty great, now and then there's an employee that isn't but they don't stay long. Usually kept up as well as they can, but with cutbacks come fewer chances to clean up the inside. What can I say, it's a Wendy's and it's fast food, so there are going to be problems now and then, it's just how things go.

I live by this Wendy's but everytime we got here we have to wait in drive thru line for 10 min and they end messing up my order. I ordered the southwest avocado salad. They gave me the apple salad with the southwest ranch dressing. I paid extra cents for this and that may not be a lot but every penny counts. I cannot go back just to correct a salad. And the cheese on this salad I cannot eat.

Very sad with the experience i went in to get some food and what i recived was disappointing... I ordered 2 meals before I even got my food the cashier messed up my drink and when i got home i was ready to dig in and this is what i got a plate with nothing but a over cooked bacon and soggy fries... One of the slowest fast food places I've ever been too, and they've been slow on multiple occasions. Not enough employees, employees seem to have no motivation to take orders quickly or prepare the food quickly. Orders were messed up but we didn't want to have them corrected since it would take so long. Don't go to this Wendy's.

The interior of this location is outstanding! However the restroom is something I'd STAY AWAY from.

The lobby is closed mid day mid week. Drive thru backed up. We just drove away.
