Very smooth process for renting and finding a space. Recommend this place over the larger companies. Trevor was super patient and thorough. He walked me through every step from reserving, cost breakdown, forms, and eventually guiding me to my storage unit and handing me the keys. Trevor was the MVP.

Crystal was one of the most unprofessional and repulsive people I’ve ever encountered in any retail setting. It’s extremely rude to wear a mask while talking to customers, if you wear cause you’re sick then just stay home. Her job performance was lazy at best. A truly vile person crystal is.
