Staff at 2575 St. Clair Ave West are extremely RUDE. I had 3 nasty experiences there. First, I bought a double Dave burger and they gave me a single Dave burger. When I was talking to cashier one staff interfered and I think she's the manager or supervisor. Without any apology she suggested since I touched the sandwich they will just give me one more burger patty. I did not want to urgue so I just got the burger patty which I did not deserved. Second time was the worst. I already got home when my son opened his sandwich with mayo, he has a severe and can be fatal allergic reaction to mayo. When I came back to the store, again No apology. I told them that it was a very serious mistake but they just seemed to not listen to me. So I just walked away very angry. I felt like I was gonna have a heart attack. The 3rd was last night when I ordered a double Dave burger at drive thru and they gave me a single Dave burger again. So I returned it and the same person (manager or supervisor) just told the kitchen to give her a double Dave. When she gave it to me I told her, NO APOLOGY! She seemed to ignore me so I told her again, NO APOLOGY! So, she ask me "what is it?" I said NO APOLOGY! Finally she said a very cold sorry. That person should never be there working, very NASTY attitude. NO WONDER ALMOST ALL THE STAFF THERE ARE VERY RUDE.

This is by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve experienced. I don’t care for food fast and do not uphold the same standards as I would for a fine-dining experience so this review is quite different. I don’t care as much about the food as I do about how employees are treated by management. My sister was employed at this location and was treated disgustingly. She was 17 years old at the time and like many of her peers in that age bracket, it was one of her first jobs. She was only employed for a few months before her mental health was on a steady decline. Given the pace of the restaurant and Wendy’s expectations of pushing out food in a timely fashion, she wasn’t short of her mistakes, as it was a learning curve, however the treatment she described to me was abusive and embarrassing. Like many of the other reviews I’ve read, employees there are RUDE and the work culture there is toxic amongst each other. Management does NOT set any example of respect and decency amongst staff given how they themselves treat the staff. There’s only so much I can write here and I’m saving the restaurant by not naming names but I have not frequented this location since I urged my sister to quit and I picked her up on her last shift. Please do not eat there much less encourage anyone to work there.

Took our order wrong at the drive thru, so we corrected it, no big deal. At the next window they read it back to us, now wrong in a different way, okay sure. We corrected them again, at which point they corrected us on our own order. We started to explain the order and then they closed the window on us. Came back and read back the correct order and handed us the bag. We shouldn’t have trusted them and checked the bag before we left. The order was wrong, missing my wife’s sandwich, not great but it happens. Reached out to Wendy’s customer service, and their response was incredibly disappointing. Despite their claiming when an experience falls short they are committed to making it right, they limited their efforts of “making it right” to “recording the details of my experience in their system.” I responded that I just want the sandwich I paid for, I was just ignored. Save your time, your money, and your dignity and eat anywhere else.

Ordered thru the Wendy’s app on January 15(chili and 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers, special order)and picked up my order through the drive thru. Got home ready to indulge, and find the chili and one jr bacon cheeseburger. Call the location and inform them of this. After asking if I’m close enough to return to pick up the missing item, I tell the person, I’m not that close. She offers a combo for my next visit. Was truly not calling for an “upgrade”. Was just expecting to get a free Jr. Bacon cheeseburger on my next visit. The person I was speaking to, Paris, very much went above and beyond to correct the oversight. The quality at Wendy’s, and this location, has never let me down(truthfully, it was the first time, something was missing from an order as well). Thank you Paris for fixing this and making it better than I’d thought.

Do yourself a favor and don't bother ordering delivery from this location. My pops ordered a taco salad from DoorDash. We literally just got lettuce. No chili, no chips, no salsa, nothing. Just lettuce. Don't know how that happens, but it's fine, people make mistakes and we got a refund. We decided to order again, this time using Uber. Figured, maybe it was a DoorDash quirk or something, let's give them the benefit of the doubt. Then no sour cream. Not to mention the last time we ordered, I got a different Sebastian's meal! No way, man. No way we make the same order twice in one night and both are missing items. No way we give this place a third chance either.

I ordered through the mobile app and it didn't indicate that only breakfast was being served. I used an offer on the app to get a combo and a kids meal being free when added to the order. When I got to the drive-thru, the staff member was rude and then driving to the drive-thru window not offering an alternative to my fully paid order. So I got to go through customer service, which also is not fully active. Got to send an email. Ive always loved Wendy's, but the service and standards has fallen in recent years. Not looking good.

The staff here are exactly where they belong. Horrible customer service. I havent bought wendys in years and for the first time i decide to try it, i wont be coming back to this one. I just came from the drive thru, and the lady just flung the debit machine n said, "Your total," like, what is my total and didnt give me enough time to tap my card? No one was behind me, so what is the rush? She brought my bag and said, "Here you go... and closed the window so fast..... before I could even ask for some ketchup. Some people lack basic skills, and it clearly shows. Wish I read the review before I decided to try them. Close this place down.

I went to Wendy’s at st.Clair Ave #Blog A and I order myself an Southwest Avocado and pleas look at the picture of the salad could you see any Avocados? Well there is nothing there to call it Southwest Avocado salad. I thought I should take it back but the cashier that took my order had zero customer service and due to the way in which she took my order I don’t think I want to return to the store to let them know that they charge me for a southwest Avocado salad but neglected to add the avocado. But it’s all good because this is the first and last time I will visit this location. So ppl check you order befor leaving the drive through because the trust is not there just for something this simple

I highly recommend this location if you want to eat where you feel unwelcomed, and staff are rude and beligerent. Customer service was obviously not part of job training here. They are bar none the rudest staff of any wendys ive ever eaten at. Zero welcome zero curtesy food is tossed at you sometimes missing the tray. Best part being if they make an error and you mention it they snatch food from your hands and have an attrocious attitude. I tried to be kind in spite of the rude attitude, but what can u expect from a location where verbal insults and proffanity are being tossed around amongst staff. Keep your food down and digest better by eating elsewhere.

The staff was not pleasant. They couldn't even put the proper toppings on my burger. Had to go back through the drive through and let them know I got the wrong condiments. Got an attitude from the girl at the window. When they changed my burger they got it wrong again. How ca you mess up mustard, ketchup and lettuce? This is at st.clair and Runnemede. This has happened 4 of the last 5 times I've been there. Pay attention to detail staff. Not very happy. Will no longer go to Wendy's. Will call upper management about this particular store. The customer service at this location needs improvement. Every time I go here, and ask for them to put mustard on my burger, they make a fuss about it, and tell me I can do it myself.... ok, weird flex, but sure... that'd be fine if they actually remember to put the mustard in the bag! It's weird that they don't add mustard while preparing them..... Other locations have no problem adding mustard during prep. I'm pretty inclined to travel to those locations, even tho this location is closer... Says something about the service here. Just weird they are so difficult about it, when mustard is pretty much a staple at most, if not all burger places.

This Wendy’s used to be okay but lately they’ve been messing up orders and forgetting things. They rush you when you’re ordering which doesn’t make it any better. Last time I went I ordered a spicy chicken combo and they gave me a single cheese instead (which costs less, so rip off). And today I went and ordered a combo with chilli instead of fries and didn’t get the chilli, and they charged me for a jr cheese I never received. My mistake for continuing to trust their accuracy before leaving, but I probably won’t be giving this location my business anymore anyways.

I ordered off of Uber Eate twice tonight and the first time half of my order was missing, when i re-ordered the missing items and the taco salad came as a regular salad I called in to ask about this and the person on the phone was rude and completely ignored the fact that we ordered a taco salad and just said we ordered it without the toppings which on our receipt it says we didn’t. They were even rude and gave attitude which was very unprofessional. I would 100% not recommend ordering from this Wendy’s.

Drive through takes forever. The servers at the window seem disinterested in the job and basically toss the order to you. When you go inside the restaurant, you will find the tables are regularly messy. The food is regular fast food, nothing overly special. However better than more fast food burger joints.

This is a recurring issue and I strongly advise everyone to check your orders before you leave. I thought they would learn from the previous mistake but I guess not. They forgot the drink and fries last time and they missed one of the combos this time. What can I say? I really hope the staff will double check the order every time they hand out the take out to the customers. It is just a simple basic service rule.

I see people inside, all the lights are on in the drive through and people just ignore you. An update, it’s just after 10 and the drive thru menu is still lit up and people still ignore you. When I pulled up and recommended the sign be turned off as I saw someone else pulling away, they probably waited for a while. She looked at me and very rudely said the lights are on because they are still working. Didn’t seem to consider what it’s like from a hungry customer.

There’s some girls that are so nice when I order in drive through but most of the time they have rude people taking orders and rushing me even when the line is empty. It seems like they hate their job and they’re taking it out on my order because I order one of those coffee frostys and I had it before it was so good but this time it was so gross and bitter because they barely put any frosty in it. I don’t even think I’m gonna come back to this wendys. Even their burgers give me stomach aches and I don’t get that at other locations.

Just one thing is disappointed a bit. Water filter seems needed to be replaced. I was there twice (in July and in September 2023) and both times I selected water in the machine. Water contains some small black dots at the bottom of the plastic cup. I didn't notice the same in other Wendy's restaurants.

DriveThru: There is no patience from the cashier when trying to place your order and being asked "is that it"!........no....its not, allow me to finish! Then to receive your order and there is no napkins or ketchup placed in the bag. Simple items not being offered. Terrible attitude from the cashiers. Every time and my co-workers and I visit!! If they do not like their minimum wage paying job then i suggest they work elsewhere. Just a bunch of angry people with horrible attitudes that work there.

The burger was extremely salty and the coffee, which was thank goodness free, was undrinkably bitter. This is the first time I have had such a bad experience at Wendy's, so I guess it's a one-off. Perhaps somebody spilled salt on the beef patty? I have never had a coffee at Wendy's before so I have no idea if the coffee is usually decent. I only tried the coffee because of the free coffee offer.

I was there this evening to order and pick up foods for my children. Customer service person was so rude with me and my family . First she told me that , there scanner is not working for the Wendy’s app and then took my order in very in appropriate way with ignorance . They should change there attitude. I own a house and live in the area since 2001 , never saw anyone behave like that from a fast food chain . I thought first , as a new franchise, they will be better .

My husband just went there 10 mins ago. The business wasn't busy. 5-6 people were working there. They were taking their time to serve customers. So, again it was "not busy, no rushing". My husband ordered bacon cheese potato for me and this is what I got. Does it look like bacon cheese potato for you? This is not the first time the mistake this location made. I finally wrote this review and really hope it won't happen again.

Not only are the staff miserable, the location is DISGUSTING!! Not able to wash your hands due to a broken sink as well? Gross. Just GROSS!!!! This store needs more ratings, it's always a pleasurable experience when I order from this location. Although I was waiting for my Skip the Dishes order for over an hour, when I called the store, the staff member I spoke to made sure she did everything she could to rush my (freshly made) order out to me. Wendy's has good food, but the value is dropping. I really miss the days of the 99 cent value menu, because it's hard to get fast food at fast food prices now. A family of 3 will spend close to $50 there now, even using the value menu. This location always feels a bit cramped, even if it's empty. That said, the food and staff are solid.

Only been there about 5 times but haven’t had a pleasant experience yet. The ladies there are very aggressive and it comes off as rude. They bless you up here Edit. Had to change my review now, that was 2 years ago. Dont know if management changed but its got worse. Super hit or miss now with this place, soggy buns, rough looking condiments, putting a full on slice of an onion on one burger, gross tomatoes, old and wilty lettuce on the burger. I'd avoid if you can.

Breakfast is now being served at Wendy's, I visited the location this morning and their new Breakfast menu is great. I had the Breakfast baconater combo and it was yummy, I really enjoyed the new potatoes and their coffee blend was very tasty. This is hands down my favorite location. No matter how many times I go to this location I get the fastest and best quality service. The workers here handle tons of app orders/drive through and still manage to clear the in store line. I always stick to the quality choices menu but everytime I am never disappointed here.

Staff is rude. They do tend to get your order wrong so make sure before you leave. It seems like the staff is mostly teenagers so there’s that.
